I ordered photos of my cat who died last week for same day pickup. I went 3 hours after they were supposed to be ready, and they hadn’t been printed. No apology. No reasons. They just said the guy didn’t print them. I canceled my order and won’t shop here again. The last time I was there for a FedEx pickup, they couldn’t find my package which was an expensive laptop, and I had to call FedEx repeatedly and go to the store 3 times before they found it. Their staff is just terrible and doesn’t care at all.

HIGHLY RECOMENDED 😃 Walgreens Pharmacy, the workers in the pharmacy go above and beyond to help customers, very professional, respectful, always takes the time to answer questions and the very best. The workers in the rest of the store are also excellent !!! I highly reccomend going to shop here. Customer Service is fantastic and very knowledgeble of all products sold in Walgreens. Parking is fantastic. If a customer is unable to locate a product there is always a customer service rep there to help find the item or order the item for the customer, EXCELLENT and thank you !!! Waldgreens follows the CDC Masks rules and keeps the store very clean.VINCENT IS AN EXCELLENT MANAGER, KNOWLEDGEALBE, PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMLY BEYOND HELPFUL.

Today I had a terrible experience there… I ordered some prints online and just stopped by to pick them up but I had to wait more than half an hour for a rude lady to arrive in no hurry, to make me spell my name five times and to let me know my order was not there. Well, my order actually was ready but she needed another employee to find it. On the top of that she was fighting with me and when she was showing her colleague my name she said the first couple letters and then “whatever”. This was the moment when I was like: excuse me, I am still here and you don’t treat customers like this. She just continued to fight instead of apologising. When I got home and opened my pictures, our heads were half cut 🤷‍♀️ never going there again!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! On Monday, January 16 I went to my nearest Walgreens to pick up a small order of photos. The employee in the photo center was terribly rude, and clueless and constantly asked me to repeat myself. She was not just rude to me, but to other customers as well. I'm not usually the type of person to leave bad reviews, but I have to say, the customer service at 1201 Main st Peekskill NY 10566 is the worst.

Endless Pharmacy Wait Times and Automated System GlitchesThe staff at the Peekskill Walgreens Pharmacy has always been very friendly and helpful (especially Chris, the manager). However, during the more than 7 YEARS that I have been going to this pharmacy, I am stunned that the online (and automated phone) systems for refilling prescriptions continues to be so problematic, year after year after year.In addition, the wait times at the drive-through and on the phone (and, in-store) continue to get worse each year. I understand that staffing levels are a problem all over the country, but I would appreciate a more visible effort by senior corporate management to implement some type of incremental improvement process with this particular store location.

The staff here are professional BUT The wait times to talk to someone in the pharmacy on the phone are insane. Easily 20+ minutes. Rite aid never had wait times that long. They need to hire more staff in the pharmacy. My doctors office doesn't want to call them because of the wait times and then the pharmacy doesn't want to call my doctors office. So I'm stuck playing phone tag between both the pharmacy and my doctor. Also their automated phone refill system is useless, it only works half of the time. I legitimately have to call them every time I get a prescription filled and play this phone tag game because this location is UNDERSTAFFED and the systems they have put in place are terrible.

While the store and pharmacy itself are great, the photo center is a mess. I've received damaged photo products multiple times and they are never done on time. When I've complained, the manager himself explained that he was inexperienced with the process and that was reason for the delay/damage.

I can't believe how I was treated while coming into pick up a package I had sent to this location. Around 9pm at night really no one in the store. Me and my to little boys come in and the two cashier's behind counter were very rude. I say I'm here to pick up my package I say my name, the guy with beard said ok he leaves goes gets it. I'm standing at register still. He says very rude like COME over here. I had no problem with that except how he said it. But what gets me is when he handed the package to me he said "here"... Without saying anything else. So I take it and start to turn around to walk away, he says loudly and very sarcastic...no no wait you have to sign for it, other cashier is laughing very loudly !! and he also added ...you know that's like your stealing right? I looked at him like he lost his mind, I just stared at him. He could have said here's your package you still need to sign for it. But he never said a word indicating anything!! So I sign for it. Then he replies now you can take it and the other cashier's laughing at this time still! and I'm looking at her like do you wanna tell me what's funny here! She goes in the back and I ask him what's his name and hers. And he acted like he didn't know his own co-worker name. He did give a name. But I still think the sarcasm and rude demenor should change. Night crew needs improvement!!! And if anyone is wondering the female cashier's name he said was shanise. Situation could've been handled better by employees. I've been coming to this Walgreens for 7 years with no problems. Very dissatisfied!!! And their jokes very distasteful as well.

I love Wallgreens! It's the best place to go to for me.I have knee problems and buy a lot of water and some one will always help me take it out to the car.And i go online every week and they have great sales.The store is very clean and very nice people working there.Always parking close to the door.And not crowded.And alot of unadvertised dales.Going there to go food shopping in the frozen food's and get some hot pockets and soup.

I always use their pharmacy. They are very friendly and helpful and usually fill my prescriptions right on the spot. I drive out of my way to go to them because they make it convenient.

Pharmacy is godawful. Slow, incompetent, lazy, error prone, and unwilling to fix errors that they make. Highly unrecommended. There is a Riteaid across the street that will get my business from now on.
