Hannaford's is my favorite store to shop at. It's VERY clean always. Their app is great. They give you free items all the time and you earn % when you purchase their brand. (see pics below) quarterly you redeem the $ and it comes off your purchase.They also have my FAVORITE drink YERBA TEA. It's the only store that stocks it. I replaced coffee with yerba tea.Their meat is A+, they have freshly made sushi, and their store brand is VERY good.

Prices are a little steep, but the great quality seems to make up for it. The store is very clean and organized, and easy to navigate. The staff seems very nice.

Impressed with the Hannaford normally but did the Hannaford pick up and it was so smooth! I made my order for a time that on the day I realized I could do earlier so I called and since I got the email it wasComplete David helped to get me in earlier! Will def use it again! Much appreciated that they accommodate me because I had a child to pick up and a stressful day all around! Give it a shot, it’s worth it

if i could put 0 stars i would. they don’t have all the key mexican ingredients a normal store should have. thoroughly displeased. (they also don’t have alcohol)

Great supermarket with great selections in fresh produce, breads, cheeses. Pharmacy is staffed with helpful and knowledgeable staff, you can get all your vaccines right there.Check out is usually quick and efficient.

Was told by a local dollar store that I could fill up balloons at the hannafords, when stopping in, they told me it would be $14 a balloon for a regular sized small balloon equaling $60 for four balloons. Ended up going to Dollar General and getting them filled for two dollars apiece. Employee at the store tried to lower the price to $8 which I felt was still absurd. I think she just didn’t want to go through the process of filling balloons and was charging me a high price for it. Location has a bunch of woke lazy workers that’s love to color their hair. Sad to say it is the only grocery store in our small town.

Hannaford in their items are hit or miss ut more miss no boxed mash potatoes, no korrs teriyaki rice , selected items of hannafords Asian meals it's like Hannaford wants you to buy the more expensive competitors brands and every month your raising your prices management use to be on tye floor bit now their less and less and your courtesy counter why does anyone got stand on line to get a lottery ticket or cash tye receipt for bottles to put it in a nut shell your product service sucks

The supermarket is clean and organized. The seafood and sushi is consistently good. The only down side the prices are on the high side compared to other supermarkets.

I like Hannaford supermarkets in general, they are usually well stocked and have a good selection/variety. Their store brand products are consistently of excellent quality, although the prices can be a little high. Often the great quality still makes it a bargain though. Hannaford in Pine Bush, specifically, is a great location; very clean n organized, well stocked, and it always seems to have great employees. Friendly, courteous and competent.

Easy to find what I was looking for due to large aisle indicators which were accurate. Greatly appreciated when shopping a new store. The beauty of the well stocked Produce department draws you in. Everything appeared fresh, clean and easy to shop. Clerk was efficient and quick and friendly. Great place to shop in my book. Thank you!

For a grocery store, they seem to have the best quality meats. Only going to a good butcher would get you better quality. Produce is not bad as well. If only they weren't so pricey they would get that last star from me.

The worst hannofords I have ever been to. Nothing is ever in stock, anything I tend to buy is soon after replaced with a different product/ brand/ style. The way the store has been rearranged is terrible. It’s so hard to find anything. Some of the staff is very helpful and nice but the majority is rude and passive aggressive and not even close to helpful. It is very apparent that management at this store is lazy and apathetic. Do better.

This Hannaford has gone downhill,Who is the store/general manager in Pine Bush Hannaford? There was a time in which this Hannaford was excellent, but in the entirety of the 2022 year, this Hannaford is a mess. Firstly, this store is never stocked well. For the last half of a year I have thought to myself, "it must be a "shortage of some sort", perhaps due to the pandemic aftermath, but I was wrong. I came to this realization when I took a trip to the neighboring Hannaford in Walden, NY and found it well stocked. There hasn't been a full shelf of pasta in the pasta isle in half a year. There hasn't been thin cut chicken cutlets readily available in half a year. There hasn't been certain house brand coffee flavors readily available in half a year. Some shelves are practically empty in certain isles, as if Hannaford is going out of business. A shortage? No, fully stocked in Hannaford, Walden. Every, single, time. It is time for new management. One month, I am patient. Six months? This location is a joke.

Over the last few months I have been very frustrated with the lack of checkout service at the store in Pine Bush. Every time I go in to do a large shopping I find myself checking out at the self serve checkout. This is because they only have one person on check out. It’s very frustrating as I feel like we are spending more and not being provided the customer service at the end. I have always enjoyed shopping here, the staff is helpful but as far as the checkout service having one person on register and having a customer pull into self serve with mind you a full cart and with not one person stopping the customer and saying “let me check you out at aisle…”. Honestly, I am at the point where I am contemplating going elsewhere. It’s too bad as I love Hannafords otherwise and I have heard several other customers in this self serve area equally as frustrated. So I am not alone!

This store is always clean and the staff is great. Everyone is super friendly and eager to help and answer questions. My only issue is that often times when shopping in the mornings (like 9 or 10am) there is still a lot of stocking going on and it can be difficult to navigate.

I love going here the staff is always so friendly and it's nice and cool on a hot day just the right amount of air conditioning. The stock has greatly increased and improved however whoever is doing the arrangement of the products has to be the most odd and confused person ever, the remodeled arrangement of products was once baby products next to chocolate candies then feminine products next to the asian food selection. If you look past the horrid arrangement of goods this place is just easy to be and a relaxing experience, all staff do their jobs well asides from product placement. EDIT: increased to five stars as stock was properly recognized.

Mostly stocked. Didn't have all i needed, so i ended up having to make another stop. Store was clean and neat. Return policy is a BIG problem. They will NOT take returns. They will allow you to go get the item you needed, but then you leave with the item you do not need and the item you need. WHY? Now i have a product i can not use..such a waste..

Love shopping here whenever we are in Pine Bush. The store is immaculately clean, well stocked with a wide variety of products to choose from and great prices. The people working there are friendly and always willing to give you great service. Wish the supermarkets in the city would take lessons from them.
