They had almost everything we needed. Oddly, they had no place on the shelves for nail polish remover. So strange. I even asked and searched with the employees. Otherwise, great store. They even had a swim suit for my brother who forgot his! That was a great surprise.

I try not to shop here do to their prices. Today was about the second time I used this store this month. Each time I use the self checkout. And each time the manager walks over says something to the worker and turns on a security camera. The kid asked if I put two salads in the bag. I said no and pointed for him to look. I hope tops security reviews the recording as i stepped out of the way so the camera recorded the 3 workers standing there. 07/12/20. 12:22pm. I m a local . I don't have to use this Tops. Clean bottle return area. Love the convenience and selection at Tops Markets. Tops has a very good Organic selection that won’t break the bank. Everything seems to be fresh, and the bakery makes very good donuts. Convenient customer service desk. Knowledgeable staff and a great craft beer selection. Definitely recommend this store.

Shopping and cashing out went fine . The girl in the deli needed a attitude adjustment. I'm purchasing deli meat which isn't cheap and she was gonna give me the stuff that was sitting there for god only knows how long . When I said I wanted freshly cut she got a attitude. At those prices I think I should have the right to choose fresh stuff .

I had an amazing experience. All of the staff is very sweet and helpful. Especially the deli manager. The whole department is understaffed and she does the job of 3 people with a smile on her face. People could learn some things about customer service from her!! I'll be shopping here again.

They had what we needed, but the layout was bad. Easiest example is the beer. 3 isles, not in a row, plus random end caps. Prices were about what you'd expect with inflation.

You can get everything you expect from a grocery storeThe prices are a bit on the high side, bit that is because you have no other choice for many miles around.The setup is somewhat confusing in that certain types of items are not all together in one aisle.A through reorganization would help a lot.Completion in the area would help even more.As the only game around you have to make the best of it or drive Twenty plus miles.

People are so accommodating and nice. The finger sandwiches are excellent and look beautiful. I've used the seafood department for lobsters and they cooked them for me. All I had to do is heat them up in my oven.It made the rest of the dinner so easy! The prices are very good for the Keuka Lake area.Keep up the excellent work Tops!!

Great subs at the deli. Poor man's Wegmans, but ALMOST as good.It's okay. Groceries, lines... self-checkout was closed so we had to interact with actual human beings, which wasn't too terrible. There's a late night (graveyard shift) worker here who is almost always a barrel of laughs if you can take good oscillating brand of sarcasm and humor. You'll know who I mean...

I wouldn't ever shop at Tops if there was any other choice. We buy most of our basic groceries in another store and save so much. However there are some things we can only get at Tops in town. Today was even worse than usual with a 15 year old cashier who was slow, more interested in checking out what was happening around him than in serving his customers. Prices make me feel taken advantage of.

Usually shop there because of location and a decent selection of products, however they need to give the deli employees an attitude adjustment and properly train them how to wear a face mask properly! It is suppose to cover not only their mouth, but nose as well. Then employees stand at the west door not socially distancing or wearing masks while they smoke and socialize.

I was just in Tops in Penn Yan and 2 girls were at the serve counter without a mask and no one from the store asked to leave or offer a mask. I was there about 15 minutes and these women were there the whole time. Not good

This place has really bad service and so un organized this is my first time going into tops and will definitely will be my last 10 out of ten I definitely do not recommend coming hereWe had a hard time with the self check out and spent a lot of time trying to figure out the machine while being watched by workers that wouldn’t help.

We always shop the sales at Tops, as they're prices are high. It is sometimes hard to find items, wish their app was more user friendly. They don"t list prices or the isle where an item can be found.

Just shopped there. It's disgusting that they take advantage of people because of lack of competition. Paid twice as much for most items, and in some cases 3x what would be charged in Wal-Mart or Wegmans. Never again.

So many reasons this place is the anti-Wegmans.*Produce is always within a few days of turning, but they sell it anyways. I bought a bag of apples 2 days ago and they're already turning - which is why I'm finally writing this.*Deli sandwiches are also horrible, with minimal ingredients, and also close to expiration - check the pack dates and you'll see.*Staff is mostly rude and mismanaged - they smoke right outside the main entrance and are often seen bs'ing and standing around.*The store layout is awful - often times I am stuck behind some old lady because the isles are so narrow and cluttered.*The parking lot is terribly designed out ,with traffic jams due to pedestrians crossing to get to the only smoke bombed entrance of this dump.In conclusion this place sucks, and I hate having to go there for anything.

If you are on Keuka this is really you only option for a full grocery store unless you go to Geneva. I am used to Wegman's I might be a little harsh. They have all the essentials but not a huge selection and the produce is average at best.

Just walked out- the staff was soo rude I was offended- especially the manager. The guy running the self checkout had no idea what he was doing, and then they were out of monopoly tickets. Overall TERRIBLE experience. Looking for a corporate number to call now cuz this was just outrageous.

Was on vacation and bought dinner in deli: fish dinner, salat and something else, I forget what. Expensive, not eatable, not fast. It is small village, but it is not exuse for kitchen manager. Good news - I survived.

This is a good food market. It's surprisingly large, it looks small from the outside. The employees are very friendly, the prices are good and the selection is great. I shop here whenever I'm in the area.

They have a lottery machine scheme going after it eats your money, you complain and sign a paper saying what u lost and leave ,csi and a Manager open the machine reset it use your credits then the next day tell u someone stole your credits ; if u complain enough they give u store credit or customer satisfaction cash .but it's known by the head manager who's doing it but won't check the cameras just gives away tops $ .

Tops tends to limit choice of brands and variety of items to maximize profit and is reluctant to accomodate customer requests to order specific items. A bit pricey unless items are on special. Otherwise store is fine

TOPS in Penn Yan is a well stocked store that carries a wide variety of items to fill your pantry. The prices are reasonable for the most part and the staff is friendly and courteous.

I like the selection they have, they have a nice variety of food and merchandise & their meat is pretty good. Their prices are a little high but not too bad.
