Pharmacy is rude and doesn’t go above and beyond for patients like other pharmacies. Only transferring a prescription because of insurance, however, I will be opting for mail-order for minimal interaction. Definitely would rather stay at Kinney Drugs in Peru!

Manger pharmacy technician Edward is very rude and is no way manager material,after being called on this it has only gotten worst, employees keep quiting and nothing is being done as he makes his own rules.make sure you check your pill count there,I was shorted 20 pills and after not counting until I was home there is nothing that could be done

The best pharmacy in Plattsburgh, and there's no close second. One of the few pharmacies that care about their patients and customers, high effort to HELP people, fast, friendly, etc. The pharmacist is super friendly and happy to help. Judgment free zone. 10 stars.

Everytime I go to CVS everyone is so helpful and friendly. I recently went to another pharmacy for an emergency for my dog. It was a nightmare! I told them the next day they should take their staff to CVS for a field trip to see how it should be done. Thanks to everyone for all you do

Switched to this pharmacy because of the way I was treated at the others getting certain meds. I have been coming here ever since. Even though they serve many people they still remember my name and are always helpful and never judgemental. That is so important to me

Wanted to visit CVS store and this was only a pharmacy inside of target. CVS please put a store in Malone, NY or Plattsburgh, NY. Just moved here from Long Island, NY and I miss my CVS store and pharmacy. Not a fan of Walgreens but have no choice at the moment.

VERY slow compared to my past pharmacy Rite Aid, also lacks customer compassion/service. Yes CVS Plattsburgh “will do for now” but only after 6 weeks of service I cannot wait to transfer everything back to Rite Aid.
