From the pet hospital to the grooming department (I yet to try the pet hotel), I always have a great experience. The staff members throughout the facility are friendly and professional and always eager to help. I know my pup is in great hands every he has an appointment. I’ve recommended this PetSmart to my friends, families and neighbors and they also have great experiences.

Paige is a soon to be 2 years old Shih Tzu and has been vista this groomer located since she was only few months old. Today my Pup was seen by Nicole. She had excellent customer service and handled my baby with such care. I truly enjoy bringing her to this location and look forward to continuing to book with Nicole. Thank you

I highly recommend the Petshotel in Pelham. The staff is so wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. My 9 year old puppy had a great time. She was very well taken care of and had a great time at day camp! I live about 30 minutes away in Astoria and it is absolutely worth the drive.

I left my dog and cat at the Pelham pets hotel and they wouldn’t give me a report on how my animals did because corona virus prohibited them from doing so. They explained to me that this is a policy from corporate.... I paid 300 dollars and didn’t even get a report on how my dog did .. whether he peed pooped ate? I paid extra for doggy activities and they briefly told me he was scared ... so they charged me 3 nights for doggy activities he didn’t even need. Owners like to know how their pets are doing while they are away. My dog kept making weird noises ... I took him to the park and he had diarrhea....I am now at the vet trying to figure out what happened...I don’t even know what type if food was given to him...or since when he’s been like this . No report no nothing

I wouldn’t go to that place again there are always big lines usually 1 cashier while employees are walking around talking among themselves, very unfriendly,I had to go today before going to work and I checked in the website the hours, it says they open at 7am, I got there at 8am went in the store nobody greets you very unfriendly staff if they are not happy there they should quit they are not giving stuff for free, I went to a register I was there for about 10 minutes there were employees around me, finally I asked if someone was working the register and I was told we opened at 9am the 7am is for grooming.If I would be the owner of that place I will fire everyone there are a lot of people who need a job and will much better than any of them
