We were told to find another groomer. White haired lady couldn't handle a 6lb dog, didn't even spend 2 minutes with him before deciding she couldn't do it. Even though he had been groomed there before.

Nancy takes great care of our Cooper! We have had so many dogs, Cooper if the first with Long hair! She has eased us all into the grooming experience :) He always looks great and smells great too! Very reasonable pricing as well!

Nancy does a great job grooming my multipoo. He always looks and smells so good when she's finished with him. I appreciate the care and attention she gives him. He's always a mess when I drop him off but she cleans him right up. Thank you so much Nancy!

I just brought my Pomeranian to you, without asking you shaved him all the way down, which you're not supposed to do to a two coat dog, you also shaved his whiskers which is just inhumane because they use them for feeling. You didn't even clean his eyes. If you were gonna be lazy because "he didn't tolerate brushing very well" then you should have just called me and I would have picked him and took him somewhere else. Instead of calling me when he's ready and telling me what you did. You didn't even shave him well it looks like a hack job. Don't go to this lady if your dog has even a couple matts because she will just shave them.

Recently I took my dog to Nancy for the first time and i was very impressed. She is very affordable and her hours are very flexible and fit into my schedule very well. She did a great job and I was so happy that I made another appt for another grooming in 8 weeks.

I brought my shih tzu Scooter to you in September. You did a lousy job! I paid for a full groom. You didn't do his nails or ears. The shave was lousy. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere. You ripped me off!
