Absolutely disgusting . Was walking down an isle and smelt nothing but cigarettes. Walked down the next isle and found this . I’m pretty sure a customer wouldn’t just put that there and leave it . Need better employees . 🤦‍♀️

How can a manager fire multiple employees for “missing money” but months later Geroldine Spink gets fired for not only stealing money but also inventory off the shelf. When I brought my concerns to the Direct manager Brian or whatever his name is, he ignored the multiple screenshots and didn’t take accountability for not investigating “Deanie” and now everyone knows she’s the one who took the money. You need to fire him as well! You should also employ the people who got wrongfully fired as well. Overall an unprofessional company.

My brother and son went in to get water and the cashier thought it was more important to talk on her cell phone and walk away and continue with her phone call rather then take care of the customer!!!! She made them wait and then decided to wait on them. Poor customer service store was a mess. Larry helped them get water off a cart!! This store needs new management and better employees

During the recent storm that dumped two feet of snow in the region our local Dollar General still had bread and milk and lots of snacks while other larger stores had empty shelves.

Ridiculous third time I've been in the store in a month and over payed. Was told it was correct. 2 for 14 on soda with applicable tax doesn't equal thatAnd yes they were all the same type.

Aisles are filled with items that are not stocked on shelves. The stuff that has been stocked is laying on the floor because it has been thrown down and not picked up. This place wad very nice before remodel. The place now looks ransacked and trashed. A disgrace to the corporate chain of Dollar Generals. I could not even see behind the stacked boxes to things on shelves.

Very good store with a helpful staff more than willing to search the back for items if you don't see them on the shelf. The prices are cheaper than most other stores in the area , the only downside to the store is there is so much product inside that there is not much moving space. But it more than makes up for that with the volume they carry. You will not walk out of that store empty-handed.

The only reason i shop here is because its the only general store in parish. Prices are good when they actually have what you need. Milk shouldn't be 5.50 when the dg in new haven has their milk priced at just above 3 dollars. Why such the price jump? Especially when you cant stock your shelves properly. More often than not i find what i need on the carts in the aisle. Dont use the self checkout, the thing is more trouble than its worth. Maybe if they had more than one line open at a time they wouldn't need it. 2 stars for bad service, price gouging and having to squeeze past the freight carts in the aisles. (UPDATE) Nothing has changed. Drop a price chopper here and everything will be great. 0 stars if i could.

Dollar General located here in Parish, New York is a great store. They're open till 10 every night which is perfect if you need to run out and grab something quick. The staff who work here are amazing! They're always friendly, helpful, and quick to help you if you need anything. Unless we're due for some nasty weather and everyone is in getting last minute supplies, the shelves are pretty well stocked the majority of the time. Paperless coupons on their app always help to save a little cash. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is the size of the store. The aisles are a little narrow and when the store gets busy, you're constantly having to excuse yourself to get around people, but then again, for the size of our village we wouldn't need a full size Dollar General. Thanks ladies for all you do!

This store was nice when it first opened. Now it's horrible...you can't get down the isles freight is everywhere. I mean really who is running this place....nothing is ever put away. Thrift stores are in better order than this place. The worst DG I have ever been in.

The employees here are actually phenomenal! They opened the doors after it was locked up for the night to let us in to buy bug spray!! They really ere awesome!!

We were in thos store around 3:45. You sing says mask required. There were people in the store that had mask under there chin. There where people with no mask. There was a female worker with her mask under her nose. Someone needs to show her the sign you have posted. She is not following the rules the store has posted. Please correct this. Thank you.

What an embarrassment this establishment is!! Disgusting!! Absolutely disgusting! I went in tonight and almost every idle was blocked, the shelves were empty, it was dirty and in absolute shambles. I would be SO embarrassed to be head of this store, even more so why is management not on top of this disgraceful mess?! WOW!!!

Most employees are pretty nice. The gentleman named chris who works here is horrible, always rude, complains about customers in front of others. Last time I went in someone made a mess in the bathroom and he refused to clean it bc the shift before him didnt and claims it isnt his job to leave it for someone else.Product has been expired more than once and not removed from shelves even when pointed out.

I know most think the Dollar General is just a low key store. But I'm telling you that everytime I go there it's a $100, I find everything I need to restock my house and my cabinets for a great price.

Worst DG I have ever been in it is filthy you can’t get down the isle to buy any products because they don’t put anything away. I would rather drive 20 miles then make a purchase in this “store”.

I love Dollar General. They have almost anything I need and they're close to home. I have never been at this location when I didn't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time in line. Employees are courteous, they just need to have more of them.

The Isles where packed with unpacked boxes. I could not go down few Isles do to i have a child sitting in the cart. An can not fit down Isles with cart. Needs allot of improvements.

Ok you asked, the one in parish NY sucks they treat you like your inconveniencing them by being there if you ask a question they bite your head off they leave cart's with broken down cardboard and ladders in the way so you have to go around . I have been to other dollar general's and they were nice but this one I have going to becouse it's close by
