We stayed for a girls weekend. It was prefect. It was so relaxing and refreshing. The West Barn is stunning. There aren’t even the words to describe it. So beautiful. The views were breathtaking. The animals on the property and being able to go visit anytime right out your front door was wonderful. It was such a highlight. It was my daughter dream to bottle feed a cow. Amanda and Farmer Nate made it her dream come true. She was in heaven! She not only got to bottle feed a cow (along with my mom and niece) she got to bottle feed baby Bean the goat. Amanda was so accommodating and attentive to anything that you need. Answered all our questions right away. She was the absolute sweetest and her smile just warms you. It is a treasure in this fast pace world to slow down and enjoy the animals and staying in this beautiful paradise. We added a picnic lunch. The weather outside did not cooperate, but Amanda set up the magic inside. .It was so cozy and fun. I could write a novel on our stay. I highly recommend staying. We can’t wait to come back.

Where do I even begin.. words cannot express how amazing Amanda and the Dell Collective property is!! We booked the entire property (Farmhouse, and both sides of the West Barn) for our intimate wedding with our closest friends and family. Every single space was jaw droppingly gorgeous, and was the perfect setting for our wedding. You can tell from the second you walk in so much love was put into each space. We chose to go with their catering service as an add on option for our cocktail hour and reception dinner. Let me just tell you, we were all blown away by how good the food and service was!!!! Amanda and her team were on point the entire night, not missing a beat. Working with Amanda was such a pleasantly refreshing experience. I say this because her kindness and professionalism is so missed in today's day and age. She immediately makes you feel like your a friend and was so accommodating to our wants and needs to make our wedding weekend perfect. Oh and I can't forget about the animals on the property!! They are all so friendly and adorable! They all stole our hearts! We are all animal lovers so that just topped the cake for the whole experience. We will most definitely be returning for an annual anniversary trip.💗

Booked our stay for a nice relaxing weekend to celebrate our anniversary and it was such an enjoyable experience. We added the charcuterie, full of fresh fruits, meats and cheese — and also added the chef’s dinner and everything was exquisite (still salivating), ha-ha.The barn was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We enjoyed the soaking tub, played games from the selection provided in the living area and had fun cooking a homemade meal in the well equipped kitchen. Every single detail was thought of and Amanda was an amazing host!We will certainly be back to stay again :)

I could not recommend a getaway more highly! I'd seen the photos, but stepping into the Highbanks West Barn and Southview Silo on a recent evening was otherworldly. As we explored each brilliantly coordinated and elegant nook, we lost the ability to express ourselves fully.The weathered steel and wood. The patinas. The coordinated colors, textures, and motifs. The clever proportions, unusual details, the light streaming in from the incredible view to the east. The lovely branded fragrance tying it all together.There is so much creativity and attention to detail in the decor, design, and furnishings it's hard to know where to start taking notes on one's own life. And believe me, it will make you rethink your own choices.The animals are a special treat at the Highbanks Barn and Southview Silo - the current residents, including a camel and capybaras, are full of personality.If you can even think about exploring beyond the Airbnb (and as great as the spaces are, you absolutely should), you'll find lots to do in the beautiful Genesee Valley. A giant chalkboard in the Highbanks Barn helps direct you to food, drink, and adventure all within half and hour. I loved feeling like a tourist while on our staycation recently, checking out some new spots and old favorites.We're already dreaming of a return trip so we can soak in the calm, elegance, and inspiration again.

Where do I begin? The west barn is stunningly beautiful, cozy and luxurious. I enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen and dining at that rustic farm table/island. The barn animals are sweet and were the highlight for the children. The host thought of every detail for our stay. Highly Highly recommend!

Wow, what an experience!The barn was even better than the picture. From the minute you open the door, you are greeted with stunning and thoughtful details.The living space is open and inviting. The views (especially the sun rise) was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had ample supplies, we even had fresh eggs ready for us in the fridge!Both bathrooms have dual showers, one even has an amazing soaker tub.The beds were so comfortable, high end all around.And last but not least, THE ANIMALS! My son had such an amazing time visiting with the camel, cows, pigs, bunnies and even the sweet barn cat.Can’t wait to go back!!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Clean, organized and equipped with everything you need! The decor and attention to detail was amazing. My kids had an absolute blast, especially getting to visit all their new barn friends everyday. Amanda was very friendly and let the kids feed and brush the animals. We had such a comfy/cozy weekend and would highly recommend!!!

