So far I’ve purchased 5 different Husqvarna commercial chainsaws from Eugene (owner) with plans to buy more this season. The entire staff in the hardware store is friendly and easy to work with!The tech team is equally as valuable to me and my Tree Service company because of their quick turnaround, excellent knowledge of the Husqvarna brand, and flexibility and willingness to help me when I need it last minute. Special kudos and shout out to Matt for all the times that he has stayed late and then over backwards to help me resurrect my saws when I was in a bind. I emphatically and wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this company!🙏

This place is GREAT! I was in for the first time last week and they spent a long time helping me find custom chainsaw chains for my carving saws. Huge selection, great prices and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this business!

Asked if they would be able to pick my snowblower up to service the day we were supposed to get some heavy snow. Not only did they pick it up, they finished it that day and I had it to use on what would be a heavy snow. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a new Husqvarna lawn mower and string trimmer from these folks. The sales people are great and Noah is very knowledgeable being able to answer my questions. I started getting my parts there over a year ago after my old dealer never had stock. Martin's seemed to have what I needed when I needed it. And it's good to support a local dealership who does care about their customers. 6 stars if possible.

Penn Yan got a foot of snow last night and my snow blower would not start. I called martin’s and they picked it up, repaired it, and returned it in about 5 hours. They did this for a very reasonable price too. Thank you martin’s. You really went above and beyond!!

A great place to find farm stuff.!! There's also bird food, feeders, children's puzzles, kitchen utensils, even things for your pet. Its a little out of the way, but I think it's a nice place for the farmer. It looks like that's what they deal most in.

I purchased a lawn mower on a promotional 12 month/ lcash deal but was surprised to see a $50 service fee I wasn't expecting, on my first statement.This was new to me as I've used many promotional offers and never encountered a fee, up until now. I guess there's a difference between 12mos. no interest and 12 mos. same as cash. Buyer beware of promotionals from Martin's.So, between the .03% discount awarded for paying cash, that I could have saved and the $50 fee, I'm out $70and there isn't any help from either the Synchrony bank or Martin's. They each it's the other's fee. I feel I've been duped.
