I have been taking my Springer Spaniel here for 10 years. During the covid crisis the business was sold. I am extremely disappointed that this happened. The previous owner was fantastic and I never had any issues with her. She was great with my dog and did a fantastic job. The new owner is terrible!!!! Because of the quarantine I had to shave my dog as he has issues with hot spots and mats. Being a long haired dog with a love of swimming he gets bad quickly. I shaved him the best I could being careful of his sensitive areas because I didn’t want to cut him. I took him in thinking I would get the great service I’m used to. Not a chance. He came back no different than when I sent him. I had done 90% of the shaving and that is how he came back only bathed! He still had mats between his legs and on his ears. Where I couldn’t get Under his collar was still as it was when he went! $85 later he got a bath and a bandana. Not a hair was trimmed! With the old owner I never had an issue and she was great with my dog. I personally would never take any animal here again!!!! If I could give zero stars I would in a heart beat! It is sad a great business has been destroyed by a hack!

Sara has groomed our dog a few times since taking over this business. Each time our dog has come home looking amazing. Trimmed right down. Ears trimmed to a nice length. She also has a natural gift with dogs. Our dog is skiddish and he gravitated right to Sara. Her professionalism was awesome and the cost was a good value for the work done.

My doggo went in for his appointment with very overgrown fur and nails from quarantine. When he came out he was absolutely perfect! He was groomed exactly how I wanted him. His hair cut was super adorable, and his nails were cut and filed perfectly. I highly recommend!

I have 2 teacup Chiwhawas I took in for nail clip. Will NEVER again. New lady has no clue. I have one that is difficult, previos owner was very good. Stressed my dog out beyond bad. Now going to vet. Owners of my dogs siblings will also never go there again! I LIKE ZIP about this business!

I've been going to this groomer for over a year.There is a new owner and she didn't know what she was doing AT ALL!!! After receiving a half did jobs she still charged me 65 dollars.
