Lousey customer service. They simply DO NOT answer the phone. They leave you hanging listening to the same recording ad infinitum. I have arthritis and cannot open "safety" prescription bottles. No way to ask for senior-friendly bottles. Driving to CVS and asking in person gets dirty looks because scripts are already bottled.

I will not be back to this pharmacy.I cannot deal with the pharmacy or the pharmacist whose name is Marleene. I’ve seen her call out and embarrass at least three customers during my two visits. The girls who work the register are always rolling their eyes and making rude remarks. I can see by reading some of the other reviews that people as far back as two years ago have been complaining about Marlene and the other staff so it’s not just me. I’m shocked CVS hasn’t done anything about it though. I’ve gotten all my medications sent to a different pharmacy altogether because this place is toxic.

One of the worst cvs I’ve been to based solely on the staff of the pharmacy. Marleen especially who thinks she’s a doctor and not just a pharmacist. She will question you in front of a crowded line about what you’re taking, LOUDLY, and then give her opinions and judgement on it. Not to mention they lie about things and make nasty comments. Absolute garbage. They all need to be retrained except for the one male worker and the male pharmacist. They’re the only decent ones at the place.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service. They talk down to you, and shut the window in several ppls faces at 7 ON THE DOT. They also won't answer the phones after 615. They picked up and hung up on me 2x. Could be an accident, however if that's the case why are the handling prescription medications? The pharmacists have NO CLUE what's going on, and the communication between staff is non existant. They never help give you a solution to an issue. It's basically them saying not my problem, too bad. So I transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy and never have problems. I called NYSDEA and they were confused and appalled. One person didn't even know there were different levels of narcotics that have different rules. I didn't go to school for this and i could do a better job. Our community deserves better. Hannahfords is a better option.

I usually don't write reviews, but this one was a definite exception.Yesterday I Went to Pawing CVS to buy Covid test kits.At the checkout, Cashier asked for charity donation; I politely declined. Then she raise her voice and repeated, “Sir, I have to press YES or NO , Would you like to round your total and donate to the food bank? ” I replied “No thanks ” because I was being so much pressured it made me feel embarrassed since there are people waiting in the line. Worst shopping experience. The manger should have educated his employees to respect their customers.

I am supposed to get scripts delivered. from Pawling CVS. It works for a couple of months, and then I get notifications to pick up, with no option for delivery. I called yesterday and the day before to correct this AGAIN and low and behold, I got the same message today. WHY WHY WHY can't they get it right?

As a Pawling resident, I try to make a bow around this store, but in some cases, like my diabetes sensor, I have no choice. The concept of customer service has not sunk into these people yet. Today, I wanted to return a mechanically defective $25 sensor, but they refused and made me go back to the manufacturer. the hassle of that is something I tried to avoid. After all, I gave my money to CVS! In the past we had ongoing problems. For one, we told them numerously not to call us at home. Yet, we get relentless robots calls for their computerized dialer. When we complained we were told to contact the corporate headquarters. Last week, we called about a medicine recalled by the manufacturer. We were numerously told that the medicine they provided was safe and not covered under the recall. I checked online because I long ago stopped having faith in this CVS. Sure enough, the facts proved otherwise. My wife again called CVS and they again insisted on this fallacy. I then personally called and spoke to the pharmacist who uncovered that they guy we spoke to was wrong and had adamantly insisted that an unsafe medicine was safe. This endangered my 87 year old mother in law. We have asked them not to double staple receipts to our bags, yet they continue. On and on. This is an example of a corporate pharmacy at its worst.

This CVS feels is totally the best spot to get any quick things you’re missing without having to go take a drive or even go far.The perfect little “corner store” for all your basic needs. Yes, things here usually cost double the amount but when you have the cvs rewards you can totally score with their coupons!You can get $1, $2 off an item or even 40% off! They have everything from photo, to pharmacy, makeup to chips, ice cream to cacti. The staff is always so kind and they know many of their customers by name.They’re working hard during these times and trying their best to stay safe for all of us.

I go to this CVS multiple times a week. I believe it is the only store in the town that takes all payments: cash, credit, debit, and EBT. I love that they have basically everything you need on a day to day basis. Being right in the middle of town is perfect for me and my family since we walk there. Something's can be a bit pricey, but if you're a sale shopper like myself; then you can make out with some really great hauls. Since we've been going for so long, my little boy has been growing up in front of the staff and they make him feel so special. You cant ask for better customer service. Any problem or question I have, I never have to look far for some one to help me....Now I don't use the pharmacy part bc of issues in the past, but the rest of the store is great.

I was in need of Lysol Spray and was told that every Wednesday they get a shipment in. So I went at noon and they had the small Lysol 12.5oz can behind the cashier area.. It was one per person which I totally understand but when it rung up at $8.29 PLUS tax I was not pleased. The cashier said that is the normal price.I mentioned this to my friend who had been there earlier and got his favorite Bounty paper towels.. 6 pack for $18!!! He emailed the CVS hdqtrs to complain of the outrageous price!

This review isn't even for the store, it is specifically for the pharmacists that works here. There is or was a pharmacists here who is so incredibly rude named Marlene Adair. One of the worst people I've ever met who openly disrespected me in front of my child. My advice to this store would be to get rid of her

My husband and myself are eligible for covid vaccinations . Sunday the 10th we were at pharmacy and were suggested to get shingles vaccination ,which we did. When I tried to schedule our covid 19 vaccinations we were told because we had the shingles vaccination we couldn't schedule for two weeks. Why weren't we warned ? We will be unprotected because we weren't informed.

As a previous reviewer has mentioned the pharmacist named Marlene Adair is a terrible human being. I went pick up a medication and she was incredibly rude and snotty. If this Pharmacy wants to improve they need to get rid of her.

I was so disgusted with the customer service I experienced here. I asked a question and the man that was supposed to be assisting me laughed. When I told him he was being rude he hung up on me. I have been in healthcare for a long time and this behavior is so unacceptable.

If I could give no stars I honestly would. I have to say this is probably the worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve ever been too. It’s always an excuse as to why something didn’t get done right. One person says one thing another person says something else. Needless to say I will be switching my family to Resolution RX Pharmacy.

The one in Danbury near Padanaram road seems A little bit disorganized and understaffed but they do have a drive-thru pharmacy and they have the standard Pharmacy products in that parking lot is a little bit dangerous to go in and out of its on an intersection a very busy intersection at A T intersection one must be cautious entering
