Beautiful winery, the building is so gorgeous and authentic. People here really create an atmosphere and provide amazing experience for customers and club members. They have cute little shop with pretty souvenirs and some things you just must have at your kitchen. Wine and food platters are divine. I really love that they have outdoor sitting in the summer period.

Didn’t stop for the wine, but stopped to purchase a unique gift for a friend. The staff is welcoming and answers any questions you may have about the vineyard. The winery is beautifully decorated with warm, rustic decor. Their gift shop is located to the left as soon as walk in. There is a separate room for private events. The main room and patio overlook the sprawling vineyard. The bathrooms are clean.

Beautiful building. It's a large Italian themed villa. Wines were all excellent except 1 which we were warned tasted like petrol. It did. Atmosphere and service were top notch. Really enjoyed this stop in the north fork wine trail.

We came for the good wine and to look around at the Vineyard.I've always liked this winery because they spent a lot effort here making the building substantial and grand, which shows to me that they care a great deal about the experience their customers will have when visiting. I feel as though I am welcomed by the building and the beautifully manicured flower gardens in front.The fact that I enjoy their wine is icing on the cake.Like all other wineries, we buy their wine at local wine shops for about half of their on-premise prices.

This is mostly a wedding review, but if you’re on here searching for NoFo vineyards to hit, this is definitely one! The wine, food, staff and ambience are the best!! Premium flights are so worth it...I LOVE the first label Merlot. One wine not on the premium list I love is the Rosé of Pinot Noir. Highly recommend asking for table service after a tasting. Get a glass or bottle of your favorite vino and a pizza, grilled cheese with soup or cheese plate!! There are covered outdoor areas for summer fun and a cozy fireplace come winter!Ok, so wedding: Literally do not know where to begin. The North Fork has been our playground since we got together, so we really wanted to have it at a winery. Raphael’s had been one of our go-tos, so they were one of the first we reached out to. Everything you’ve heard about the hassles of vineyard weddings/having to bring everything in: ignore it for this place. They cater it, have their own tables/chairs/linens and do a complete top-shelf bar. The cake comes too, and there are no add ons! You just get EVERYTHING. We had an ice cream bar that I’m not sure I even asked for but loved, multiple desserts, 3 signature cocktails (mine, his, my dog’s)...they brought out drunk food (pizza and sliders) at the end of the night...NOTHING cost extra. They just did it. People raved about the food, service and ambiance! It was amazing being able to have my dog there too!! It’s also the most beautiful place but most importantly the people there are the most beautiful people. We got treated like royalty every time we went there just for fun (too often for our livers but whatever). The whole staff is incredible and even makes my dog feel like a Queen (she is one). Lisa and Julie are unbelievable. They made sure we ate, put cocktail hour food in our bridal suite so we could have time to ourselves (didn’t even have to ask) and kept putting other food and drinks out for us in places no one was sitting so we could actually be with each other on our wedding day. Lisa takes no nonsense and is a riot. She answers emails within minutes and when I was feeling a little sad about the forecast sent me pictures of indoor ceremonies and it made me feel so much better. Every time we had a meeting we wound up talking about our dogs forever. I never once felt like just another bride or sale. And Julie is so sweet. I didn’t see my husband until I walked down the aisle so I had to hide all the way at the top of the building the hour before my wedding to avoid being seen. It was a mix of serenity and nerves and she kept checking in on me, getting me water, fixing my lipstick. She was like a calming force. I think I’m rambling, and I will truly never be able to say enough about how much I love this place and the people who work there. I’m so excited it’s a place we can visit for years to come even if they’re probably sick of me!

I stopped by Raphael with my friend on Sunday around 1pm without a reservation and was seated outside within 10 minutes. The indoor was very beautiful and decorated with very pretty lights. Our server (old lady) was able to take our order and come back with our drinks and food very quickly. We ordered the rose and riesling as well as chips and salsa and the BH cheese and meat. The chips and salsa were overpriced for $10 and $8 each despite them giving us the whole bag and tub of salsa. We ended up only eating half and throwing away the rest. After we were done with our wine and food, we wanted to leave but ended up waiting 45 minutes for the server to come to our table. She never checked in with us or asked us if we wanted another round or anything else. She seemed very interested in other tables but ours and we couldn't flag her down. I eventually had to walk up to her at the wine bar to ask for the check and even then it took her a good 15 minutes to bring us the check. When we got our check and wanted to pay, she was unavailable and busy talking to guests at the wine bar who didn't even have a table. I had to ask a different server to help me close out. This was a very disappointing experience and the service was horrible. We spent a lot of time here just waiting to leave. We ended up going to Pindar down the street and had a better time there. Don't recommend this place.

We have been to Raphael so many times. I have always come here with my family and my son who is now 11 years old. However, we were so disappointed that they have changed the admission to 21 years and older. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!! as we drove over an hour to come across to this. (NEVER thought of checking the web since we have always come here with no problems) It was one our our favorites spots to visit as a family every time we were coming to the wineries. I hope they change it back and make it easy for families who has little ones like us.

This place is on my list of favorites for the North Fork. The property is beautiful. Whether you are seated inside or outside this place is stunning. I had their red wine flight and it was fantastic top to bottom. The server was so polite, and she offered a great summary of my tasting. This place is worth stopping at if you are in the area. I suggest making reservations ahead of time if you plan on visiting, especially if you have a party of 4+.

This place is so pretty. The entrance looks a bit unassuming but the indoor area is spacious and decorated with beautiful fairy lights around the bar. If you're coordinated enough, you can walk through their vineyards snapping photos with one hand and sippin' wine with the other.

