Bernie and Jessica took such good care of my 5 month old Havanese girl. After a rough first grooming experience at a different place, I was worried she wouldn’t handle another grooming very well. I was pleasantly surprised how Bernie took the time to bond with her in the beginning and set her up for success for the rest of the groom. She came back looking her best and not in distress. Very happy we found this place!

Amazing! 5-star service! Took my 2 Shih-Tzu's here, overdue for a cut; matted, dirty dogs! Came out looking and smelling like a million! My pups were happy here. Very nice atmosphere, the people are very sweet and caring... my new place to take my dogs! Absolutely love it here. Easy to park, large lot, easy to get to and find. Prices are great; lower than the big pet stores, by a significant amount; and the service is all-around stellar! Thank you so much, Paws Puppy Palace!

This is the second time I have had my golden doodle groomed at Paws Puppy Palace, and they do a fantastic job! They follow my requests, and my dog loves going there. The staff is excellent, and you can tell they care about dogs, and they make you feel like your dog is going to be at home when you leave them. Thank you, Paws Puppy Palace!

We have been going to PPP since March. For daycare and boarding. My dog lives this place and they love him too. He's one of the oldest guys that go to play. The place is awesome, kept clean , and staff is wonderful.

We boarded our guy Harley for five days and the staff couldn’t have been more awesome! They hand fed Harley until he started eating well, played with him and made his stay absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend Paws to anyone!!

So I brought my 8 lb. Chorkie for her first groom today. She can be horrible when it comes to her nails being trimmed and I expressed that. My husband gets home from work and is looking at here face and noticed her eye has a hematoma. That means a blood vessel in her eye has burst which also means she was probably strangled by being held too tight around d her neck. Trying to call doesn't even have a answering machineI am so sick right now wondering what my poor dog went through on her first groom.

Tiffany and the staff were amazing! They took my 7-month-old Goldendoodle and did a wonderful job! Very clean and spacious. We will be bringing our boy back again!

We take our sweet pup there once a week for doggy day care and boy does she love it!!! They are very reasonable priced and very friendly to humans as well haha. You can do a 5 days for the price of 4 deal as well which makes the cost per day under $25. I have not tried their grooming so I cannot comment on that, highly recommend the daycare service though! They also will post pictures from the daily play so you can see your pup in action occasionally too!

There is so much I can say about this place that I just couldn’t fit this in a comment!!! So here’s a recap!These people here are the greatest groomers/dog lovers/ most passionate / and just overall wholesome people I have met !I moved to New York last fall and was really weary about having someone groom my dog. I have a 2 year old Mini Golden that dislikes having her paws touched and doesn’t like the hairdryer lol so let me tell you when I took a chance to bring her I was so happy with the results! I took Rylee to a groomer months before we moved here that left her coat pretty much looking awful and with the help of Tiffany she is now back to looking gorgeous with a full coat 😍. Now due to their attentive care I have now introduced my family with a new puppy golden named Leo who is now getting groomed by them and taking obedience classes as well!If you’re looking for people who will love and care for your pup like family these are the people for you!With affordable and fair pricing I highly highly recommend

We brought our goldendoodle puppy for his first grooming and asked for a doodle look and he came back looking like a poodle. They cut way too much hair off his head and shaved his snout down to the skin. We specifically asked they not do this and said a previous groomer had done that. Rest of body cut was fine but will not be coming back.

I bring my dog for daycare and grooming. Owners are wonderful caring people. They take such pride in what they do. I love ❤️ this place but most importantly my dog really does. She is so excited to go!! So glad we found this treasure

I brought my dog to them after getting him from a kennel, that my dog looked and smelled terrible, the gentle man that I spoke with and brought my dog to was sooo professional, helpful and very knowledgable,a friend just told me of this place the night before, turned out my 6 month old black lab needed veterinary assistance because of the kennel. he was treated, then next morning I brought him back to groomers, the lady at the desk was so pleasant, careing, and they groomed him beautifully, and the place went over and beyond my exptations, they even washed his coller, I'm so happy with this vasinity, and the wonderful poeple, I can't say enough greatness about this place. thank you so much paws puppy palace.

I would highly recommend this place! We’ve started taking our dog here once or twice per week for the last few months and our dog absolutely loves it. The owners are very caring and gentle towards the dogs and customers.

My dog has really bad anxiety, but they worked so well with him. Other doggy day care facilities have quickly pushed him away, but Paws really knows how to work with dogs!!
