We took our golden doodle in yesterday and they returned him with one of his nails cut to the skin! He was bleeding throughout the whole day and in pain. When we called to let them know the person on the phone said it was "normal" and "very common" which I don't think so. We've taken our dog to other places and had cut his hair ourselves. This has never happened. I understand we can make mistakes but for her to dismiss it as normal was very frustrating. The appointment was at 9 am and the photos are from 10pm that night. He's still bleeding. All of his nails are cut right to the rim where his skin is.

I just got my dog groomed by the sweetest, Linda! She did so well with her, no more than 1 plus dog there while getting groomed (which is a huge plus for my dog), called me 3 hours later (attention to detail(: . I was very pleased!

Scruffy to Fluffy will be our new groomer for my little baby cockapoo Sadie. She's been groomed before, but with Mike, he asked very specific questions about what I wanted for her, and definitely knew alot about her breed. I'm always nervous leaving her anywhere, but when I picked her up, she wasn't shaky, or crying, as she has been in the past. His salon is very clean, and very calm, not overbooked or too crowded. Super happy, and will be going back in 6 weeks!!!

My Sadie, a 12 pound cockapoo, has always had great experiences, after trying a few other places. She doesn't have to spend the whole day there, it's always clean, everyone is friendly, and she looks great when I pick her up!

The people here are absolutely amazing. I brought my golden retriever in who has not been groom in a while and does not like to be washed and they handled her no problem. My dog came out smelling fresh and clean and their price is almost unbeatable.

Excellent groomer. Very considerate. Professional. My 14 year old Bichon looks like a million bucks. We were worried to bring him to be groomed because he is very old and in pain but they couldn’t have been more caring and considerate. Honestly, they’re that good.UPDATE: Our good boy Bailey has passed and we were very sad. But now we have a pup Bichon named Rocco and we’re taking him back to Scruffy to Fluffy. And again they couldn’t be more conscientious. They made sure that he had all his shots and said they would take him at a time when he wouldn’t get overwhelmed. Such good people. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Scruffy To Fluffy.

Hardly fluffy. Our Golden Doodle came back practically bald, shaved by them to the skin. He looks ridiculous. It will take almost a year for his fur to grow back. She claimed he was matted - no groomer should take such drastic action without consulting the owner. He's been groomed plenty of times before and this has never happened. Think they took the easy way out.

I had brought my 14 pound cockapoo in on the morning of July 21 for a summer trim. when i picked him up i saw what looked like they had accidentally shaved the top of his head between his ears. It made him look like larry from the 3 Stooges. I then took him home and over the next day he was constantly scrathing behind his left ear,when i look there was a big cut from the razor thry had used. Not only did they not mention this fact they took a 10 dollar tip. My dog is now on medication but had to where a cone for 10 days.This haircut cost me 200 dollars. This is the second time something was wrong when i picked him up. 4 months earlier when i picked him up he was in the cage and his name tag on his collar was stuck in the bottem of the metal cage and he was choking for i don't know how long before i got there and took him out of the cage. I would use this place never again and will tell anyone i know the same.

I highly recommend this groomer to everyone! The Owner and Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and truly care about each customer. Prices are reasonable and the location is great. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will be going back for sure!

Wally was very matted so they had to shave him but he was not traumatized because they were general with him!
