I am a frequent shopper at Dollar General, and I am always impressed with the store's selection and prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-organized. I appreciate the variety of products available, from groceries to household items to seasonal decor. Dollar General is also conveniently located, with many stores in my area. Overall, I would highly recommend Dollar General to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient shopping experience. It's definitely one of my go-to stores!

This dollar general has the neatest and cleanest clothing section I have seen. Ever. In all the other local dollar generals that I’ve visited, this one is actually a bit organized and clean. Staff is always friendly here, never had an issue. But I have to commend them on the clothing, it was neat and tidy and I could easily find the items I needed.

Always clean and presentable. Most of the employees are great and the manager is on top of it when there is an issue. I have much less faith in their corporate offices. On a store level you get great service, maybe the corporate offices could take a few lessons as they are almost impossible to reach a real person and in my experience and others I've spoken to... You never actually hear back from them. 5 stars for the store. -1 for the corporate offices.

Had most things convenient. The store was a bit messy. One thing I found most annoying was one of the employees that had a bad attitude. This person wasn't rude to me or anything but the entire 15 minutes I was there they did nothing but openly complain loudly about every little thing. I thought maybe they had a bad day but a few days later I came back to grab a few more things and this person's attitude hadn't changed. I think sometimes people forget how they present themselves, and it's forgivable (we don't always want to spend our days working especially when it's beautiful outside). Hopefully this person can find some joy in life. Otherwise, not a bad place to find decent prices and most things on your shopping list.

The best store i’ve ever been to by far. Everyone there has a very nice welcoming atmosphere. The prices are amazing and everything is amazing quality for the price. The best store in all of New York by far.

The prices are good, but their coupon policy is somewhat sketchy. If you have their coupon and a manufacturer's coupon they will often give you a hard time. If you upload their digital coupon, that comes first even if you have a manufacturer's coupon that you like better. Very inconsistent with rules and hard to follow. Maybe they are trying to make people not use them. Instead, it makes me not want to shop there.

I stoped in to pick up a few things. Young girl, Andra, help me find what I couldn’t find, even helped me out w/ a coupon on the item, so I bought 2. Nice work. Helpful and pleasant

Dollar General is just what it says a discount retail outlet. Many brand name lower price items. Great deals that you won't find in any other store.I think they're working on a very low profit margin or they're getting really good deals from distributors.

The so called manager on duty Jessica was very rude and disrespectful because she had to come inside from an unscheduled smoke break to answer a question about a digital coupon, I was told it's not my job to deal with digital coupons you need to call corporate they handle that stuff. And went right back out to smoke another cigarette.

They reorganised the store it looks nice not much as far as the kids toys, but still good for a quick run to the store if you need cleaning supplies, snacks, etc.

Not happy this visit. Hellman's mayo advertised, 30 oz for $2.95. Clerk insisted price was $3.95 and that was that. The end. Won't shop at the Palmyra store again.

It's dirty inside and the shelves are not stocked. They seem understaffed! The staff that was there were very friendly and tried to help.

Poor customer service. The only reason I go there is because it's the closest store. The parking lot around the building has so much garbage!
