Bought a Utility Trailer now it is less than a year old. Called because there is a problem with the mechanism that latches the hitch. They tell me they don't cover that part of the warrantee ! So if you can find a company that honors their warrantee.

Really great store. Have such a variety of clothing and boots. Great price on big bags of dog food and great price on dog kennels. But the one cashier Sara is rude everytime we come. Doesn't greet you very cold acting towards customers and also has an attitude. So we now we go to bath now if we need anything. Other than that very nice store. Very clean including the bathrooms.

Possibly the worst tractor supply EVER! Almost everytime I am in there they don't have the item I'm looking for. I always get, well we have a truck coming Tuesday it could be on that. Show up Wednesday, still empty spots. Ask somebody well we have a truck coming on Tuesday. This is not just one time this is the last 5 times I have been here. Save yourself trouble and go over to Home Depot.b.

The staff is very knowledgeable within the realm of expectations. Had two standard propane tanks that needed to be filled, and an employee informed me that the tanks were not only pass their date of use, but also how to read the manufacturer date, how long the tanks are good for, and how to get new ones free of charge. I regret not getting his name but thank you so much! This store is so well kept and the employees are so eager to help, I appreciate businesses like this!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great selection of different things I need around the house, even though I don't have a farm. They also have great dog food. 4Health is recommended by my vet and it doesn't cost as much as other healthy foods.

I had ordered an item online and had it shipped to the store to avoid shipping costs since it was a large heavy item. I got the email the next day saying it was at the store ready for me to pick up. I fit that stop into my schedule a couple days later. I walked into the store, up to the customer service desk gave them my info an in under 2 minutes I was walking out the door with my item. I have to say that was a perfect way to ensure what I wanted was at the store when I could get there. So it is the next best thing to having it delivered to my doorstep when delivery is cost prohibitive.

The store was clean. They have a great variety of items and great prices. Their clearance selection has a great selection as well. The bathrooms were clean. However the staff is not friendly. Sara is rude to customers. She acts snoty and has an attitude that makes you feel unwelcome lik you dont belong there. She has been this way towards us twice.

I am so disappointed in your ship to store. I ordered a pair of boots, said would ship in 2 days took 4 days. Order was placed on the 12th shipped on the 16th and still has not arrived at the store. I call the store and no one can help me. Order states won’t be delivered until the 22nd of February. This is rediculous. Why does it take so long to get an order.

Prices are good. Staff is friendly. Took off 1 star since if you need something from the back room it takes quite a while to get it pulled out. Even just a bag of pine flakes.

Cashier was super unfriendly never said hi or goodbye and was more worried about finishing paper work then checking us out. We stated that our items didn't ring out at sale price. We were not even acknowledged by her.

I just waited for an associate for over 20 minutes to fill a propane tank outside after I left my drivers license at the checkout counter. I called while I was waiting outside and another associate was paged to come outside to meet me. No one came. I went back into the store to retrieve my drivers license and told the employee to forget it and that I wanted to speak to a manager. I met a manager at the customer service counter and the manager told me she was the only one that was certified to fill the tanks and that she was busy on the phone for all of 20 minutes. Now mind you when I walked back to the customer service desk the manager was sitting down along with 2 other associates talking and doing nothing else. Horrible service and horrible management.

The cashier was very rude with a attitude. She acted as if she was inconvenienced to help or even check us out. Plus when looking for things in the store there is never anyone around to assist you. This store is definitely not a place I would recommend.

Most items seem to be overpriced, and the stores seem disorganized and messy. However, I am able to find what I need there when I can't find it anywhere else. Also, you can get some decent deals if you watch their ads.

Well stocked, convenient location, friendly staff, nice selection. Limited parking, parking lot entrance tends to be congested with everyone funneling in for Applebee's, Walmart, home depot and the cost cutters plaza.

Great selection of tools and very organized. Only one cashier on staff with eight people in line and was cashed out within a few minutes. Staff and store are on point.

Went to Painted Post, NY store. Tried to buy food grade buckets. They rang up incorrect. Told cashier who then called someone up front. That person made me show where the sale said 2 for $6. I walked back, showed them and then went to Home Depot next door..Maybe they should know what is on sale instead of making it look like I was lying in front of other customers.

I believe our tractor supply in my hometown should have the things that other tractor supplies out of my home town have so I don't have to travel out of my area to get the same things that tractor supply Carrys in another area they seem to be out of a lot of products every time I go there and it's not very helpful staff in the in the tractor supply I would probably get them a rate of 2
