The bakery department here is beyond anything I've ever tasted in my life. There was a sweet old woman behind the counter who was smiling and said "sure honey" to any request. The shopping experience is nice, the store is clean and it is easy to find things.

KK has slipped. Customer service is not up to par and since they are more expensive than other local stores, I won't be coming except for the bakery in Patchogue, which is very good. I still miss Waldbaum's

The fried chicken from the hot rack was overcooked to the point of being hard as a rock. They had no fresh cut fruit available in the store and prices on meats (especially steak) were high.

This King Kullen is surprisingly spacious and carries a wide variety of goods. Their deli section is VERY popular, but, thankfully, they have a deli kiosk near the entrance. You can easily place your order & then shop the rest of your list.😀

King Kullen has high prices. Some of their prices are ridiculous compared to other, local, stores. The only reason they remain popular is because they are convenient and some people don't have the luxury or ability to shop around.Plus, their produce department does not maintain the freshest produce. Their deli department could use some oversight, the weight scales for the cold cuts are almost always covered with small pieces of previous cuts, and the prices are just way too high.I will say this in high favor of this particular store, the staff here (the workers not managers) are top notch and friendly, which goes a long way.

We've shopped here several times after we noticed that the store is right next door to our storage unit.We've never had a problem parking and have seen that this is a nicely laid out store.They have a wide variety in all their departments.We'll be regulars.

Terrible customer service. The customer service his name Brayan I was trying to do self checkout and he was yelling at me from the counter saying that . Hi only cash over there, I said yes. And still saying it like three times. This fat guy he thought I do not have cash in me. Second it was not his job because he was in the main counter and there was another guy who works in self checkout. Third he was yelling every body was looking at me and to him. Terrible customer service and very poor leadership and too much racism and discrimination.

This location is typically never busy and it's very easy to shop in. It's always clean and the associates are friendly. Only 4 stars because it seems a little more expensive than other supermarkets in the area.

Great staff especially at the Deli counter. Years of experience and it's a pleasure not a chore getting cold cuts and deli items said THE COOKIE MONSTER. Staff is Wonderful and very friendly..never a wait cause everyone is on the ball.

Everything here is good and the bakery department is amazing and have the best cakes around. The prices are a little high, although the sales are great and can make up for it. The store was clean and the workers there are very helpful and kind.

King Kullen is very convenient but very over priced. I shop there about 4 to 5 times a week for my family and for my cleints since they took over Waulbaums but when I retire and make less money I won't be shopping there. I like it because in and out and the cart guy is very good to the customers. He returns my cart for me almost every time and I'm always in a rush so that helps a great deal.

Nice clean store. Good selection of produce though disappointed with the Avocados always seem to be like mush. I love that they stock Goslings Ginger Beer cant make a true Dark and Stormy without it😉
