Rocco was very knowledgeable in the information he provided me. He had a calm personality and answered all of my questions with ease. I started coming to Acadia during Canal Days and honestly, I don’t think I will be going anywhere else for my weed. They have always told me the pros and cons of what I’m looking at, making tasteful recommendations based on what is best for you, and all around being helpful with the experience. Smoke shops < Acadia, I promise you’ll never go back to a smoke shop after buying something from them.

This is a well kept store. Employees and owners know what they are doing and talking about. Prices are very reasonable and the products are good. I do not go anywhere else for cannabis products. I can't imagine a nicer store where I can buy these products!

The Salesman was super nice and informative. The store is very neat and clean. I really like that they have a lot of products. The only thing I think they can improve is, have more flower products to choose from. Other than that, the place is great.

I adore Arcadia! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and kind… even the 4 legged employee!!! Great product with consistent results. Also the cookies and brownies are yummy. This is my go to joint for cannabis and other feel goodies.

Bought gummies along with "Intensive Healing Hemp Salve" for knee pain. While the gummies were helpful, the intensive healing salve was neither. Called and was told to use more. Save yourself $40 on just the small 2 oz tin..$20/ oz for no relief!

Alex was very knowledgeable and I was treated like a king. The experience in this store was much like the great experiences I’ve had in states like Washington, California and Colorado. All the products were labeled and the store was squeaky clean. This is definitely the best experience I’ve had in NY and I will be recommending Acadia to everyone.

Amazing service but the quality of flower left me not wanting to return. I made purchases of both mid shelf and the higher shelf stuff only to be disappointed in both. The edibles I purchased were also extremely weak, at 30mg a piece, I was barely even fazed by them after eating 3 of the 5 pieces. Again I will say the customer service was top notch, I can't remember the exact person's name but they were extremely nice.

Happened to notice this place and stopped in. Beautiful place. Owner was great. Very patient, plenty of knowledge to provide. Bought a variety of items, and quite simply the quality here is on a whole other level from the other places I've checked out. No joke, I have to reguage what my tolerance is for what I got - it's such more effective. Won't be going anywhere else.

Great helpful people. The sent me home with their peanut butter Kratom extract cubes and they were absolutely delightful!
