Definitely my favorite garden shop on the island. Such a wide variety of houseplants and they’ve had more if you ask in my experience. I’ve gotten several houseplants from them over the years and they have always been super helpful with giving advice on how to care. Just went again today to get some stuff for the season and they have great selection. I’m always able to find whatever I need here, and often on the weekends they have a little food truck or vendor there also making the experience that much nicer. Highly reccomend fantastic gardens.

This place is one of my favorite places to get plants. They have such a great variety of many types of houseplants. They consistently get better each visit, they even have a farmers market! Prices are fair as well. Definitely worth the visit! Love to see this place flourish!

Amazing selection of plants that are great quality and, if treated right, will not only last but thrive. Decently priced all around. I love their shed of unique pots. Bonus: you might see a cat living their very best life.

I went to their farmers market booth in Union Square (Manhattan) and they had a great selection of perennials. I wanted to create a small native plant garden and I was able to purchase 11 species of pollinator plants. Their service was excellent with helping me select plants and I will definitely be coming back to their booth in the future.

Fantastic Gardens is my favorite nursery! Everyone that works there is so sweet and one the owners Jeorge, is the best! They are always trying to appeal to their customers in obtaining plants we're looking for. They offer a great selection of houseplants, outdoor plants, & cacti! Most of my healthiest plants have come from Fantastic. I'll be a patron for life! 💚

A hidden gem! They have several greenhouses on site. Well stocked with with trees, shrubs, perrinals, annuals, tropicals, houseplants, succulents and cactus.The owner's Dave and George are very hands on, kind and helpful. Diana who runs the store is kind, knowledgable and helpful.

I stumbled upon Fantastic Gardens while searching for garden nurseries that sell succulents and cacti. I drove over from NYC and boy was I glad that I did. I have never seen such a huge selection of succulents and cacti of all sizes. What’s more, they are extremely reasonably priced. I found the place more interesting than going to a botanical garden. I wound up buying a large amount of plants that filled up my car. Definitely worth a trip to Patchouge. You won’t regret it.

This place is great! We came for the farmers market (which you definitely should check out) and then we walked around the green houses checking all the plants. I love plants, my home is full of house plants and they had tons of "rare" houseplants at very affordable prices. Everyone I interacted with that worked there was so friendly and knowledgeable. A bonus? THERE WERE CATS!!! Yep! Cats walking about the green houses and being all cute and friendly. Had a great time here, check it out for sure and definitely check out the year long farmers market.

As a seasoned plant collector and frequent online buyer of plants. I decided to try Fantastic Gardens as they had a couple plants I wanted at a good price. I order 4 relatively common house plants (4" pots) . They arrived very well packaged with protective sleeves, bamboo stakes and padding. Plants were large and in great condition. I would recommend this greenhouse as a good online/mail order seller that rivals other established plant sellers; such as Logees and Eucgenera. Fair prices and great products.

I adore this garden center!! They have an amazing variety of plants & I've only looked at the indoor ones. I bought about 7 of their plants so far & all are thriving. I've even brought a friend here. Definitely worth checking out. Make sure you have a budget so you don't spend your paycheck on plants!

One word: WOW! It is hard to describe the serenity of this place in words, you must see it. The nursery is huge and filled with a variety of thriving plants which range from the edibles, to the succulents and the rare. We saw some spectacular specimens of indoor/outdoor plants, some huge lemon trees, and an impressive collection of cacti. Whatever you are looking for, they have it. And then, they have some more. People are super-friendly and helpful. They also take care of a few stray cats which found a home here and loving people. Support this local business, they have a fantastic place. GREAT VIBES. Go!

This place is a hidden gem you probably would miss it but when you do find it it's pretty cool I had a wonderful time there with a friend who just lost everything in a house fire I thought this place would be perfect to cheer her up spent a lot of money lol but it was worth it and the day that I went with her they had vendors there, music and it was so festive, they have a wonderful collection of plant life which I recommend but they're a little understaffed I think this place can offer a lot more with the right staff but I think they do just fine for now please go and please visit

Go here. Cool place for garden stuff, seedlings, accessories, etc and reasonable. Plus, there's a small marketplace attached, interesting local merch and some food. Fun to do on a nice day.

On my places of "must visit" when I'm in Patchogue. This low key nursery is an excellent choice for purchasing succullent as well as many other varieties of plants. The informed staff was helpful and spent time with us in selecting some collectors item plants.
