Absolutely a joke of customer service saying "they don't control the USPS". Buyers beware if you pay extra for faster shipping they do not stand behind their promise. Guess I'm stuck with this late gift after my event I had to purchase a last minute item for.

She knows what you will be looking for even before you know. She will have the perfect item for that special someone and wrap it up for you with a smile. You can never go wrong with Presence. This shop is amazing! I love getting gifts for people, but there have only been 2-3 gift shops that I've visited repeatedly, looking for reasons to come back and surprise someone with a thoughtful gift - Presence of Piermont just joined that short list. The owner is welcoming and full of helpful ideas. I could have spent an hour joyfully browsing, if not for other plans. If you've been thinking about stopping in, go for it!

The owner of this business is an absolute jewel. She was extremely helpful in helping me with what I needed and also a little life advice. This store is seriously perfect if you want to find a more intimate or meaningful gift for someone. Most definitely one of a kind finds here that will make you tear up or laugh out loud! This is now my one stop shop and will be coming back very soon. Such a great happy place!

Incredible selection of gifts at this store! Owner is SUPER HELPFUL at selecting items within your price range and shipping is superb! I’ve purchased masks, candles, baby gifts, housewares and clothing for myself - all from Florida! No one does a better job than Presence of Piermont!!

Presence of Piermont is by far the most unique concierge gift store there is. It’s more than a regular shopping experience once you walk in. There is something special for everyone on your list- including yourself, your home, and even your pet! Fara and her staff are warm, welcoming, fun, and most of all helpful. Stop in, watch her ( and Paul, too) on Instagramming, or shop online to see for yourself. I never leave empty handed- And I always leave feeling better than i did when i walked in!

I am so grateful to have this shop in my village. Its my go-to place when I have to purchase a gift. The owner and her staff are always available to advise and make suggestions. I never needed to go to the mall throughout the pandemic to find the perfect gift. We are lucky in Piermont to have great shops but this shop advertises on line regularly and the merchandise is always timely and unique.

Presence is a lovely shop in scenic Piermont. The owner has such wonderful taste as evidenced by her beautiful selection of items ranging from gifts for the home, jewelry, lotions, children’s clothing and toys and much more. You can always find something you need or want, I don’t think I have ever left the store without making a purchase. In addition, the salespeople are always very friendly and helpful.

Consistently the best place to find amazing gifts and additions to my house. Always get thoughtful advice for gifts and know that there will always be something for everyone on my list whether it be Christmas or a birthday. Shopping at Presence is like walking into a magical place. You don’t know where to look first. Fara is there to guide you to what you want and need. Even if you are there to just buy someone a gift you will walk out with something for yourself because the merchandise is so enticing that you can’t say no. When you are finally done it’s all packaged in pretty bags or wrappings. Can’t wait to go back!!
