Schaefer 's Ace Hardware in Plainview is a very friendly and professionally run business. The staff is always there to provide excellent help with anything you need. Their customer-centric approach is clear from the moment you walk into the store. This all starts from the top down. My husband and I called the store looking for a product that was unavailable in the Ace hardware store near us. Fortunately for us, they had it in stock and were able to put it aside. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by several employees. When we mentioned that we were there to pick up our order, they had it ready and waiting for us at the counter. It was such a pleasure shop in a store where the employees are friendly and helpful.That is a rarity these days.I wish this store was closer to us.

They say you'll walk into a store with a mind set on certain items to buy and walk out with items you didn't intend to buy.First trip here proved that point. Staff helped me find items location's, gave great recommendations and interaction was largely pleasant.Courteous, professional, personable and well-rounded store. Also convenient to the highways and within a decent sized shopping center.

Nice store, staff helpful. Some items are extremely overpriced tho. I bought a can of spray insulation for $8, same exact can at Lowes was $3. Crazy price difference

It was a phenomenal experience! The ladies were very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. In person they assisted me and getting some motorcycle keys. Everybody in the store was really pleasant and I would highly recommend coming to this location.

Awesome customer service & comparable prices. Surprisingly I found a few things cheaper than HD. Don't have to drive 10 mins to HD or L anymore, hardware supply store right in the backyard.

Oblivious staff.Reached for large item on top shelf. It slipped from my hand and it crashed to the floor. No staff even heard it or came to see what happened. It hit me in the head, I could have been lying on the floor for all they knew.I was ok thank goodness.
