Lorie S has been grooming our dog since we adopted him last year. She listens to what we would like and does such a good job every time. This cut we wanted it tight on the face and big floofy ears again, we think it’s perfect. Lorie is so sweet, my dog loves going to see her.

Welcoming, every visit. Associates are extremely helpful, which I appreciate because sometimes you could go to an establishment and find an employee from a different dept., ask for help or have a quick question, and they'll turn you away - quick. I can't recall an encounter where an employee did not go out of their way to lend a hand or offer external resources (if what I needed was not available in store). By "lend a hand," I literally mean, either they've found another colleague to direct me to, looked up a product for me, or guided me to where I need to go personally. Just overall exceptional and consistent customer service. The line can get a little long, and it's weird that it goes down one aisle, but it moves pretty quickly.In full transparency, I must say I've found similar but cheaper instore products on Amazon. The confidence of knowing the quality of the in store items beforehand though, and previous experience of being able to chat with someone who works there about the best choice, is comforting so I usually opt for the in store option - and you build rewards points. Sharing some of the items from our last visit; "our" because, of course, the best perk is being able to bring my Big Boy 🐶💙 along. Fyi, the spacious grassy pet relief area outside is a perk, and the in store pet clean-up stations are a god send, truly.

My dog has been a guest at the PetSmart Pets Hotel for nearly a decade, and overall, I have been satisfied with the services provided. However, over time, there have been gradual cost increases and a reduction in services. To manage the rising expenses, I transitioned my dog from a suite to a standard room for accommodation. I also adjusted to PetSmart no longer offering food during the stay by purchasing coupon books for additional savings. Unfortunately, the availability of these books has become inconsistent, with a high percentage of expired coupons. Despite these changes, I have continued to rely on PetSmart's service quality for my dog's stay.However, during the last visit, I was taken aback by the lack of communication regarding new changes. After a 6-day stay, I discovered a barely legible notice stating that staff would no longer stay overnight at the hotel, which was not communicated during booking or drop-off. The lack of communication about important changes is unacceptable and has eroded my trust in the facility. This new policy is concerning, especially considering my 16-year-old dog's familiarity and comfort with the staff and environment. The absence of overnight staff raises questions about emergency protocols.The recent changes at the PetSmart Pets Hotel have left me feeling uneasy and concerned about the quality of care my dog is receiving. Additionally, the increased staff turnover due to the recent changes is disappointing for both customers and pet owners like myself. The staff struggles with this decision, which can contribute to a hostel work environment and not the sense of community and family among the staff that previously existed.The combination of higher prices, reduced staff, and lesser oversight in the Pets Hotel has left me frustrated and uncertain about the value of the services. What am I paying for? I have always valued the peace of mind that PetSmart provided for my dog's accommodations, but these recent developments have made me question the value of the services compared to the rising costs. Moving forward, I hope PetSmart addresses these concerns, prioritizes clear communication, and maintains a stable, experienced staff to ensure the safety and happiness of all the pets in their care.

We did our puppy training here. It was excellent even though my daughter was teaching the puppy some things, I wanted to get professional training because we are first time owners. The trainer was very professional, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for things we struggled with. Throughout the weeks I have seen growth in myself and the dog. lol Carbon does not like everyone but she 😍adored her trainer lol. Keury is highly recommended!!

I did a same day delivery at this location and only ordered 2 items (cat treats and small bag of cat Food) i was sent 23 items (a case of treats, 2 cases of wet cat food and 20 cans of cat food) And out of those 23 items none were mine, please follow up and double check pick up orders.Update: i spoke to the assistant manager named J and had to literally coach him and tell him the steps to call DoorDash for myIncorrect order; he made another delivery attempt but sent it to the wrong address, I’ve been on the phone for 3 hours with PetSmart and DoorDash over yall mistakes

First and last time using this location. Brought my puppy (A shorkie) in for a cut and bath deluxe service which came out to $100. Her face cut was so uneven like a 5 year old who cuts their Barbie’s hair. They didn’t trim her nails and I’m sure they didn’t brush her teeth. They claimed it’s because she’s puppy. This was not her first trim. She’s gotten groomed at her vet office before and the cuts were perfect. I will be going to boutiques that specialize in grooming in the future.

I had the worse experience. I was told they were just going to shave down her paws and under belly which was matted. I pick my dog up and she was border line bald. I was not asked nor given any option on to what I wanted nor a courtesy call stating what was happening. I would never take my dog to them nor would I recommend anyone to take their dog there if you truly care.

