We have been coming to natures way for the past 3 years each time we stay for 3 weeks at a time it’s peaceful and quite our family and friends enjoy coming to the cottage. The-wildlife that comes out into the yard to say hi. The cottage is roomy. And the views are awesome. The house itself was in a good location and had a lot of potential, unfortunately there were significant issues with cleanliness. Dirt, hair and other obvious signs of use in my bed, I’m assuming from the last occupant… I’m not a picky person but it was bad enough that I had to sleep on the couch. The next day they dropped off new sheets which I then had to change myself. Contacted finger lakes premier who apologized and said they would offer compensation. Weeks went by and they never did. Not what I expected, to say the least.

We absolutely LOVED our time at the property we stayed at on Honeoye Lake! The second we pulled up to the home, we could tell we would have an awesome week! Everything was perfect; from the reservation, to the communication, to the property itself! They even left out dog dishes and a dog bed for our dog. Beautiful landscaping and gorgeous views of the lake and sunset. Couldn't have been better! Thank you Finger Lakes Premier Properties!!

We had a fantastic labor day weekend by the Seneca Lake. The view of sunset is breathtaking. The house is clean and equipped with plenty of cookingware and glassware. The location is great, close to two brewery and multiple vineyards. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful, spacious, clean, well equipped house. Perfect proximity to the lake, fire pit and dock. Nice working grill on the deck. Lots of room to spread out, great kitchen! Views from lake amazing. Only suggestion is for owners to enhance the a/c. And maybe put a tv in one or two of the bedrooms.

Point Marianne was a wonderful place for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. Anthony from Housekeeping did a fantastic job in cleaning Point Marianne by himself on Saturday. It was spotless! Keuka Lake cannot be topped for views and Point Marianne has the best of the best! Point Marianne is a very homey property with lots of room to spread out and it met all of our needs perfectly!

The house named Tranquility lived up to its name. A great deck overlooking the lake, a newer deck for sunning and swimming. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and very attractive. The house was close to Geneva, the wineries and restaurants. Finger Lakes Premier Properties had great communication. I would recommend this house to anyone and would rent it again if I come back to the area.

I’ve rented several lake front properties on Keuka Lake through Fingerlakes Premier Properties. They are A+ in every way! They communicate throughly and leave nothing by chance. Great experience renting from Finger Lakes Premier Properties. The house we rented was clean and comfortable and was in a wonderful location, walking distance to a state park. The weather in late August was lovely and the lake was beautiful. We found a couple good places to fish. It was a fun and relaxing vacation.

Second time I have rented with Finger Lakes Premier Properties and both times fantastic (different lakes/rentals)!!! From reservation process to check in and check out, it has been a straight forward communicative experience. In fact the second rental we were on our way and had not received lock code yet, so I called and it was easy peezy as well as they called and emailed to follow up to make sure we checked in okay. I like it because can shop on website, literally make a reservation, pay through website, sign contracts electronically… no holding, phone calls, waiting…they have lots of communication so you are always “in-the-know”…I will use them again and again!

We stayed at Willow Tree Cottage for a week in August. The house had beautiful lake views,and was steps from the water. The location could not have been better, just a five minute drive to Penn Yan. We appreciated the newer appliances, especially washer and dryer in the house. However, there were some major flaws that really took away from our enjoyment of our time at Keuka Lake. The home was not cleaned by check in time, and was still very dirty after the cleaning crew left. There were layers of dirt and dog hair everywhere, mold in the showers, stains on the mattresses, just to name a few of our observations. We did not use the upstairs shower due to cleanliness concerns, even after multiple attempts to clean it ourselves. This was not a case of the cleaners not cleaning well one week, but obviously weeks, or more likely months of neglect. We spent our own money, and hours of vacation time to clean the home to the point that we felt comfortable with our children being on the floor. Additionally, there are 50 stairs down from the street, not 38. There are 38 stairs to the first landing, but 50 steep stairs to the main entrance. This is misleading on the listing. While we greatly enjoyed our time in the water and on the lake, we cannot recommend this rental to future guests without major improvements. We reached out to the rental company, they did not respond to our survey nor did they allow our review to be published on their site.

The cottage was a delightful place for our extended family ranging in age from one year old to seventy five. Beautiful views from two separate living rooms and dining area. Kids had lots of fun in an additional theater room downstairs. Kitchen was great with modern appliances. We all enjoyed the multiple deck and patio areas along with the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again!

