The perfect place to visit. Dog friendly. Clean rooms. Great shower heads with good water pressure. I'm picky about that! Breakfast is fresh and quality. The Patel family is always kind to us when we visit. We will definitely be back again.Rooms: The rooms are clean and quiet.Safety: Close enough to things that you feel right in the middle of it. Far enough away that you feel safe and can hear the spring peepers at night.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for one night on my way to Niagara Falls. The hotel is very clean. I would definitely recommend it. They do a great job and it is also quiet. It's not that far from the glass museum. I would definitely stay again. They also put out cookies in the evening as a treat for customers. Thank you very much.

Stayed here for the Corning Half Marathon this past weekend. Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave which were both clean as well. Our bathroom had a streak of black mold in the toilet bowl which was unfortunate, and the shower drain was clogged, so we couldn't shower without standing in a pool of water. We figured with all the people in town getting another room wasn't feasible so we made it work. Front desk was very nice and in a pinch, this is a solid option that covers the basics, provided there aren't issues with the bathroom.

The staff was great. The condition of everything was great except for the pocket/sliding bathroom door. That should be fixed. The carpet looked new. Why 4 start rating then? Well, it said hot breakfast. The only thing that was hot was waffles. Everything else was cold or instant. We were expecting (since they advertised hot breakfast) some hot eggs and or sausages. They did have hard boiled eggs but those are not greasy, hot eggs like we’ve had at other motels. They also had cold cereal, instant oatmeal packs, yogurt, bagels and bread, and muffins. They don’t have much selection on drink either. They just had a pitcher of orange juice and a gallon of milk in the fridge, which the juice ran out and no one was there to refill it. So the one star missing was because of the breakfast lacking.

Relatively clean hotel with no elevators. My room did have a faint smokey smell to it. The pale yellow walls have this rough raised texture to them that definitley gave the room an older feel. Bed was slightly uncomfortable. The bath towels were a bit rough and small. Other than those few issues....It's an affordable choice at a convenient location near Corning, NY. The complementary breakfast is very basic...do not get your hopes up lol

Pleasantly surprised at the spacious room size. Very clean and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Variety! The price was in Cdn$ online even though in the USA. We booked online without any problem. Things went smoothly when we arrived a week later after booking. It was quiet, although it was Monday night that we stayed over. Places nearby to eat at (Applebee's was good) and a few shopping places. Close to highway for quick getaway in the morning. I recommend to anyone traveling through Painted Post.Nearby activities: Restaurants & stores to shop at.Walkability: Could walk around property. There was a large grass area. Saw 3 deers nearby.Food & drinks: Ate at Applebee's, and food was hot and good. Service superb, friendly professional, courtesy. No, I didn't get paid for saying this.

Stayed for two nights along with family and pet dog.Front desk staff were very helpful.Hotel is clean.Good continental breakfast and nice tea/coffee machine available 24*7 .Popcorn and cookies in the evening are added perk.Only downside is hotel doesnt have a laundry facility available for guests to wash/dry clothes.Food & drinks: Good complimentary continental breakfast in the morning.Popcorn and cookies in the evening.

Great experience. I stay in a different hotel almost every night and this was by far one of the best experiences. Nothing flashy, just nice friendly welcoming staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and hot shower. You can tell the owners care about this property by the care they take in making the outside look inviting....flowers, no trash. And the best comment I can make about this hotel is, they own a vacuum cleaner AND THEY ACTUALLY USE IT IN THEIR HALLWAYS. (If you stay in hotels as often as I do, you know what that means). Anyway, I chose this hotel based off of other reviews and I am happy I did. This was a great value and I will be back.

Very clean property. Nice towels. Large mini fridge, however, no freezer. Microwave. Very quiet here. Front desk courteous and helpful. Bedroom had hardwood floors. Somewhat comfortable beds. Nice hot water pressure. No side or back entrance to parking lot. Room had table and two chairs. Breakfast room very large, clean, and beautiful. All continental foods - pastries, cereals, fruits, yogurt, coffee. There was a waffle iron for hot waffles.

Stayed here many years ago. Checked in October 20th, for one night. Wonderful receptionist at check-in, Becca was her name I think. Room recently renovated, very clean and fresh. Lobby and rest of hotel in very good shape, clean and well maintained. Good value. Recommended to friends who stayed there October 23rd, they were pleased as well.

Had an absolute nightmare situation with another hotel that was disgusting. We frantically had to search for a new hotel, called Econo Lodge and spoke with Candice who was extremely helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit at the hotel. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, they offer parking, breakfast, and have friendly staff.

This was my second time staying, the first time I stayed was a wonderful experience, this time I had a couple complaints; the sounded as if it was broken on one side and wasn't able to shower because the hot and cold was installed wrong so the water was cold and when I checked out I told I believe the owner and he said yes they're aware of it but I was hoping for a discount or something but besides that it's a nice economical place to stay

I was working in the area and was looking for somewhere other than the Ramada (where I usually stay). The Econo lodge is definitely a place to look into if you’re staying in the area and don’t won’t to hurt the bank account. The rooms are kinda smaller than what I’m used to but they serve their purpose. The beds are comfy and the sheets are soft. The showers are hot and have have nice water pressure. There are a few places to eat in the area and Walmart is right across the road. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a basic level accommodation, but one if the cleanest, friendliest places I've stayed. It's very quiet & not too far from the highway exit. The road set up is a little weird, but after a few wrong turns & GPS help, I got my bearings. The Dennys Restaurant mentioned on the Choice website hotel listing closed during Covid, but there is a local place (Jelly Beans) with good reviews not far, as well as a Bob Evans. I've stayed in plusher places, but I'd come back here for the value & pleasant treatment.

We needed a place to stay overnight in Corning. We needed a bed to sleep and this fit the bill perfectly. The staff was friendly, including the individual who plowed the parking lot and helped us get our car out of the snow. The bed was comfortable. As another reviewer said, don't let how vacant this place looks turn you off. Fulfills that need at a great price.

This was a very nice experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was great. The walls were thin, but this did not interfere with sleeping. The breakfast was OK. We had to ask for food to be refilled, but they did have a lot of choices. The staff was very very good. They listened and seem to be genuinely interested in our needs. Overall, a great stay and an excellent value. We will stay here again.
