Bathroom was gross.Unsure when the last time anything in this store was cleaned.Large potholes so you have to be very slow.The only reason for 2 star is because the cashier was friendly BUT... again the floors, handles, doors looked nasty... I couldn't bring myself to buy hot food knowing that if they take care of their workplace so lax they probably do the same thing with food which is scary.

Every time I order from this location I am given problems. Either I will place a delivery or pickup and there is a problem. I just placed a delivery and wqs contacted by activemenus to go and grabe it. Went to the store and there was a sign on the door that the store was closed. When I order pizza I want it cooked and all I ever get it cold not cooked pizzas. Whoever the tall skinny guy with glasses is that works there needs to be terminated. He is not good with the computer nor does he know good customer service. Either fix your problems or I will stop my business entirely.

Parking lot looks like on Moon or Mars,, full of crater and potholes, be careful especially at night and after rain cause you don't know how deep them puddles are,,,, found parking at 22.00,, lots of dropped trailers parked here..

Disgusting! Dirty! And disgusting again. No soap in the unisex bathroom, I ask the worker is there multiple bathrooms, bc he’s steady handling the hot food, and he told me that was the only one. DONT SHOP HERE, i wouldn’t have got food, but if you would I don’t suggest you SHOULD

Chunk of the staff are lazy management can be quite unprofessional parking lot is full of craters for potholes bathroom is always filthy as no one cleans it I don't recommend eating any food that is cooked there overpriced. Overall experience was absolutely poor if I could have given zero Stars I would have the only reason they are getting one star is because I cannot go any lower than that

I camp down the rd every yr and come here for coffee. Usually a nice young man is here and gives me a discount on my coffee. Not today Oct 3rd. I walk in to music blaring in a different language and a spanish man behind the counter singing his heart out. I ask the girl working there why there's spanish music blasting in there and she says matter of factly oh cuz he's Puerto Rican.. I said really. Well we are not in poerro Rico and then when she over charges me just because I complained I said I wouldn't be back and she thats fine by us. Wow I've never had a worse experience in a store in my 55 yes here. I def won't be back and def will tell all my family and friends not to either. Disgusting employees absolutely disgusting!!

Bathrooms are totally disgusting the people cashing out are on their cell phones and make you wait at least 5 minutes until they are done talking on their phonesThe staff is very rude when you ask for them to cah you out

This 7-Eleven has terrible management . The Employees are great people and go out of their way to help the customers. The Store has cut jobs, and the evenings and weekends there is only 1 employee for everything. The past couple of weeks there is a long line and Truckers, and People needing receipts from Gas - people have left the store going to somewhere else because of this non sense. This is not because of the employees - but management.

One of the dirtiest, most disgusting convenience stores I've ever been in! Went in to order food today, only one clerk, the other was outside on a smoke break totally oblivious to the customers waiting! About 8 people in line to be waited on!! Food in showcase looked like it was prepared days ago!!! Left and went to the Byrne Dairy about 5 miles down the road which was much cleaner and food was hot and fresh!!!Will NOT go back to this 7-11!!!!!

Overall great experience. Cashiers were very friendly and helpful. A lot of good deals and products you normally don't see in other typical gas stations. My only complaint is the small slurpee/fountain drink selection and the store is a little cramped.

Never go here. Disgusting, dirty, out of date pumps. The only reason this place survives is because of the rotating door of thruway drivers looking for some gas or a bathroom. Anyone from the area knows this place is a hepatitis-ridden dump.

I just don't understand why people always crying. Just be thankful that they even allow trucks to park here and it's free. You ask for a new lot then start paying to park. It's not your fancy pilot, flying hook, ta or loves but it will do for a 10 hr break or a pit stop before you get loaded and they got a scale. Or you can go to I 95 side of new York and see what you'll pay to park. And in closing the employees are very nice but they're probably angry about their pay but it's the only thing around for them. At least they are working and not waiting for welfare every month.

I'd give this dump zero stars if I could. Tried going in there at 2am and the doors were locked. I saw the sorry p.o.s. employee lock the doors as I pulled in. He took the phone of the hook too. Unbelievable....

The 1 bathroom they have is out of order. Which is really stupid for an Ambest with 100 parking spots. Cooler shelves kind of bare maybe didn’t stock enough for holiday weekend travellers

Waited 30 minutes in line to get fuel. This place needs new management terribly. I had no choice but to wait to get fuel. Manager was arguing back and forth with some irate trucker I just needed some unleaded to jump back on the thru way. Avoid this place at all cost

If I could give 0 stars or negative I would it is actually suppose to be a small truck stop went in bought food from cooler asked for plastic silverware and was told they don't have it to give away was told I could purchase if wanted cashier was rude asked for district manager and was told can't have any means of contact place is a joke and a dump

I just came here because I have a big truck and I wanted to get something to drink at the 711. It's really sad because about 10 years ago I came here and the hotel was in business and the diner was serving good food. I guess the giant truck stop companies have driven all the mom and pops out of business.

Was in there earlier this evening approx 5 pm (give give or take a few minute's) girl was so overwhelmed, we all felt bad for her the manager or whom ever she was she saw the line and proceeded with her phone call leaving this girl with ppl waiting for food and approx 7-8 ppl in line and the line just getting longer, (one of the more busy times of day there) you need management that is a team player, She should be let go or wrote up at the very least, wish I could say this was the first time with this lady but it's not! Really such a shame, check your camara, you will see!

Staff were nice. Had a good choice of foods. Biggest part for me was that theres plenty of room for truck parking but need to move slow because of the potholes. Happy to find the place.

330 pm staff were not very polite or friendly but mostly the store was SO DIRTY, inside and out! The counters, floors and parking lot were all REALLY dirty. I'm sure it's because there was not enough staff🤪👎