As a previous employee of this company, I have to state that I was extremely disappointed in the experience my family had at The Heart of Honeoye on Honeoye Lake. I have been away from the company for several years now, and this is not a complaint from a disgruntled past employee.During the week prior to arrival, we received a call stating that, although all docks are guaranteed to be installed by 5/15, the dock would not be installed. We told FLPP that this was a fishing trip and the dock would play an important role in our stay and considering the price we paid for a weekend in “off season” we thought some sort of compensation should be made. The reservationist did reach out to the owner and we were told that the dock could be installed on Saturday afternoon. However, we were leaving Sunday morning and the majority of our stay would be over so we declined the inconvenience and asked that they not come to install the dock while we were there .We were told we would receive a call back and never did. I had to email two times afterward to get any sort of response, which was only a response to tell us we’d get a responseUpon our arrival, we found that the yard was very small and the dock that was not installed, took up a significant amount of space in the yard. Additionally, there was a 4 foot break wall along the shore and we had two very large, 75 pound fishing kayaks, and one three-man canoe And several smaller kayaks for our fishing adventure. every time we launched a vessel, we had to put in over this 4 foot break wall. It was significantly inconvenient and difficult , not having the dock in..We also found that the property was not cleaned to satisfaction. There was dog hair, floating around the property the entire time we were there. In addition, there were fleas infested in the sectional sofa in the living room. Many of us had flea bites from sitting on it. We did reach out to tell the company about the shortcomings, but never really received any sort of response back.At one point during our stay, it rained significantly and we needed to utilize the dryer for some of our fishing clothes. About halfway through the cycle, many of us noted headaches and a bit of dizziness. I immediately told everyone to go outside and open all the windows and turned the dryer off, I looked behind the dryer which was a gas dryer and the dryer vent was missing and the carbon monoxide was pouring into the house. I did notify the company about this, and due to lack of response had to fix the dryer ourselves because our clothes were soaking wet. I noted to the company that the bigger problem was the fact that the carbon monoxide detector did not go off and that could have been significantly devastating.While trying to settle the matter with FLPP, we were offered very little compensation for the above inconveniences. We stated that we felt it was inappropriate and finally heard nothing more from the company.The company should take customers complaints, more seriously and compensate appropriately for such shortcomings. These were not small issues. We will never use this company again for our family’s yearly fishing excursion.

I can’t say enough about FLPP!!! They were a pleasure to work with and responded to me almost immediately! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and eager to help me in any way they could. The house we stayed at was simply wonderful! Very clean and exactly as expected! (Actually, it was better than expected)! We will definitely be coming back to the Finger Lakes and I will certainly be calling FLPP!!

Seneca Lake was the perfect place to take a pause from the pandemic and this very difficult year. The house was beautiful and nicely situated close to the lake with great views and a fabulous dock/deck that brought us right onto the lake. The house was well cared for and well equipped. We kept busy with an outdoor kitchen, kayaks, a canoe, a hot tub and one the most gorgeous lakes around. We all felt refreshed after our stay. It is the first time since March that we have truly been on a vacation this year. Sail Winds was an absolutely perfect place to getaway.

Four of us stayed in this lovely Lakeside cottage. The views were beautiful from the dock. The walk to the dock is just a little bit steep but it is well worth the view. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect in relation to the wineries and local hiking. We had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall this was a great family vacation. It was the perfect space for my family of 4, plus the grandparents. Kids were occupied all day by the lake with plenty of water toys to keep them busy! House, was extremely clean, updated and offered every kitchen utensil you can think of, making you feel like you are at home! Beds were comfortable and the house was decorated in a tasteful lake theme. We enjoyed our stay here from beginning to end. Look forward to returning again someday!

There were some good and bad things about our stay. The configuration of the house is perfect for a large group, we had 6 adults and 2 children and this was plenty of space. The lakefront was gorgeous, with a large yard and nice dock and fire pit. The beds were mostly comfortable and the sitting area was cozy. The bad: when we first arrived there were mouse droppings everywhere. The place also did not seem clean, judging by how dirty our baby’s onesie got immediately from the floor. The property management was kind in response and did supply traps for the mice, and sent a crew out to clean for the next day. We were also offered to stay in a hotel if we’d prefer. There were also maggots in the trash and so many bugs in the house, but you could chalk that up to lake life! The shower drain was busted and they fixed this for us. There was rust in the dryer so I wouldn’t count on drying your clothes in it. The mouse droppings continued during the week but then finally we did end up catching 4 mice ourselves. Two of them were caught at 4 am and woke us up with their noises from the trap. It wasn’t ideal. The house and location were wonderful otherwise. They gave us a $300 credit toward our “next stay” but not sure we’d stay again due to the other issues.