I have been to this vineyard before and have always enjoyed the wine and the beauty of the building and grounds. Went on Sunday at 5P with a party of nine, the place was completely empty. The manager was very rude. Told us that the staff was going to be "so upset" that we were there, because they were planning on closing early. Instead of just telling us they were closing early they gave us a table but told us we couldn't do any tastings because that would "take too long." The manager continued to be rude and condescending. Serving us but trying to make us feel bad for being there. At 5:30, half an hour before they close, I bought a glass of wine from a staff member and the manager came out and berated me for buying an additional glass because she wanted to go home. So rude and made the entire party feel uncomfortable. A shame because the venue is so beautiful but not worth it for poor service.

First of all, you don’t need me to tell you how beautiful Raphael’s Vineyard is …. But I will, its gorgeous. Every inch of this place is picture perfect.Before I can tell you about our wedding I need to tell you about LISA! Lisa was our event coordinator at Raphael’s (not sure if that’s her exact title) and she is a godsent. From the very beginning she catered to our every need, even knowing what I wanted before I knew what I wanted. She kept in contact with us and always made sure we were doing well along the road to marriage. She contacted all our other vendors beforehand to coordinate and make sure everything was set. She knew exactly want we wanted and executed perfectly. Day of she made sure we didn’t have to do a thing! She made sure we had food, drinks, time to dance, essentially, she made sure we got to enjoy the day that was all about us.LETS TALK FOOD…You will never have wedding food this good! Everything is fresh, farm to table ingredients, and will blow your mind delicious. And boy was there plenty of it!Also, Raphael does their wedding a little differently…BUT IT IS WAY BETTER. At Raphael’s there is a cocktail hour, a sit-down dinner and then dancing and dessert. None of the up and down between courses stuff. All our guests were raving about it, eat and then party simple!The staff were amazing. My dad was so impressed that they all knew who he and my immediate family were (and I have a big family), their names, and made sure they were taken care of. If you have your wedding at Raphael’s I promise you you will need to ask for nothing, they will have what you want in your hand before you can even ask for it. Stepping on this property you get a feel that you're not on Long Island but on an Italian countryside. The wines are delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, I've never encountered an attitude here, just employees that are happy to make sure your having a great time. The property is well maintained and the staff love explaining the processes that happen at different times of the year to make the great wine selection. Definitely recommend!

We had our June 2021 wedding here. Lisa and Julie could not have been better to work with. The food, 11 out of 10. People talk about the food constantly. The atmosphere 14 out of 10. It’s a special place, especially here on Long Island. Lastly but very importantly, the wine is great! So many 90+ rated vintages and all available for guests. Do not spend 40k+ at a wedding hall or Terrance, utilize this team for a magical day. Thank you to all the staff to making our day one of a kind!

We have been to Raphael many times over the years and have always brought our son who is now 11. Today we drove an hour to enjoy a glass of wine, some food and live music & were unable to be seated because the policy is now 21 and over. I realize other wineries have the same policy but they all disclose them on their websites which Raphael does not. We not only would have spent quite a bit on lunch & drinks we always leave with bottles of wine & something from the gift shop. Btw the tasting room was more than half empty I’m sure they could have found us an out of the way spot.

Beautiful establishment located in the north fork. Classy and elegant and perfect for a romantic wine tasting or relaxing and peaceful experience with friends/family. If you're looking for loud music and dancing and a party type scene, this is not the place. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Reservations required.

We had our wedding at Raphael Vineyard on 9/19/15 and it was truly the best experience of our lives. It was our #1 choice for our wedding venue and we consider ourselves so incredibly fortunate to have been able to hold our event there. Every single aspect of the day was phenomenal. Julie and Lisa catered to our every need throughout the entire process, from the day we booked our wedding with them throughout the entire wedding day. Their attention to every little detail made the day that much more special, from my grand entrance down the balcony steps to our private cocktail hour in the wine cellar. It was like we were royalty! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! I can’t even count how many guests (both older and younger) approached us to tell us it was not only a fabulous wedding, but literally the best wedding they’ve ever attended. The ceremony with the vineyard in the background was breathtaking, and everyone was incredibly impressed by the quality of the food and drinks, which they compared to a 5 star restaurant. Everyone also loved the Tuscan style reception, which was unique and allowed for our guests to mingle and explore the entire venue rather than being stuck at a table the whole time. Thank you to everyone at Raphael who helped us to create such a perfect day!!!

This place is in the middle of Long Island's wine country. The location is absolutely beautiful.I attended a wedding here. The ceremony was held out back overlooking the vineyard which seemed to go on forever.After the ceremony we moved inside for cocktail hour.The food was good. The sangria was great.Then we moved into the dinning room for dinner. I had the New York Strip.My steak was a little dry for my liking but it was seasoned well. The potatoes were awesome.Then we moved back to the main area for dancing and coffee.The place is cozy and cute. The outside terrace is great. I would love to return here for their wine tasting.

Our daughter's wedding at Raphael was truly spectacular. The vineyard setting is beautiful and the Tuscan decor inside is lit up and charming. Everyone raved about the food -- apps, plus pasta and carving station BEFORE a wonderful dinner with three options taken at the table. Then more apps and cake and a dessert bar after. Lovely bar too, very accessible so no one had to wait. I can not think of any way that the wedding could have been nicer. Julie and Lisa are pros and made it feel easy -- and run perfectly. The space is perfect with a separate room for dinner and a grand space for cocktail hour before and dancing after. I can not count how many people said they had never been to a better wedding -- including people who have been to many, many lavish affairs. I'd give it six stars if I could. The groom's parents and we joke about trying to sneak into another wedding there just to enjoy again.
