So I have been shopping here for as long as this store has been open …. I have spent thousands of dollars … the first time I purchased 3 sets of curtains that were not the right size I went to return all three sets with the receipt …. One of the sets had no packaging due to fact my husband threw away … they were never used the tags were on the curtains …. This manager refused to return the one set…because the hanger with cardboard was not with them … the previous management were always so accommodating to their customers !!!!….. he is unprofessional…he knew I was upset and all he could say was “have a nice day … very sarcastic!!!!.. I will go to another location for now on ……..Manager is HORRIBLE!!!!

What has happened to you, Home Goods???? What a HUGE disappointment. So extremely disappointed that I felt compelled to write this negative review. In the past, I would put so many items in my cart I could barely push it! I have spent so much, TOO MUCH money in your store. This was always my number one go to place for retail therapy. Today, I left only with a toy for my dog and a pillow with which my sister could have gone either way. And if there was a line, we would have put the items down. Not a lot of people in the store, btw. There was NOT ONE THING for myself that I was even tempted to buy. So many items with an India theme, aisle, after aisle, after aisle, shelf after shelf after shelf. HUGE vases (to take up space on the shelves?) and planters galore.The style of decor that you are obviously pushing is an absolute head scratcher. Unimpressive pillows, blankets, candles, hand soaps. Same old, same old and a lot less. My sister picked up two pillows, and both were shedding. Every single thing in the store was MEH. Things we’ve either seen before, bought before, overpriced items, or just not anything remotely worth buying. Waste of time, waste of gas. It had been a while since our last visit to Home Goods and, if this is your new normal, we honestly don’t see ourselves coming back.

Another HomeGoods store here in Long Island. Everyone’s cool everyone’s nice I like being here in Long Island with the Long Island spunk the Long Island vibe the New York attitude we say it how we see how it is how we feel it is but it’s a good one everyone’s pleasant plenty of inventory grade return policy we shop here every time we can whenever we need last-minute goods any HomeGoods. This is the place to get, everything even coconut oil they sell a lot of goodies highly recommend for anyone that’s in the neighborhood and wants to get a good deal and some good products for the home. This Homegoods location is one of the cleanest Homegoods on Long Island. The store is organized and nothing is out of it's place. The staff is extremely friendly as well.

The store offers a very large selection of a variety of items. There are times when an item may be dirty or overpriced but for the most part, the selection is excellent and there is something to suit everyone's taste. From rugs to pillows and everything in-between, you are sure to leave with a cart full of "stuff." I must say that during my most recent visit, I met a very nice associate named "Justine." Justine was a pleasure to work with and seemed to really enjoy speaking with the customers. I greatly enjoy writing a review where I may provide positive feedback regarding an employee. I would also like to mention that some of the displays in the store may leave you laughing......___________________________________________________________________________September the Seventh- I am now going to change my review to "0" stars. I am so very disappointed, shocked, and appalled at the way I was treated today. I purchased a lamp at 4:01pm today. I brought it home and realized that there was no "switch" and therefore, it was damaged. I called the store a little while later and spoke with a nice associate who said " bring it back with the receipt, no problem." I drive back to the store and was greeted by two nice people who said that I could go to the closest register and take care of my matter. I placed the lamp on the "counter as well as my receipt and the two "tickets" that I had just cut off from the lamp. The cashier looks at the lamp and says that she needs the receipt and just the one price tag that I had removed. She asked if I would like her to look for another one so I said "sure, thank you." She comes back and said that they did not have another. I said "let me look and see if there is anything that suits my needs." I actually found a similar lamp (also broken) and I brought it with me to show her. As I am doing this, a rude man (he must have been a manager) picks up the "brand" ticket and states that it does not match the manufacturer of the lamp. I don't know who this employee thinks he is but if you want to accuse me of something you better have all of your facts straight because nobody is going to "attack" me without a fight. How dare he do this! I was in the store a few minutes ago, had my receipt, and the tickets from the item and you think it is "ok" to accuse me of tampering.He has the nerve to ask me who rung me up earlier. Are you kidding me? He is lucky that I did not throw the lamp at his head and knock some sense into him. We are living during some crazy times and if someone is helping to put money back into the economy and add some "normalcy" to this world; you better respect that individual because without your customers, you are not going to get paid. I told him to check his "fu*(^ing" cameras. Don't put blame on me, put it on your associates and the quality team. Two broken lamps is not a good example of top of the line products. I was taking pictures during this so that I have proof of everything and the cashier said "I don't want to be videotaped." I assured her that I was taking pictures and that was all. I have already reached out to a few of the other store managers as well as the district manager who was a pleasure to deal with. I would not recommend shopping here...unless you like being accused of being a thief. I work as an actor and can play many parts but in "real" life I am a respectful person who does the right thing so improve your customer service skills because the next person is going to be a lot worse than I was if you continue to falsely accuse people of crimes.