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Keuka. The house was very nice and the property was well appointed and very clean when we arrived. It had everything our party of six adults needed for a comfortable long weekend. After we booked our stay, direct contact with Finger Lakes Premier Properties was not required as everything exceeded our expectations.

We have rented four properties from FLPP over the years, all on Keuka Lake. We rented the Fairhaven main house and guest house in August 2022 for a family reunion. The Fairhaven Property did not meet or expectations for a premium priced rental, especially compared to our four previous FLPP rentals which had been excellent.The main house offers great views of the lake and bluff with spectacular sun sets. It is an easy drive to Hammondsport, Penn Yan and many wineries. The property is located at the end of a narrow road so it is very quiet and private. There is good lake frontage and lots of land next to the guest house for lawn games. The gardens are beautiful and well managed.I am not one to usually complain about most issues but when you consider the totality of the shortcomings with this property it is clear it does not meet the standard we experienced in the past. The issues include:- The cleaning crew was still on the property after we arrived for the 4:00 pm check-in. They rushed to finish making the beds but it appears they passed on some of the cleaning chores. It was very awkward moving into the property while they were trying to get chores done.- The bathrooms in both buildings were generally clean except for the shower stalls. The shower floors were dirty and there was mold growing where the pan meets the walls.- The master bathroom sinks had mold growing around the sink drain which we ended up cleaning ourselves.- The carpets were filthy in both buildings. Stains, spills and odd smells, especially on warm days. Area rugs covered most areas and were constant trip hazards.- We never received an access code for the lock box from FLPP for the front door key but it did not matter since ANY four numbers could be used to access the key! Not very secure.- We could rarely get the back door to lock. I would prop a chair against the door handle at night.- Many of the upstairs windows could not be opened or closed as handles were loose or stripped.- The smoke alarm in the kitchen was missing and I could not find any other first-floor detectors. The whole house security system is disabled so I have to wonder if there are any smoke/fire detectors in this property.- The outdoor gas grill ignitor was broken so trying to light the natural gas-powered grill with a lighter was always a risk since it was not clear where to light the burner.- There was a constant source of ants in the guest house bathroom. These were the large carpenter ant variety.- The Wi-Fi in the main house was very good but it was very poor in the guest house with weak signal and constant drops making it difficult for family members that had to do some remote work for several days from the guest house.- The window above the air conditioner in the guest house would not stay closed and was open for some time allowing bugs to get into one of the bedrooms. We propped it closed with a spoon from the kitchen.- Most of the doors would stick when opened or closed, some significant.As I stated previously, this property has some great features regarding location and could be one of the premier FLPP properties but it is not worth the premium price we paid for rent and poor cleaning. It needs a complete assessment from top to bottom before we would even consider renting it again and a review of the cleaning protocols and crew.

We rented a house through Finger Lakes Premier Properties in June. The house was a great location and good size, however we had hundreds of little flying bugs inside each night. No bug zapper or proper seal around window AC units. We spent hours each evening trying to vacuum up the bugs that were attracted to the lights. We called and were told maintenance would come out and seal around the AC's and no one ever came, nor did I receive a follow up call. I called the next day to ask what happened and was told the homeowner didn't have a maintenance agreement and the person would reach out and call me back "within the hour". Again I never received a response. We ended up going to Walmart, purchasing tiki torches, citronella, yellow lights for the outside, and stuffing the AC gaps with paper towels, just to make it tolerable. While I feel the properties offered by this company look great, their lack of follow up and lack of resolution to a legitimate issue will have me looking elsewhere when I come back to town.

The house had a good location and a great layout for 5 friends, could be updated but everything was clean. The towel sets were even shrink-wrapped. The back deck looked fairly new, we didn't use it much as it never got to 70° during our stay. The fire pit on the lake was really nice, had a heron visit in the morning on the dock. Two of us, lucky ones who had the lakeside rooms, left our drapes open and were awakened by the sunrise! We didn't cook, but it certainly seemed like there were enough pots and pans to do so. The blue dishes were gorgeous! And plentiful. Our only negatives would be the sulfur smell when running the water or showering, but that's common in the area with well water and it did seem to dissipate slightly after maintenance came and replaced the filter. We couldn't get the television to work, but that was only something we tried because we are from Pittsburgh area and the Pens were in the Stanley Cup finals. We all loved the house and the wine trail, plan to return sometime!
