You can never go wrong with Once !!I’ve been a regular for years and they never disappoint!If you have a chance to talk with Antonio definitely do it! He is so passionate about wine and he will share many wonderful insights with you. I think they added beers and cider to their menu, so there’s something for everyone! The place is stunning and has a very nice atmosphere, definitely try the bites, they are to die for … also Dani and Yvonne are great and very knowledgeable! Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I had our wedding here in September and from the very beginning to the end, it was incredible! The staff has the best communication and makes it easy to see your vision come to life. They helped with set up and break down and everything in between. I can’t say enough good things about Once Finger Lakes and everyone there! I highly recommend booking them for your big day!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our "Flights and Bites" experience at Once. It was a great opportunity to explore eight different wines from various Finger Lakes wineries and also sample an accompanied food item provided by eight unique local chefs. This was our second visit and we've received excellent wines and very personal service both times. It's a truly unique wine experience in the Finger Lakes and the staff are superb!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks for our son and daughter-in-law at ONCE Finger Lakes. The evening was perfect! The venue and views were beautiful, the staff did a fantastic job, and everyone enjoyed the food and the experience of tasting several fine wines from the Finger Lakes region. Many thanks to Antonio, Yvonne and their team for helping us plan our special event. They went above and beyond to create the personalized experience we were looking for. Everyone raved about the food prepared by Chef Samantha. We highly recommend ONCE Finger Lakes for your special event!

We wanted to visit a place by Seneca lake with a view where we could try different wines from the Finger Lakes region, since we only had a short amount of time in the area, and the staff at Hermann J. Weimer wisely recommended Once. We LOVED it. Antonio, the owner, hand picked some wines for us that were absolutely stunning. My boyfriend went with more classic wines that represented the region, and I wanted something more out if the beaten path, and he nailed it with both. I wasn’t intending to buy any wines for the trip, since I had only brought a carry on, but the wines I tried were so unique and different I ended up buying three. The food offering is mostly cold cuts and cheeses, all local and high quality. We really enjoyed our time there and cannot recommend it enough.

This place is a gem. They do not make wine here. Instead they feature the best wines of the finger lakes region, all available to taste and purchase. We came here in late March which is the off season for the finger lakes region. We found that the lack of crowd made it a perfect experience for us. The man helping us, whose name escapes me, was extremely knowledgeable on all things wine. My girlfriend and I are not well versed in the subject and he was able to break it down very well for us and made perfect recommendations. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all the different vineyards and the complexity and art of how wine comes to be. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.We sampled 4 glasses for $20. They give a larger pour than other wineries so 2 people can share a sampler. We ended up buying 2 bottles of a very nice resiling.

I booked a small private tasting for a group of 10 at Once for my wife’s birthday. The staff and the owner were pleasant and friendly to work with. The owner was able to curate our tasting based on our preferences and his in-depth knowledge of wine. The food and wine were delicious and Once’s location is in a perfect spot in the heart of the finger lakes over looking Seneca lake.I highly recommend visiting Once for wine tasting or booking a private event with them.Thank you staff and Antonio @Once for making us feel special and helping making our event one we went forget!

My friends and I were so glad we stopped at Once. The location itself was more modern than other wineries we visited which was so refreshing. We also loved the view of the lake while we tasted the wines.The highlight for me was definitely the food pairings. Everything was so fresh and they use ingredients that are locally sourced! They are constantly changing their food pairings to use in-season ingredients, so we’ll definitely return to try new items on the menu. The staff was lovely and attentive, and I had zero complaints the entire time. Definitely worth a visit on your next Finger Lakes winery trip!

Fantastic day at Once- great place to go and sample wines, beers and cocktails from all around the finger lakes. All of the partners are some of our favorite places in the area as well so lots of great options to choose from. Amazing service from Keke and Danny to explain the various options / experiences available. Also great location with amazing views of Seneca Lake. Will absolutely be back again.

Once Finger Lakes (pronounced "own-say" = eleven in Spanish) is a testament to the many great wines that can be found throughout the Finger Lakes region. I would consider this more of a "wine bar" than a winery. They feature a pretty extensive selection of select wines from throughout the regions, with a focus on (4) of the lakes.Once seated check out their menu of options. As you flip through it might be hard to figure out where to start or which option(s) to take, but there is no shortage of things to try from wine, to flights to small bites. There is ample space to accommodate most parties, with a view above the lake.If you only have limited time or are n the area and want to try some of the best wines in the region on one stop, then this is a place that definitively warrants consideration.

We stopped by to sample a flight in October. I would highly recommend starting any tour of Finger Lakes wineries at Once (pronounced Own-say), as their friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you select a flight of the best wines in the region based on your particular taste. From there, you can decide where to go next! We had a great experience at Once and we really liked the selections we brought home.

We had a wonderful tasting experience with Keke. Would highly recommend Once. It is nice to visit one place and be able to taste wines from a variety of local wineries. KeKe was wonderful ! Very pleasant.Made sure to come back to see if we needed anything.Chef Samantha killed it on flavor and presentation!! Spot on !!!I noticed a couple different women at tables standing .. My thought was they didn’t know the stools were adjustable.. when I arrived and sat down I felt as though I was on the floor, wondering why in hell is my husband sitting so much higher.. then I started to look at the stools across from me 😉 then all was good ( my husband fixe the problem) . Maybe the hostess should mention that to customers as the are seated .This was our first time there. It was for Easter Brunch 🐰Kid-friendliness: There were many kids there and it seemed to be quite friendly.

We went for the Mother’s Day Brunch. It was a fantastic experience. The view was wonderful. The staff was attentive without being intrusive. There was a wide choice of FLX wines. And the food - I can’t express how exquisite the food was. Although the menu sounded small, I brought home leftovers for dinner and everything was delicious.

We didn’t have time to visit a lot of wineries, so the Once concept sounded perfect. We had two sampling’s with pairings, so we each got to try the red and white flights. Because they curate the best of FLX wines, we liked everything we tried. We narrowed it down to four, then bought a case, using the discount earned with our tasting/pairing flight. It was a perfect weather day to be out on the deck, and we savored the view down the hill to Seneca Lake. Totally worth the trip!

Thoroughly enjoyed our late afternoon tasting and delicious cake!!! The owner, Antonio, and our server Danny were so accommodating and pleasant, and Danny was kind enough to take our group photo. 😀Antonio produced something special for us from the kitchen, courtesy of Samantha, a master chef in the area. Great concept at this winery which opened less than two years ago- we are certain it will continue to be a great success, include this on your stop for sure!!

Beautiful winery, beautiful deck right on the lake, would be perfect to buy a bottle and relax on the deck. However, I was definitely disappointed with the flights, I felt like $16 was a lot for 4 tastings which seemed to only have about 2 oz each. It's a nice place to stop in if you can't make it to the wineries themselves.

We stop in every time we visit the area!Danny and Antonio are so knowledgeable and so inviting!! And you can taste wines from across the Finger Lakes without having to travel!The Omakase flights never disappoint and are always so fun to sip and try to figure out!Highly recommend stopping in!

A little bit more expensive than going to the wineries themselves. But after you factor in gas and travel and time, worth a couple of dollars more. Beautiful build, a modern twist. Did not have the food but a good little menu for drinking a glass or two. Worth a stop. I’m guessing the name of this establishment means you can stop once and try a bunch of different wines.