Our family of 5 (and pups) spent six nights in the Southview space for Spring Break and everything about the property far exceeded our expectations. Amanda and Nate’s property is like a master class in interior design, architecture, hospitality, and experiential tourism.Every detail and amenity is carefully curated, custom-designed, and intentional and every square inch of the property is clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully considered.Amanda was the absolute best host, and a genuinely great human. She treated our kids like VIPs and made sure they were having the “best spring break ever!”. They’ve been talking about their stay non-stop since we left and are already asking when we can go back. Amanda was ultra-responsive to anything we needed and even provided a few special surprises throughout the week that our family truly appreciated.The Dell Collective property is also home to some of the friendliest farm animals ever, and our kids absolutely treasured their time visiting, feeding, and petting all of them. The views from the property are also epic and worth the visit alone.The town of Perry may be small, but it makes up for its size with huge amounts of charm and personality. Everyone we met in town was super friendly, and there are some truly great little small businesses in town worthy of a visit. The property is also located directly at the Perry entrance of Letchworth State Park (less than a 5-minute drive) with miles of hiking and incredible views and photo ops.Our stay at Dell Collective was easily one of our favorite and most memorable family vacations, and we can’t wait to return!

Having the pleasure of staying at The Lake House and West Barn, I can say with certainty, this is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. Every detail was thought of from the most comfortable beds, incredibly stocked kitchens and baths, to stunning views and much to do around the areas! The personal touches and extent that Amanda goes through to ensure her guests enjoy their stay is beyond measure. You will not regret booking any of their gorgeous locations and we cannot wait to come stay again! I just spent my 2nd stay at Amanda and Nates West Barn, 3rd stay collectively between all their properties.This is truly my favorite place to get away and relax. With every sense you have, she is able to put you in full relax mode with the scents filling the air, the soft music playing as you enter, the little touches she leaves to make your stay special, the vintage feel furniture, the sun, the air, the view!!! If you haven't spent an evening here, relaxing in the immaculate bath, cooking an awesome dinner in the beautiful open kitchen, or cuddling on the couch with a loved one, you need to book asap! We will definitely be back and can't wait to visit the other properties as well! Thank you Amanda and Nate for creating a little piece of heaven here for us all to enjoy!

The most beautiful place I’m so lucky to say I’ve stayed at TWICE! Our first stay here was our honey moon; it was the perfect escape after the chaos of wedding planning. The hosts go above and beyond; on our first night after our wedding we were absolutely exhausted.. and Amanda delivered our dinner for us so we did not have to leave the barn. It was so simple but thoughtful and went such a long way for us.We absolutely fell in love with how peaceful, clean, and complete this place feels. Every detail, decoration and touch allowed this place to be the most inviting places we’ve ever stayed. My husband and I love staying at all different air BNBs and this one was our favorite. Fast forward to this summer; we booked a stay again here with our friends and loved our experience so much.. AGAIN! The fire pit was the perfect nightly hang, and spending time with the animals was so fun and different. I just know the west barn and all of dell collectives properties are going to get better and better with time, and despite this spot being almost 5 hours from our hometown, we know we will be back time and time again.Please do not hesitate to book this beautiful property. It is worth every dollar and it is certainly an experience of a lifetime. Thank you Amanda and Nate for continuously being the greatest and most accommodating hosts! If you stay here you are in the best hands, by far!

You will be at a loss for words, this space is incredible!We absolutely would LOVE (and plan) to come back with our 2 dogs and we HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful, adventurous, quiet getaway.It was an amazing way to spend our 3 year wedding anniversary.Not only is the space you’ll be occupying amazing, but the location, the quaint farmland, and amazing add on options Amanda offers will dazzle you.We opted for a lunch picnic, a brunch basket, a private dinner and a breakfast at the farmhouse. Amanda went above and beyond to make us feel special every moment of our stay.If you go, do yourself a favor and opt for some meal add-ons with Amanda and also take advantage of being SO close to Letchworth State Park.

Staying at Dell collective is like a dream! As a frequent traveler I walked in and felt right at home. It’s spacious with amazing lighting and intimate thought to detail- could easily pray I end up living somewhere like this and only a stones throw from letchworth state park.Especially loved the mini bar with products from local vendors for sale and the double bathrooms each with a shower.My favorite part was the mini farm and the view right out our door! Fire pit with cozy bean bags, a mini horse, chickens (fresh eggs for breakfast) cows, rabbits, momma pig and baby potbelly pigs. A garden right outside also for use, what a fun and unique stay.The cherry on top was that we were celebrating my friends birthday and Amanda, came over with cupcakes! No wonder she’s a super host- she’s also the private chef if you choose to book that option because next time we stay we definitely will be doing that.Don’t sit on booking a stay here- you won’t want to leave.

