The Gracie Rose is hands down the most delightful, the most adorable, and in my opinion, the BEST brunch spot in all of Pearl River if not Rockland! The portions are good for the price; they have breakfast, lunch, and also hot takeaway options; the food feels really authentic Irish/ British (curries, handpies, potato soup, etc). You can serve yourself a single tea/coffee or order a pot to share. The décor is so cute and creative, there’s plenty of space, and the service is great! The ladies check on you often (after you pay at the counter) and will help you out with whatever you request. The wait time for food is reasonable, it’s not too bad for a table when it’s crowded, and there’s lots of parking. My recommendation is the full, traditional Irish breakfast, and while you wait, check out the gigantic spread of imported treats on the wall for something fun to bring home!Parking: parking is paid out front ir free on Sunday, and free a few blocks awayKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, I’ve seen high chairs, kid friendly food options

I can’t believe this place was out of my radar! Always looking for a new place to try, I found The Gracie Rose and we went for breakfast that Saturday morning. It’s wonderful. I ordered chicken curry (if you know, you know. If not, now you do!), which fed me there, and at home for another 2 meals. Portions aren’t small here! Other dishes ordered were beef stew (eaten in full on-site) and pancakes wrapped with strawberries and Nutella (half taken home). All were delicious. There’s a lot of curated things to purchase as gifts for yourself, teachers, friends. Items include home decor, local artisanal goods, and candy/chocolate you won’t find elsewhere. Most items were in the $2- $40 range, with plenty in the $10-20 price point. It’s always a good day when your adventure leads you to a place you look forward to visiting again.

I enjoyed a delicious lunch with a friend here. We both ordered the freshly baked sausage rolls with the chips. And wow! The rolls were so yummy! The store is cozy, the staff friendly and the decor simply sinful. We loved the family atmosphere and will most certainly make a trip out here sometime soon.Thank you for a lovely experience.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Gracie Rose And it’s definitely In my top three favorite restaurants now. I had the chicken curry and my friend had sausage and chips. Our lunches were absolutely perfect. The restaurant itself is very cheerful and cozy. Both the owners and the staff are so friendly. We felt like we’ve been coming here for years. If you go for lunch or dinner, be sure to leave room for dessert, E mma’s baked goods or to die for! I finished my meal with a pot of berries, tea and a slice of her Rhubarb strawberry pie warmed up with fresh cream. All I can say is I think I can kiss my low-carb diet goodbye! I will be back very very soon. The only thing I can say that I wish was different would be if they were open a bit later in the evening.PS: Be sure to check out all of the Irish groceries they sell as well!

Had a wonderful tea with my mom for Mother’s Day. The food and pastries were delicious and service was so friendly. The tea was presented beautifully, and the shop is bright and nicely decorated. We had a lovely time & will be back for sure!

The enchanted atmosphere, the delicious food, the delightful three beautiful owners! 😍 Everything is right, great for brunch, to catch up with your family and friends, great tea ceremony for biz/clients. Love love love the ceramic mug. (I call them cups much more Eu).On top of the above, they do catering, and great baskets for all type of events gift! Kuddos to all, definitely a place needed in the Rockland and Bergen counties areas.Unique, must visit ..and now let me go and run to have lunch there! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

First time going to the Gracie Rose and won't be the last. Service was superb. Everyone super friendly. From Scotland myself and very rarely find home goods around Rockland County but this place is different level and definitely the closest i have experienced to back home food.Sausage rolls outstanding 👌 everything we got was top class . Honestly can't recommend this place enough. As I said already planning a trip back 10/10

We loved the Gracie Rose initially, but some things have changed with the new ownership that we are disappointed with.Pros: adorable decor, still has delicious homemade potato leek soup and other good homemade items. Nice people.1 big con: Tea for 1, and pricey for what you get.I was there in February 2022 with my daughter, who wanted teatime. When we were there in 2022, she got a substantial sandwich (see picture), a homemade scone, and 2 homemade pastries on the top tier of her tiered tea platter, plus a large pot of tea.It was great. We went back to the Gracie Rose on Juneteenth this year, and though the place was full we noted that we were the only table in that moment ordering “Tea for 1.”My daughter’s tea did not come on a 3-tiered platter as expected, and we were told that tea for 2 is served that way, but no longer tea for 1, so that was disappointing for her. She’s a kid, and nobody else was using those, so why not serve it on the tiered platter to her? That’s half the joy of ordering tea! Her teapot was half the size of last year’s, and though she ordered chamomile it was poured immediately, with no mention of steeping. I explained to her that they should have mentioned she should let it sit, because she couldn’t understand why she basically had hot water in her cup. The biggest problem, however, was the food. Instead of the generous meal she was expecting, she got a real tea sandwich, which was a skinny finger sandwich, and half the size of the year before. Her scone was either not homemade or not fresh - it had no crust and was too soft - I tasted it to check. And her dessert was a cut up candy bar in a bowl, plus 1 pre-packaged raspberry crème cookie. The tea was very mediocre and disappointing, and really poor value for $25! There was no wow factor at all, and the scone and dessert were really unappealing.I would return for the soup, but I definitely wouldn’t get Tea there again.

Came here as a local to give this place a try. The place is decorated very nicely, but was expecting more of a breakfast cafe. Was a little turned off by the boxed tea and drip coffee. Missing healthy and organic options. Food was greasy and not the best. Overall just confused about the concept of the place.

What a quaint place! The food was delicious. We had Chicken cutlet with fresh coleslaw. BEST EVER! The selection is perfect and the esthetics are so charming. The service needs some tuning- but we are sure it will run smoothly in no time. No complimentary water was a bit of a bummer. I’m not a fan of bottled only products.

Such a quaint little restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was lovely. They have a great variety of Irish goods for very reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning to both eat and shop!

Came in for tea thinking this was a Cafe of sorts only to find out it's something totally different. I didn't have any food but when I stood at the counter and asked for tea I was handed a cup and was pointed towards a serve yourself coffee and boxed tea set up. I was a little confused by this whole place and still am not quite sure what to make of it? For a place that offers multiple tea options on the menu I was not expecting the set up they offer.
