If you are traveling out of state, do NOT try and purchase firearms or ammunition here. They are not capable of performing the required background check. The sales associate was polite but unclear about why exactly this is, but was refused the sale due to out of state license.

Horrible customer service. The manager should be ashamed.12/2023- you go Christmas shopping here and spend hundreds of dollars and can’t even get a bag to carry the stuff you just bought, You won’t be in business long with those policies. Amazon For now on, I don’t need bags with them!

Just saved $34.50 using three coupons in one visit. Sales associate in the shoe dept was very helpful and courteous. The cashier saw that I had an additional coupon in my pile and pointed out that I could use that one too. Not all stores let you do that. I've always had a positive shopping experience at Dick's. 😊

Has a lot of good quality brand winter coats and clothing. I bought a nice North Face coat here. As usual the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Sad I couldn't leave a 0-stars review. You buy things online but they never get delivered to you and you don't even know something is wrong until you call them back to make sure all is good. Next thing you know is they are out of stock. Really bad customer service and last time I ever "try" (and that's the important keyword here) something from them.

Customer service over the phone was courteous and pleasant associate was willing to find out and answer all of my questions about pricing. Firearms associates are also very fluent in New York State firearm regulations a big plus in my book considering how wonky the states gun control is from the SAFE ACT

This is a large, well-stocked store!! They had a huge softball section which is why we were there today!! The sneaker section was huge too!! Very impressed!

Staff were great in assisting with getting a bike making sure it was the right fit, air pressure in tires and letting you do a test ride. Great group of people.

Have been back several times in the last month, they are not refilling their shelves as far as their fishing lures and supplies go. There are no kayaks or canoes and they have not updated their Fishing Supply. There are only a few tackle boxes on the lower end side but other than that nothing! They never seem to get anything new in to stock the shelves with. Very disappointed tired of going there and finding nothing on the shelves.

Now I know where the guy that takes and posts photos of guys in the local gym locker room works. Snotty to all at gym. Fake friendly at Dicks. Too bad as I rather liked shopping Dicks in past. One of the only "normal" stores in area.

I purchased a pair of Jordan why not basketball shoes for my daughter on 11-8-19 for this year's basketball season (2019-202) I so wish there was a 0 rating they still have about 4 weeks leftof the season and the bottoms are alk split. They were purchased online as an online only purchase.

I went to the store to find my daughter a pair of basketball shoes. There was 6 people wondering the shoe section looking at shoes. NOT ONE ASSOCIATE! was in that department. Finally another customer found a couple of kids hanging out talking and asked him if he was in that department or if he worked here, he said ya I work here. i waited and I waited to get help and when I went to see what was going on they were all laughing and talking about weight lifting. I walked thru the whole store to get out and enter the mall and not once was I greeted or asked if I could use help.

Pretty good sporting goods store. More for everyday sports like basketball and football etc. It lacks highly in hiking and backcountry gear. Nice staff, good place overall.