I want to give a 5 star rating specifically for Jennie, the Pelham Parkway Amazing Trainer. Eclipse adores Jennie And is always estatic when it’s time for class ! As soon as she gets a Glimpse of her Trainer, she bolts it for Love, attention, and tons of kisses. Thank you Jennie for these past amazing 6 weeks & for always going above expectations and making our first training sessions spectacular. We truly appreciate your tips, honesty, And the affection you’ve shown our little monster. You have brought some peace into my home & we can’t wait for the Immediate Class to start. Sign us up for you as our trainer again! And to Petsmart, you don’t always get amazing employees often , but she is a keeper. She is always speaking positive about the company, the other team members, and is very knowledgeable and confident in her skills & abilities . You are lucky to have Jennie as a trainer in your facility. May she be blessed with great opportunities . We will have to visit on off days so Eclipse can keep seeing her amazing friend. Aside from spending time with friends and seeing Jennie, the best part of training is that once we hit the car and head back home, Eclipse is wasted !!!! I had a very bad experience at the Petsmart @ Pelham, NY. I made a 5:45pm appointment. First when I arrived there the guy (Josue) was taking his break so I stayed in the store and walked around then went back. When I got there I said hello and he didn't even bother to reply. He seems to be upset that I showed up for my appointment. He complained about that he called me to go there earlier and I didn't answer and that usually they don't do appointments at that time . I stated that I was working and It's not my fault that on the internet showed they had that time available if according to him they don't do appointments so late. Needless to say that Josue was rude, he has no costumer service skills, and he did a very very poor job, on top of that he covers his back blaming it on the puppy not being cooperative. However, this was her 2nd hair cut and they were so happy with her when I took her the first time to a petsmart at a different location. This was a total waste of money. The way he was acting and treating me was like he was doing me a favor not like I was paying to get the service. Obviously I would never go back there this was a horrible experience and a total waste of money.

I wish I could remember my pooches groomers name, she was amazing. I love the fact that this location also has a pet hotel. Staff here is friendly and efficient.Update: went back for a second visit and my pooches groomer was awesome. Again i cant remember his name, but this team seems to enjoy being around dogs. Thank you!!!

This store is truly the worst Petsmart I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff is the slowest staff of employees I’ve ever seen they truly act like it’s their first day every single time I’m in there they never know how to answer any questions I’ve seen them handle items horribly you would never want them to deliver your package. I bought expired and moldy bugs nobody is checking on their inventory they are just selling dead food when it’s stinks they’re black every time you ask somebody can you check the back for something with a further expiration date apparently they’re blind after that it’s really disgusting I am going to contact the BBB about this I will be emailing corporate nobody in there answers the phones not the dog department not regular front desk nobody’s answering the phones I do not recommend zero out of 10 they are really disgusting.

I would give this place and it’s customer service a zero. Completely unprofessional as well as the manager GINA i spoke with on the phone today who didn’t even know Where customers can leave reviews. What kind of manager doesn’t know that ? Anyways the groomer completely disregarded anything we asked for and shaved my puppy all uneven and choppy. His ears were cut all wrong and the SHAVED HIS ENTIRE FACE. If you were going to do something like that it’s called calling the customer and letting them know. There’s skin showing in some areas so she obviously cut to close to his skin. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. Would not recommend this to anyone and will make sure to never shop there again.Also look at his ear it’s all miscut. Never received an apology from Thai place.

I have a bearded dragon so went in person to buy the bearded dragon some live food and they had barely anything i ask for help to find where they had moved the fridge with the food and all the employee did was point my wife in a direction talking about right by the fish no help customer service has gone down as of late

I just got a new puppy, and I went to petsmart to buy a couple of things for him and ask questions about their pet services . The staff was very nice and helpful and I found everything I needed with no problem. Will make this petsmart my go to store.

Customer service was ok! But they need more cashier. The line is always long!!Tip: when u get in the store and the line is long just join it and wait till someone gets behind u then tell that person you'll be right back then go grab ur items and find that person and reclaim ur spot! (Works everytime)

Great stock inPetsmart in Pelham manor. They have a variety of treats, toys, and real animal chews .They always offer a variety of everything I need. Staff is very helpful!!!

AWFUL PLACE!!!! I made an appointment to have my dog groomed. A few days before they called to reschedule, however I could not reschedule as I planned my whole day around this appointment. Come to find out the cancelled my appointment. Slightly annoyed, I rescheduled for another day. During my call the front desk staff rudely, stated that "I had cancelled before and was going to waste their time." The only reason I did not read her for filth is because, EVERY OTHER TIME was a great experience. Maybe the staff member had diarreha, or maybe it was constipation, either way; I bit my tongue and reschedule. When I got my dog back from her visit..... MY DOG CAME TO ME WITH NO HAIR AT ALL. Have you seen Austin Powers???? My dog now looks like a HAIRLESS CAT. They had the audacity to tell me that my dogs hair was matted when I brush my baby every day. If you can avoid this HOUSE OF PET TERRORS I highly advise that you do.

Last year on November 1st I left my beautiful dog lulu. I after I left her there she changed a lot, she got frustrated because they didn’t took her out until I asked and after that I have to pay extra so they can take her out for 30 minutes. Like come on is just not fair, what left a dog all day in a cage like a prisoner, Lulu was only 5 moth all by then. She was so sad when I picked her up. Also I told them to shower her, she’s looked so dirty when I picked her up. I really regret to left my dog there. I was so emotional when I saw her( the way she looked). I cry, I felt so disappointed. Also they just send just 2 pic in 2 weeks. They didn’t want to send me more pic or anythingThere was a guy that was nice with lulu. I know because her reaction with him. Other than that I didn’t like it at all.

Discriminatory practices. Very rude customer service. Make sure you get a detailed bill because they like charge for "extra" services without informing the owner then decide to label your dog as "aggressive" because you called them out on their fraudulent practices.

I have my puppy Eli coming here and he literally loves it! He always drags me to the door and get so excited to see the staff. They always greet him warmly, and he always responds excitedly to their energy. I’d recommend for doggie day care 100%!

Warning!! The store is good but the grooming dept needs to be trained on how to treat pets. I observe my dog ear being pull and manhandled, she has not eaten in 2 days, flinched when we get close to her, curls up and goes in a corner.PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG THERE