This store is very well organized. The store is awesome with anything and everything a person could probably want for their home. The employees are very knowledgeable about any specific items you are looking for, plus they are very friendly. I also thought it was nice that they do tolerate people coming into the store with a small pet. On several occasions I've noticed the employees always ask before they pet a dog if it is friendly. I've been shopping at this store for a very long time, since the first week they opened. I don't know why I haven't written a review before ! Now, I need a new lamp so off I go for another trip to HOME GOODS.!!!

Everything my hearts desire. The workers always keep the merchandise clean, dusted, organized and ready for purchase. Each aisle has been designed for easy viewing. Wish they had more sale or discounted items on top of their already low prices.

Store has plenty good products unfortunately was unable to check anything out due to their extremely weird and awfully constricting checkout aisle with no breathing room. No sure why they decided to enclose everyone in an inescapable maze to check out.Had to leave my cart. There’s no way I’d allow myself inside such a dangerous enclosure for consumerism.In the event of disaster anyone in that lineis doomed. Lol

It's was all that i was looking forward to, that store had an abundance of things. I have been to a lot of Homegoods and this location was the first one i had to be rescued from before i ended up spending weekly earnings nicely organized, abundance of things good customer service the only issue i had is that it's too far for me that's not my location i happen to be there to pick up someone and Google the area it came up i love home goods so i went and was glad i did great experience

The product designs were beautiful and the prices were reasonable. The staff were also very welcoming. My only complaint is how tight the isles are. The place was packed at 2pm, and a lot of customers were grouchily maneuvering around each other because of this.

As with any HomeGoods store, sometimes you find fantastic inexpensive items, and sometimes you don't. The store is clean, well organized, and usually not very crowded. On the other hand, its clearance section doesn't usually have very much. The Marshall's on the same plaza is a lot more useful.

The store was very clean and well organized. Lots of great fall, and holiday decor. Plenty of cashiers kept the line moving for social distancing. Everyone had masks on.

I have been shopping at home goods for years and I have never come across a store like this one! Every one of the employees has exceeded my expectations and gone out of there way to be courteous and helpful!! Unfortunately, I cant say that has been my experience at any other location. This store also has a great selection of one of a kind pieces!!

Love Homegoods! Today for some reason every shelf every aisle was packed to capacity. It was almost overwhelming they had so much inventory they just got their Christmas stock in and they have such beautiful things. I went there looking for a comforter or bedding set for a new home. Unfortunately they didn't have the color scheme I was looking for but I just cannot believe the amount of inventory they have right now. If you're looking for anything I would suggest going this week.

Today is 08/01/2019 abt 16:07.Number 1 cashier is horrible and very very rude.I used a credit card to pay. I wait to take the my receipt but she not give me receipt.She put it on the table and she left from cashier position.I think, she don't want to touch my hands.I don't understand her.So you are a white, I m asian !!!!Why I say that! Thinking about it.AlsoIf they don't believe me, Check the store camera record.

Homegoods has a ton of great stuff for your home. They offer dinnerware, furniture, bedding and bathroom stuff. It's a place that has a lot of great stuff if you are looking for a bargain. Some stuff is expensive but very nice. Definitely worth a stop.

Used to be a larger selection and better organized. May be due to impact of covid etc( shipping of stock delays?). Nice products,variety still, but not as good as in past.long wait for checkout lines

When I go in homegoods I feel like a kid in a candystore. Their decor is amazing. If you looking to redecorate this definitely the place to go I think they have something for every style. I bever go in their and cant find what Im looking for or a descent substitute. I do warn this store will make you spend but their prices are also awesome.
