This place is awesome! Came here after another brewery was closed due to winter hours and instead of driving further south came here instead and was not dissatisfied! Had a flight of their local in house beers and they really were tasty! The food truck option outside was ridiculously superb! Friendly staff and worth coming in! They also offer local products for cocktails or neat drinks! Stop in and have a drink here! Patronize this place!

We are frequent patrons of the Pine Island Tap House which now has Banished Brewing attached. They are always so nice and have a wonderful beer selection. We recently needed a space to have a birthday party and reached out. At a very reasonable rate, the owner welcomed us to use the space to host the private event. We had about 50 people and had it catered. He provided us with tables, helped set up, and provided a staff member to wait on our event members. Ashley, Evan, and Aly are always fantastic but the whole time they were making sure we were covered or if we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend this space for a private event but also just for your casual night out with a bar menu as well as always having food trucks outside!

We had a private party at the Tap House and it exceeded our expectations. The owner and his staff were amazing to work with and so accommodating. Our guests were so impressed with the quality of drinks and how beautifully decorated it was for Christmas. We cannot recommend this establishment enough! We can’t wait to host another event here in the future.

It has been a while since I was in the area and decided to give the Pine Island Tap House a shot. What I can I say, great staff, great selection of beers with many local offerings and an absolutely beautiful tap room. The night I went there was a live band and food truck. I can’t wait to make the trip up again, especially when there are events. A place like this makes me kick myself for ever moving away.

Update 8/13/23 ! In again yesterday for a great time, good ambiance, great beer and visited withe a new friend!! @rekka_the_boxer and follow me on Instagram @the_inked_epicurianSo, I love coming here...right down the road. Let's review - great beer ! Most important part.... BUT, and there is a but, it's a small space, no that's not the but.....the but is - the music..is too freaking loud !! Holy hell..... seriously you cannot even sit at the bar and talk, it's that loud.... THAT is the only downside...... cannot wait though for the Russian imperial stout.... :)

Great variety of rotating taps, great atmosphere at the bar inside and out. Generally has a food truck. Attentive, Friendly Staff offers samples before you order a full pour. Sit outside when it’s nice around one of the fire or picnic tables.

Very disappointed in my experience at this establishment. Haven’t been back since it changed ownership and the brewery closed but decided to give it a try. The female bartender was very rude and seemed to cater to the regulars. Not a single employee came to check on us and if it weren’t for the good food from the food truck and the live music, it would have been a complete waste. The beer from the new brewery recently affiliated with the tap house was nothing to rave about but that wasn’t even a reason for the low score. This place was far better as Pine Island Brewing with friendlier staff and superior local beer. Do yourself a favor and head up the road a little to Glenmere Brewing for superior beer and staff. 👎🏻👎🏻

What a great brewery on the side of the highway is n a seemingly refurbished firehouse! Really really good beers. Especially in the ipa/dipa category! Cornhole in the back. Band in the front. Bars in both the front and back! Seems to be on a bachelorette party bus route. One complaint: Needs another bathroom.

More than Disappointed!The Brewery is located on pine island. Has nice outdoor area and the tap room is nice too.Unfortunately the only had 2 beer left in tap when we arrived during Labor Day weekend. The first round I was able to get a Pilsner but than that was out too...I really would love to like this place but going to a brewery with only 2 beers is just a waste of time ...So I can’t recommend this place

This little brewery is the perfect small but homey brewery. There are only about a half dozen brews on tap, but each is quite tasty and an excellent taste of the style. They are even dog friendly. The inside isn’t huge but has a decent amount of seating at the bar and tables. There are also a bunch of games available for playing while you enjoy your brew.

I seriously love this place. You can tell that they put everything they have into making the beer delicious and they have a fantastic atmosphere on top of that. It's hard to go wrong with the views of the mountains and farms in the outdoor beer garden in the back of this place during the summer. Plus the outdoor bar (made with local wood) has six more taps and adds a lot of variety. The inside is nice and cozy and the mason jar chandelier looks like it is out of a magazine. As far as the beer, they have all of the classic styles regularly on rotation (IPA, Brown Ale, Scottish Ale, Pale Ale) but they do a really good job of mixing in new styles depending on the season (Oatmeal Creme Stout is on right now and is on point). Honestly, if you are a beer fan in the Hudson Valley then this is a can't miss.

What a wonderful place. The different IPA's and beers on tap make for a great selection. Peter and Lizzie are great hosts and know there brews. The Karaoke every Thursday night is a wonderful touch.

Excellent beer. Good variety and selection of fresh brewed beer. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite local breweries. I highly recommend: Big Brown Brown Ale, Charlie's Pale Ale, Pine Island Scottish Ale, and Pine Island American IPA. All are excellent and stand up to any other micro-brewery in the US.

Pine Island Tap House is a great place to hang out for a beer (or a few). Went this past weekend for the first time since the new ownership took over and had a nice visit. Lots of craft beer on tap (inside and outside) and not just "easy craft" - they have Magnify, Industrial Arts, Lawson's, Maine Beer Co, Equilibrium, etc.The service was so friendly and offered suggestions to those who were unsure. While I'll miss having a brewery nearby, I'm looking forward to having a few local beers here from various other breweries.

Superb dark beers like stouts and porters. Great open atmosphere in a vintage style garage. Also has a back patio with views. We came on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and they had live music and a food truck.
