I am always amazed that no matter what I am looking for they have it. I went there to buy cables, hardware, and other items needed to build a dog run. They said, “we have a kit for that you know”. Saved me time, money, and the frustration of having to make my own. Everyone at their counter is super knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the Big Box Stores that have neither.

Burt's Lumber never let's me down. The entire crew are top notch. Are the prices higher than the big box? Maybe a smidgen, but Burt's is locally owned and operated by people who are actually helpful. It'll cost more in fuel than you're going to save driving to the box. And, if your time's worth anything, you'll be ahead.

I went in with a project in mind not knowing how I was going to do it, they were very helpful,considerate and patient with me. I came out knowing exactly how i was going to tackle my project. The store was very neat, and they had a very large selection. No further need to drive into the city and go to the big box places! I found the guys that work there very friendly and they were cute too!

Don't listen to anything bad about Burt's I have only lived in perry for a few years and everything i have ever needed they have been so helpful and honest with me. Yes sometimes they might be a little higher but hell it beats driving up to the city and wasting hours driving there and GAS to get there. Best place around to get the job done Thanks Burt's Lumber.
