Moved close to Phelps late 2023 and we went here several times for soft ice cream and it was great! Portions were very generous & tasty for ice cream. Went back several times in 2024 and it was totally the opposite as soft ice cream portions are now VERY SKIMPY! I ordered a large in a dish and a small in a dish. The small portion looked about the same as my large. I previously ordered the “Gooney” size and for $2.00+ more than a large and it wasn’t a good deal. The portion wasn’t much more than a large. Not to mention they raised the price on the “Gooney” portion big time.After 3 visits in 2024 where we got skimpy portions of soft ice cream we are all done! Going to “Zoe’s” on Route 96 & 332 in Farmington. Soft ice cream is outstanding there and portions are consistently big per the size ordered.

My husband and I went there a couple of times this summer. I love how they had vegan options, not everywhere does. Their vegan twists were good, but I do NOT recommend the Impossible Burger. Both times, the Impossible Burger was red and cold. My husband had a beef burger and he said it seemed like it was not fresh. The service wasn't great either. The staff definitely seemed like they didn't want to be there both times.

We ordered the fish sandwich with the sides of baked beans and Mac salad(which we mixed together). The sandwich was very hot and crispy and fresh and delicious! Highly recommend - 5 stars! The sides were delicious together and separate! My kids got the kids meal..came with a cheese burger, fries, a drink, and an ice cream sundae! All for under $10!!! They have amazing prices here!!! My kids loved their meals. Said how delicious everything was and asked when we can come back again..and soon! :) At the very end I ordered a chocolate PB shake for us to share. That was very good too! Can't wait to stop in again:) Family friendly atmosphere..fun for the whole family. I was working in the area and used to pass this place every day on my route I had a little extra time one day to stop so happy I did the plates are amazing plenty of food and for a great price 5 stars are not enough for this place I wish I lived closer I would eat here all the time

We stopped here after a photoshoot at Ontario Pathways on recommendation of our photographer, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful with indoor and outdoor seating options, and the food is delicious. Conveniently located near the trails and along NY-96, this place is an easy quick stop and totally worth the visit. Will come again!

Passing through Phelps on a Sunday evening, this was one of the only places open to eat. So glad we stopped. The burgers were AMAZING!. Onions rings were so tasty. Heaping plate of tater tots. Excellent flurry and soft serve. The staff was friendly and the place has a home-town feel. Cannot wait to return!

The food knocked my socks off. This place chooses such quality ingredients and brands that common foods taste anything but common.They should add a putt putt out back. Feels like it would fit the vibe.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Edit: I lowered the stars on this because I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled. It was toasted. I was highly disappointed in this. Maybe I'd they changed the way they make their grilled cheese or take it off their board then I'll be willing to up the star.Very good place to go for a quick burger or .. ice cream. They have done well here and try to accommodate. They were able to make me a to go banana split even though they didn't have one specific for the ice cream. The people are nice and polite. Even during rush hour. Just remember if you come between 4-6 there will be a wait!!

This spot replaced a run of the mill ice cream shop and and came up with a totally new concept. The food quality has increased exponentially and the ice cream is phenomenal. They are keeping their source close to the vest but I can tell you its not local. The accent is definitely on the cream(y).As for the food, the loaded hamburgers are world class with a bun that just makes the experience over the top. They have the fries that I love with the little blisters and just the right amount of crispy.The entire menu is at the same level as is the friendly service. Bring your family once and it will be a regular destination.Oh, and they have air conditioned dine-in availability on those days that are just too hot.And the last time I was there and if my eyes don't deceive me they are in the midst of making a drive up spot. Locally this is just not available. Grab and go!!

Great place to take the family. Great place for ice cream! I, personally, love the milkshakes. Their food is also very good. Love their fried pickles. Definitely recommend them while they are open for the summer season!

Nice place, good ice cream at a reasonable price. The usual hots, burgers and sandwiches available but I haven't tried anything. People are friendly and helpful. It can get pretty busy at times. They also have a drive through.

I just went an hour ago for my first time. I'm eating it now.. so I was conficted because they messed my order all up BUT it's better than what I asked for! And I never actually know what I want when I go somewhere for food but now if I go back there, I'm definitely ordering this! lolSuper delicious EVERYTHING! Milkshake is bomb. Great service. Best hamburger in town! And puppy sundaes too. Lots of great Perry's ice cream flavors. There's even a drive-through if you're on-the-go which is very handy. Indoor seating which is air conditioned and plenty of outdoor seating is available too. A medium sized waffle cone is plenty big:)))

My first time there, I ordered a bacon cheese burger with sauce on the side. They put the bacon on the side and the sauce on the burger, the exact opposite of what I asked. When we got our food they forgot the burgers and I had to go back. They also gave my wife the wrong ice cream. I will say that they are very nice and polite but it will be a while before I try them again.

I was there about a month ago. The ice cream was creamy and had great flavor. I ordered a small cone that looked like a large at other ice cream stands. The service was fast and friendly. And they have a great menu with lots of choices. It all looked so good it was a bit hard to make my decision. I plan on going back!!

Love the coffee and icecream and breakfast is pretty good as well but their burgers are awesome. food is always good here and staff is always super nice. hours suck during winter but hopefully when they get more help they will extend them back to original of 5am-9pm but right now they are only 11am-9pm. Frank is the general manager and is super nice

I would really like to give this place 5 stars, if they could just get it right. The prices are a little high, but the food is worth it, if they could only get it right. I work in the area, and like to order lunch from here occasionally. Last season I stopped ordering after the third try because they couldn't get the order right. I even call it in with plenty of time to prepare. So I give them another shot this season, and on the first try, its WRONG! It wasn't even a hard order. Guess I'm done for this year too.

We've only stopped here for their ice cream until tonight. Their cheeseburgers are the best we've EVER had ! This place does everything right ! The girl that waited on us is a real sweetie. Can't wait to go back.
