Not a bad store. Not the best. You loss two stars for the deli department. The other star because your seafood department was not able to steam,broil, or fry what I would have liked. Plus not enough cashiers. No 10 items or less check out. And the opening of a new register. What happened to pulling the next . That next two customers in line. Store needs some work. Production management.

Excellent store, large and clean. Well stocked. Minus 2 stars for their horrendous deli department. 45 minute wait after using the kiosk and having to go up to the counter anyway. 4 guys behind the counter helping 2 customers while Kiosk orders are being completely ignored! Then they didn't even complete my order!They can also stand to use a new fleet of shopping carts...

I have been getting home delivery for the last 3 years from ShopRite in Patchogue. Before I moved to Sayville I was getting delivery from the Bayshore store. The website is easy to navigate. You can suggest substitute items when ordering, whets a plus. The home shoppers are always courteous and helpful, I have never been disappointed with any delivery. Customer service has always been helpful when I have a question, etc. I highly recommend ShopRite from Home to anyone who is unable to drive or shop in the store.

I just started shopping here and the first 2 times were absolutely horrible in the deli area. I placed an order at the kiosk both trips and it said the wait would be 45 min both times which is ridiculous. I went back after 45 min both times and still nothing. Had to beg someone to fulfill my order. In addition they said they don't carry some of the products I ordered. Why do they keep the items on the list, I couldn't tell you. King Kullen fulfills orders every time within 20 minutes. I like the store but may have to go back to King Kullen. Try and clean up this situation and maybe I will continue to shop here.

The worst deli you could ever go too, it’s a free for all. They never use numbers and are extremely slow, if you want to wait 25-30 minutes just to start ordering then wait while they do anything but slice your order. This is where to go

Could be a little more cleaner . I find it to be sloppy .I've read a few other reviews and I've noticed including my own. Your answers are we're sorry for your bad experience. But honestly, you're not doing anything about it between your prices, your cleanliness, nothing. It's much easier to take business elsewhere

Went to the bottle return today got 4 receipts went to the desk to cash in was told by nasty manager can only return $12:00 per day and then they proceeded to take the other receipts and thrown them in the garbage, Everyone I spoke to was rude and nasty. Terrible customer service they probably took my receipts out of the garbage for themselves to cash in. Will not be patronizing this store again to shop or return bottles

Terrible shoprite. Every experience I have the employees are rude, especially customer service. They never have any sale items. They also refuse to rain check sale price items if there’s also a digital.

Shop rite is trying to kill me. I cut the center and ate the middle of the wax encased vermont cheddar cheese and when i got to the end there was a ridiculous amount of mold. I bought yesterday. Definitely have food poisoning now…

Pathetic this store is, Shelves never stocked, floors are a mess. I went to get my son milk which is rarely in stock and they had week old expired milk!!!! I walked out in disgust never again, owners should be ashamed. Store should be shut down

They are terrible and continue to get worse. Especially the deli section. Don't even bother. Not even ordering ahead. It takes an hour. Really? They take #s when they feel like it. Today I had enough, never again. You can't say you're not taking numbers then, after a 30 minute wait decide you are & you'll help whoever you feel like it. It is a disgrace!! Shame

Worst deli in the area. Get ready to wait 30 minutes even if only one person is ahead of you who isn't even getting much. Wrote my list out and went over it with them and they still got it wrong. Also disgusting produce every single visit.

Bad customer serviceI cannot believe they force you to sign up for a card in order to receive sale discounts. I should not be required to do so, and when I kindly asked if they could scan one for me they since I live in the city they firmly said NO. Bad service all around. No water either. Unbelievable.

This shoprite is a tad grosser than the Hauppague one. When you walk in you are overwhelmed with the smell of urine. Where is it coming from? The produce is rotten and wilted (look at the romain and broccoli shelves) There is outdated stuff everywhere in all departments. The deli is super small with long lines. You cant even take advantage of a sale if you don’t have a card. Who does that anymore. The owners are sleazy and nasty. GROSS GROSS GROSS. MY CAT BOX IS CLEANER!!!!!

After a horrible "meat experience" at the local LIDL...I ran to ShopRite and found the meat I wanted and it was fresh, dated within plenty of time to use and reasonably priced. Great service in Seafood also

Since they were caught hiking prices so bad it was on the news, they've gone so far as to ask to see what is inside my baby's diaper bag!!!! I'll never go there again and will be spreading the news!!!

UPDATE... I went shopping late Saturday afternoon about 5 pm. They change circulars on Sunday and this stores rips down all the sale price stickers... worse the shelves are empty... especially in the frozen food dept... see picturesThe last time the smell of old burnt fryer oil hits you the minute you walk in the door. The smallest slowest deli counter on Long Island. They change the prices and displays on Saturday even though the new sales don't start until Sunday. So it's always confusing... Greenfield Shoprites are a thousand times better

Very clean and helpful staff. Shame supplies / stock is still such a big issue. Bakery isnt the variety it once was. Store seems a lot less busy lately. Hoping it returns to the store it once was. Great location, just needs the inventory.

start receiving tractor trailer from 10:00 am they take 1:45 minutes to unload (in the parking lot on the other side of the building there is a Dot inspection 🧐)

Items on sale in the circular are not in stock at the beginning of the sale, just to get you into the store. Items on sale in the app as well, but even worse, because they are on sale in the app and not in the circular, you can't even get a rain check.

Such a great wide selection of different food. Really nice staff. Easy self checkout. Open very late compared to other supermarkets nearby and the prices are very affordable.