Just spent the last few days at the Southview Silo, wow! What an amazing space and incredible host. Amanda’s eye for detail and design here are stunning. We enjoyed cooking some great meals in the kitchen, feeding the animals on the property, hiking Letchworth, and visiting some local spots in town. Would highly recommend a stay here, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us!

We kept saying, “Wow!” Our intent was to hike beautiful Letchworth park for the weekend so searched for a nice place to stay. “Wow”. We lucked into this Dell Collective property 1 mile from the Perry Entrance of the park. There are 3 available options to stay on site. We stayed in the West Barn & Silo! This upscale, modern and uber comfortable unit was inspiring on many levels. Amanda has created an experience that mixes the best of Magnolia with the beauty of the Finger Lakes. There are wonderful nature experiences on site and food, food, food! Amanda prepared a charcuterie board for our arrival and a lunch basket for our hike that was out of this world. Don’t even think about it! Let Amanda share her many talents with you. You deserve it!

We actually WON a GIVEAWAY stay at this dreamy spot!!!!! It was literally so magical! We loved being tucked away in such a beautiful spot right outside of Letchworth. The design and decor was immaculate… I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in such a beautiful place in our life! Amanda was awesome and so helpful and friendly and there was so many amenities such as park passes into Letchworth, s’more kit, fresh eggs from the chickens and much more! The didn’t miss a beat! If you forgot something THEY HAD IT! We decided we are coming back every year for our anniversary! (And maybe more often!) Thank you both again for such a relaxing BEAUTIFUL getaway!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay RW How West Barn this past June! It was the perfect weekend getaway with my husband, my brother, sister in law, and niece. The barn was stunning and spacious for us to relax in and we loved getting to spend time with all of the animals (miss pot pot and Omar were highlights!). We also had a bonfire each night. We were so close to letchworth, so we spent time in the park in Saturday and grabbed ice cream in town. I highly recommend staying here! I know we can’t wait to book again!

I wish words could accurately describe not only my stay, the location, the home and the wonderful owners/hosts of Dell Collective without feeling like I'm writing them a disservice, so here I go (trying my best):We stayed at the rustically elegant RW House and I hope that you will choose there too because it wasn't just a stay it was an EXPERIENCE!When I say that you will never find a property/experience like Dell Collective has to offer, I mean that. The RW House has a large garage door that lifts up, where you can watch a beautiful sunset over the fields while your bonfire starts up or while the sun is rising and you're cooking your farm to table breakfast in the most spacious, well-kept, "goals" of a kitchen. Every aspect of this home, from the floors to the 10+ foot wooden door of the bathroom has been carefully thought about and taken care of with love.Please trust me when I say, you will not regret staying here, but instead dream of your next booking here. 5/5 stars isn't enough, 100/100 is more like it!PS. Don't forget to feed the farm animals (you heard that correctly,) there's a mini horse, a pot belly big, a water buffalo and chicks just to name a few!PSS We were so blessed to wake up to a little surprise from the most caring, attending and overall 5/5 hosts; a fresh fruit platter.

We had the pleasure of being able to stay in all 3 Dell Collective properties over the past year, picking a favorite is impossible. Each one is decorated and thought out so beautifully. Not only is each place stunning, but the locations are perfect.. literally a stones through away from Letchworth State Park. All we can tell people is that they have to experience the magic that Dell Collective has to offer for themselves.

I was prepared to be impressed when we entered the South view space at Dell Collective. The pictures of this place are absolutely stunning but the feeling that came over us when we walked from room to room, up the staircase to the silo bedroom, marveling at the luxurious bathrooms and handsomely appointed kitchen—that’s the takeaway. Beautiful for sure, but it’s Amanda’s glorious attention to detail throughout that will make this overnight experience one we will talk about and tell friends about for a long time!

I rarely write reviews, but our stay at Dell Collective was so outstanding that it deserves one. My wife and I stayed in the silo room. It’s hard to describe how unique and comfortable it is. It is spacious and bright, yet cozy and intimate. Everything is first class, from the beds to the bathrooms to the kitchen and living rooms. The views from all the windows are spectacular. It is a really fun space, and exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Every little detail is thoughtful. It is located near Perry, and we went to dinner there. Next time (and there will be one!), we’ll bring in our own food and cook (did I mention that the kitchen is fantastic!) so we don’t have to leave.
