Pearl river shoprite is the best, I had been at other shoprites and so far pearl river is the one with fresh products and variety.

Nice enough people good products - however be careful semi truck drivers Not enough room for a for semi with sleeper and 53ft trailer- if there’s a trailer next to the dock you are getting unloaded at. It will be mathematically impossible to pull out after unloaded.

I purchased 6 outdoor chairs at the Pearl River store, and a very nice employee named Jay carried them out to the parking lot and put them in my car. Just an example of how thoughtful and accommodating the people who work there are.

I was told by an Irish person to visit this ShopRite for its large selection of imported Irish foods, and I was not disappointed. Check out aisle 12, a whole aisle of Irish goods. If you have trouble finding your favorite Irish products in NY/NJ then check out this ShopRite, they have everything!

Dear General Manager. Congrats! You got new shopping carts! You guys are the best!Dear General Manager. Your store obviously does extremely well. You are the only “game in town”, offer a great product selection, fair prices and good service. However, you should take the opportunity to ship all of your shopping carts to a desert in Arizona and let them die a slow, well deserved death. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They are beat-up, rusted wheels that don’t turn well and anything else attributable to carts that must be replaced. Open up your capital expenditure budget, increase your cart advertising prices or take up a donation from your employees or loyal customers to purchase new ones. Then, Google “shopping cart distributors” and send out one of your many managers to Target or Walmarts to see what decent shopping carts look like. I do realize you have smaller carts (due to your aisle width space) and are stored outside (due to your limited front door space) which causes excessive quick wear and tear. So, construct a outdoor cart storage protection area. Other cold weather stores have this. If they can send a robot to Mars, I’m sure you and your trusty management brain trust can figure this out. I don’t have to tell you, the first thing your customer touches when he gets to your store is a shopping cart. Why give them such a negative “vibe” at the beginning of their shopping experience? Good luck and hopefully you have a great 2023!

The hot food is good, baked goods are decent, the packaged and refrigerated foods are hit or miss. They have a wide variety of things and i was very pleased to find Cadburys chocolate (not manufactured in the US) here, as they have a large selection of irish goods. I feel like the produce section is a bit lacking in terms of freshness. Other than that, good selection of items, staff are nice and the store is quite clean. Comfortably sized aisles also.

Now that they have newly installed self checkout, I fly out of there in no time! No more waiting on long lines for an express lane! Super easy to shop there too, like all grocers, they have the same layout. Milk in the way back so you walk past everything and buy more.

It's a great store..the people are very friendly and always willing to help especially if you can't find something.In some cases they will escort you to the exact location of the item..the cashiers are upbeat and courteous as well and they all will be missed as we are moving,and in Lexington South Carolina there are no shoprite stores..l wish they would consider opening stores there!..and there courtesy desk,that's another story,in one word ... AWESOME..they give 110%.,.never a hassle and always looking to satisfy the customer..😊

The store is clean and has very nice and fresh produce. The freezer section is always stocked well and has great selection of vegan/vegetarian products. Some of the staff are not friendly. They need to remember they're working for a big cooperation and make sure their personal interests don't come across so obvious.

The staff here are a total joke and gave me an attitude when i complained that the entire store was out of stock. The entire soda aisle was not even close to stocked among other items. We are no longer in a pandemic and last time i checked theres no big storm approaching so theres no excuse. All they said was “sorry” and wouldnt even get me the manager because he is “busy” and refused to provide their names or a point of contact. They would not even reimburse with a complementary coupon or something for my trouble.Last time i checked, the customer comes first no matter how big or small the issue is, especially since we pay their paychecks. Complete total selfish clowns here. I was in the store shopping for 2 instacart customers who were frustrated with the lack of items to the point they both cancelled their orders, thus wasting my time further. I expect this behavior from the local mini mart or walmart, not from shoprite. Unacceptable.

We go out of our way to shop here; it's always clean, well-stocked and the sales are good. There's even an Irish foods section which actually has Irish food, something I don't see a lot. The parking lot is always nuts but that's to be expected. The liquor store, next to the supermarket, is worth a stop as well - prices are good and so is the selection.

Excellent supermarket, the best butcher section and local packaged items. They have ethnic plus an Irish items isle that is to die for. It's not just a great Shoprite, its a travel adventure.

Love this store. They have lots of fresh prepared food made by them. The store is less expensive then the stop & shop we were going to. They are also clean & the staff are knowledgeable & very nice. We had gone to the West Nyack store. The girls there were not as cooperative as Pearl River.

Literally the Best Shop rite in Rockland county. The fruits and all the food is so good and fresh. The workers are kind and friendly. They have such a variety of things so I find pretty much everything I’m looking for and the store is very organized and clean. Unlike the Shop rite I use to go to in Garnerville near my house which just can’t compare.

In my opinion the floor they put in the produce section sucks, I don't know why they thought that was a good idea. It's makes it hard to push the cart. I do like that they have carts that hold the baby's car seat. It's great for mom and dads with babies. The staff is awesome and very helpful.

I have enjoyed a good experience with this business until yesterday. I went to redeem my points and was told it had been redeemed at Nyack the day before.I paid for the item went to customer service to query the situation. The short story is that although I am a loyal customer the business doesn't value me as a customer so I am taking my business elsewhere.I won't spend my money where I am not respected.
