Hands down the best pet store with the best customer service I've ever seen in a pet store. Lisa and her family and her employees really go out of the way to make sure you get a quality product. And quality pet and service and will do everything possible to make sure if you don't know something that your educated. I'm very happy I bought my love bird chance from her . I have been eyeing him for months and finally got him. Lisa made sure his wings were clipped 4 me and everything before I left . I definitely will be back. This place is amazing.

Fantastic locally owned pet store. Prices are pretty high though. It's a nice place to go I. Corning sense there's nowhere else close by to by mice and rats for reptiles. The fish selection is nice but I'd google about the fish you're thinking of buying bc they don't always give the right answers.

Spent almost $52 on fish and accessories and one of the 2 fish my fiance bought the day before and the fish I picked out died within 2 days!!! I had freaking carnival fish that survived 2 years but their fish died in 2 days! I have had to scoop out a fish everyday!!!

I always enjoy visiting Lisa's Pet Store, because of how personableand welcoming they are. I have never had a bad experience, and that says a lot because I am there every week getting food for my bearded dragon. Prices are reasonable, and they have all kinds of supplies along with a wide variety of critters, and fish. I haven't been back to Petco since finding this locally owned treasure.

We've gotten a couple of animals now and supplies from them. Lisa and Rob are fantastic and never mind answering questions! They are very passionate about the animals and it clearly shows. The shop is always in top notch condition.

Lisa is great! She always has a great variety of animals (snakes, lizards, fish, guinea pigs, bunnies, rats, birds) to choose from and she is always up for answering any questions you have. She started this business because of her love of animals, not just to make money. I highly recommend checking out her shop.

It's a nice little strip mall pet store not very big, fairly clean, not a lot of inventory because of its size but the young lady was very friendly and I enjoyed my visit . The parrot they had was sweet. It's always nice to support your local businesses so if you're in the area I suggest you just stop in and say "hi" maybe there's something you might need or maybe you might find something you want. Either way it's a nice visit.

We bought a parakeet and all the essentials from here... and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet and my daughter (7) is taking the bird with her all over the house, it is so friendly! Lisa and her husband were very helpful and friendly when I was in the store. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Lisa’s pet place for years at all of the different locations since I was in high school. Always such a clean and friendly environment, the animals are very content and happy each time I visit. Definitely one of the best pet stores I have been to and will always return to.

I called and asked if they had any ferrets as soon as she replied yes, I was on my way. I'm impressed that they had them as it's very hard to find them right now in PA unless you're rehoming, fostering, or rescuing. Very nice staff.

My daughters dad got her a guinea pig for Christmas, it died in less than a week. We are on the 2nd one now. It's smaller than the first, like half the size... Did they sell us an old one first?

We always get our snake's mice/rats here, they have a great price compared to other stores. And it's not just a reptile place either! There are always new bunnies, rodents, birds or all kinds, and they carry toys, clothes and treats for my other fur babies too.

did not know store was there or had difffernt stores in plaza we live here for ever funny our son sent us there to pet store to get plastic dome for hedgehog. nice shop birds small animals fish and supplies and my favorite ferrat please stop see what they got before heading to big pet stores I hope support them
