Great hardware store! Every time I've ever visited, I either leave with what I'm looking for or a solid lead on where to find it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they have on street parking and a parking lot out back for people like me, who suck at parallel parking lol

Exceptional service & knowledge!! I went into the store needing a new washing machine…I was immediately greeted & assisted. All the right questions were asked to help fit my needs & I was given comparisons to help with my selection. You CANNOT beat shopping local!!!!

Drove 35 minutes to buy a dryer and a dishwasher because I had heard so many good things about this store. Kid couldn’t find anything on computer that matched their flyer and had no idea how to help. Tells me the main appliance guy (standing next to him having a conversation) would help me next. Dude finishes conversation, get’s in elevator and leaves me standing there. Waited 10 minutes, guy doesn’t come back. Go downstairs and he’s cashing out a small order while another employee sits in a chair on his phone. Where is this great customer service I have heard of? Cost you a $1200+ sale so well sone.

Chey is an absolutely outstanding employee! She was a huge help in getting me refrigerator delivered in less than 24 hours of calling the store. This was a HUGE help to my family and she was incredibly kind and helpful. I hope there is some way she can be recognized for her outstanding service.

I love small town local businesses. This is one of the best. Great people. We buy all our appliances here. Prices are very competitive and you have a local person to work with that really cares and will take care of you. If to want to be happy skip the big box. I am glad I did

As much as I hate to leave bad reviews I feel like this is the last effort for resolve. I purchased a new stove and refrigerator locally, to support a small business during a pandemic. I paid extra to have the stove installed and the display didn’t light up. The tech didn’t notice it, it was new to me so I didn’t know. Called within a week of install and told to call the manufacturer. Disappointed that in had to do the legwork but did. Told by their tech needs a part but no repair facilities in my area call seller for a new stove. Did that. 5 months later still broken and no other help from store other than keep calling Samsung we opened a case for you. They just replaced my stove so I have adjusted my rating.

Big Box store completely messed up our refrigerator order and were quite unhelpful. Walked into Pinckney's and had instant service, helpful salespeople and a new refrigerator. A bit more mpney, but worth it to have good service and someone who cares about what they do!

Mike and crew are always helpful and order items quickly if needed. I use this store for appliances for home and rental properties and their service can't be beat. I also make ALOT of keys for properties all year long. I drive back to Penn Yan PINCKNEYs when I need copies of keys that work the 1st time, every time.

Set an appointment up to fix our washing machine through Whirlpool. Pinckney called the day of appt to say they couldn't make it and rescheduled for a week later. The next week comes, they call again and say they still cannot make their appt and rescheduled. Finally, they made it and really weren't sure about the issue. Stated they were going to order a part and check to see if our warranty was still valid. Still haven't heard from them. Will never go through Pinckney Hardware again, for something like this anyways! Disappointed.
