I would consider Kelly and her team the best groomers in the Plattsburgh area. I live 6 hours away, but will schedule grooming and nail trims if I am coming to town because they are the best I have found. Kelly is infinitely patient with my dogs and did a wonderful job very carefully trimming nails for my senior GSD with mobility challenges. She took great care so that it was never uncomfortable for her and so that she had a good experience. I have continued bringing my younger dogs to her and she does an excellent job with them as well. I have had challenges with other groomers not managing the dogs in the space because they are trying to do too many at a time. Kelly’s team does a great job managing the environment so it is safe and as low stress as possible. I make sure to reach out as far in advance as possible to make sure that my dogs can get in as I don’t like to take them anywhere else.

This was the first time my 1 year old Lab was ever professionally groomed. I was nervous he would resist even going into the building with the groomer but he took to her immediately and trotted right away. I chose to have them do a deshedding bath on him and I'm so glad I did. When I picked my dog up, he was happy and looked AMAZING. He was so soft and shiny. It is the next day now and I have notice MUCH less shedding. Very professional and friendly service. My dog loved it !! Oh...also...the prices are very reasonable!

My two dogs are little and spoiled but they didn't have any issues going here. The groomers were great with them. The staff is very friendly and informative. I have been to two other groomers and each of my little ones had nicks. I never had that happen here. You won't be sorry if you take your precious babies here.

Zoey has only gone to Kelly since we got her. I get the works and her prices are reasonable. Zoey is very timid around anyone that aren’t her people, but Kelly picks her up when we get there and Zoey calms right down. I can’t say enough good things about Adirondack Dog Clips!
