Our dog Astra ate some socks then puked them up, dog was still puking so we took her to eastview. Turns out she also ate a rock that was stuck in her intestines. They performed emergency surgery. The quote was low end 1600 high end over 2400 I believe, after surgery it came in at 1200 which was a relief and I felt like a great price for such a major surgery. Everyone was super friendly and made our horrible day a pleasant one. Our dog would have died without this surgery and we are so grateful that they were there and so quick to do the surgery. She recovered with not one hiccup.

I went there this morning for end of life services for my elderly kitty and Dr. Fahnestock was amazing. He gave my Moe love and affection and he helped me through it as well and gave me all the time I needed in privacy until I was ready to leave him. Nobody bothered me or pushed me out of the room. Moe crossed the rainbow bridge more peacefully than I could have asked for and the rest of the entire staff was beyond compassionate about my loss and need for privacy during checkout. I have been a client for over 20 years. I moved out of the area and it's a long haul to get there but I will never take my fur babies anywhere else.

Lack of vets have caused longer wait times (for appointments). They're pricy and used to be worth it, but I'm not so sure since covid.Addendum: I should add that the staff there does work very, very hard. My understanding is that there's an overall shortage of vets willing to work weekends or be on call, which has caused the few there to shoulder the entire practice. It's frustrating for everyone.

Like every other veterinary clinic in the United States, Eastview got hit hard by COVID. The influx of new pets, the new problems people saw when home all day with their pets, and the shortage of workers all cumulated to make work lives hard but the wonderful people at Eastview just kept going. You may have to wait a little longer for your phone call to get answered or returned, or for your appointment time, but be patient and you'll have the best customer service and truly compassionate care. We and our kitties love Eastview!

Everyone is so kind to our animals, and i always feel like the doctors, the handlers, and the receptionists have our best interests in mind. I especially like the fact that the doctors remember our pets and their issues from previous visits. I would highly recommend them.

Care for animals is paramount at this establishment. We have been taking our pets here for years. Many of the younger vets are female. And recent graduates of Cornell Veterinary college. Staff is polite and attentive. Usually, very little waiting. Your pets will be happy here, mine love to go.

This is by far the best Vet Clinic I have been to.They are super professional and especially during this Covid time, they make it very easy to take care of your pet in a safe manner.Masks are always worn which I greatly appreciate. They seem to really care about your animal. I recently found a little kitty (7 weeks old) on our property, which was severely dehydrated. I took him to Eastview. They gave him an IV. The kitty(Sunny) decided to adopt me, is now 4 months old and very healthy..thanks to the care of their awesome Vets and staff. Highly recommend them.

My wife and I took our cat Theo here after he had been to an emergency vet 3 times in 3 days to no avail. Not 2 minutes after we pulled in the driveway they had taken him in and were treating him. He had a urinary blockage so he had to stay to be monitored for several days. They were very helpful, informative and patient when I called 3 times a day to check on Theo. He is home now and doing much better. Couldn't have asked for better service or a better outcome. Thank you.

so disappointed omg unreal how I just got my cats ashes back in a tin can scotch taped all over it and foot print wasn't done correctly.. I was told she would come back in nice box and how the place they use is so great.. what a freaking joke! and while Im reviewing this place when I went to put her down it took 2 injections and over 20 mins for her to pass, so messed up I thought when my others took few seconds 1 injection and came back in such beautiful boxes. beyond upset!!!!! Call me to say so sorry save your sorry and fix this so no one else goes through what I am today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever would I use this place Again!

Our golden Retriever developed Congenital Heart Disease this summer with concern he would survive flight back to CA. Thank you for your encouragement and phone calls required for medication adjustment. In 3 weeks Bo is a tail wagging dog who shows no signs of heart failure removing fear of flight home. Can't than Dr. Webb enough!

Our dog had a freak accident happen that made it so he could not use his hind legs....when no one else was able to help us without massive payments we came here and eastview has been nothing but helpful in every aspect. I highly recommend eastview to anyone in need of very helpful informative people that are more than willing to help!

Eastview has helped us with our pups for almost 3 years now. When our Aussie was sick, they were extremely helpful and did everything they could at every single visit. When one of our pups passed, they were extremely compassionate and caring. I truly felt as though they shared my grief because they had taken care of my baby the entire way.Through covid, they were phenomenal. They balanced safely and care with grace and I trusted them completely to care for my pup without my presence in the office.We still love taking our other sweet pup there! Though they are currently understaffed, they keep you connected to what's going on in the office and are extremely accommodating all things considered.I would highly recommend taking your pet here!!!

We have been taking our dog to this clinic for almost 4 years. Each year especially after the pandemic the place has gone down in service and up in cost. We just took our dog there after he was having issues with his stomach. They asked us to get him there in the morning only to have him sit from 8am to 3pm on an empty stomach and then sedate him for an ultra sound which I feel is cruel and uncalled for. They then released him back to us the same day which should have never happened because he was not right. Not to mention that they told us he had a "mass" which was pushing on his liver. A few days went by and he became so sick that we had to take him to Cornell Emergency finding out that he developed aspiration pneumonia and had no mass whatsoever!!! Putting him on a good amount of medication for the mass which he never had in the 1st place. This place is in my experience incompetent within their practice and are putting profit before the care of the animal!!! What else is new? Beware of this place! We are no longer bringing our dog to them that is if he survives!!!! I could say a few more things but it would be inappropriate here I am that angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! An update for all who take their pets to this building. I call it a building because in my experience it is NOT a hospital. Because of the lack of true care and errors made by the doctors we had to put our dog down on July 27 2022 10:15am. He was only 6 years old and was pretty healthy the day we took him to this place.

Make sure you don't go on a hot day, because they'll make you sit in your car for two hours... gas at $5 a gallon and you have to sit there with your car running the AC so your poor pet doesn't collapse. Not to mention if you get a puppy and it needs to go back multiple times for just shots, they charge you an office visit each time so be prepared for them to charge you hundreds of dollars. Also, they won't get their weight right either. So make sure you weigh your pet yourself so you can get the correct dosage of medications for them. Or save yourself and just go to a different vet. Shame really. They used to be a great place years ago. And now it's the complete opposite.

I can’t speak for all the vets or techs here yet but, Beth is AMAZING! There’s no one else I would trust my babies with! Our family moved and still drive over an hour to visit Eastview because we know they are being given the best care possible at the best price possible! We are two truly grateful pet parents to have found such a great clinic!
