This store is great! Not only because they are open after the hardware stores by me which all close around 4pm, but they're open on Saturdays and Sundays and they carry a good variety that I can't always get near me. (Near Margaretville) They're very friendly and the store is neat and clean. I have not been disappointed!

Nice cozy spot. The owner is a great guy and has a cool dog that sometimes helps you shop. They don't have everything Home depot may have but they definitely cover the basics.

I purchased snow and ice grips for my hiking boots here and they broke the same day, first time using them. The store would not refund us and stated it was absurd to use hiking equipment to go uphill, and we should have known better. Very poor customer service, and condescending staff. I love supporting local, but not this place!

We were in town enjoying a local state park and decided to check out “downtown”. Extremely rude store owner, told us to “keep our kids from messing anything up” (we had just walked in) even though they were being extremely respectful and not touching anything.It’s too bad, we had several things we needed, but bought them at the general store instead. Try being professional, or retire; you’re a grump.
