I do like Big Lots. After re-doing their store it's very nice. The only complaint, the only one, is they NEVER have any furniture in stock. Goes on sale, nope they have none. We had to travel to a different store because this one never has anything in stock.

I love this store. Very clean and organized. The employees are very helpful, kind and friendly. I come here quite a lot and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate the employees willingness to help and kindness they consistently show their customers.

I visited the Big Lots in Painted Post Ny.It was a very clean store, friendly staff, and I had no problems getting help with an item on the top shelf.If I ever win the gift card here I already know what I'm spending it on.

This store is always stocked well and kept very clean and neat. I love their selections and the prices can't be beat. They offer a Military discount year round which is awesome! The staff is always extra friendly and helpful.

Love this store. Great prices. Staff is helpful and nice. I haven't had a bad experience there yet. Always can find something good anytime of the year. Great choice on candy during Easter Halloween and Christmas. But also when you get things from there check the dates before you buy. Great price on electronics and of course dvds.

Went in to pick up furniture that was on hold!, assistant by the name of micheal was so rude! Went on to say they only hold furniture for 24 hours. I’m not sure about the policy but Jake from Elmira called and it wasn’t a problem when we called on Saturday! I mean if it’s an issue to do your job then maybe you should find another one?

Seems like over the years their products aren't that great anymore. Prices are higher while the quality is less.

Bought a chair out of only five in the storeroom . If I wanted the one I really liked I would have had to wait ten weeks .

Got about $1,700 worth of products through a leasing program that is very affordable me and my wife walked away with a desk a bed to fans a new air fryer a new vacuum to new plate sets to silverware sets one night stand in the frame for the bed along the way we met two very nice people that helped us out we had overall great service I would recommend five stars to anybody that works here

Decent store. Much cleaner than other big lots. Prices are a bit high compared to competitors. Furniture is pressed board and or plastic that doesnt last long. Bought a sectional set a few months ago, keep dining staples under the edges. The recliner is horribly uncomfortable and nothing like the store display. Staff is great though.

15 minute wait in a line of 7 customers before they called a second cashier. Otherwise clean, organized store with friendly staff. Love this particular Big Lots location.

This particular Big Lots has the nicest, staff. They jointly keep the store clean, shelves stocked and faced, go around keeping busy working and offering assistance, unlike a lot of other retailers with super lazy staff. I always look forward to shop here.

They have a nice assortment of household goodies. We went there to buy a faux leather recliner chair. It looks to be good quality, comfy and reasonable. Customer service was speedy and courteous.

I showed up here to buy some new shelves, MAN, this place has gotten good. I love the selection of furniture and trimmings. Plus while there, the 2 shelves I needed to buy were on clearance and already assembled for me. Merry Christmas, to me!

Everytime I come into the store I am immediately greeted by a staff member 🙌 as I walk down the isles, I am greeted again by your very friendly staff members. Regardless of convenience, I will always be a customer at your store for this very reason!!! Good place to walk around and find items that are not on your menu list, But are reasonably priced and stocks items that are interesting and have prices that are clearly marked,if you happen to find a product that's not marked (contact staff) they will take care to get it marked, great store and welcome them locally for bringing business to painted post area and for thier patronage to community.

Awesome selction, lots of stuff at better prices and quality than walmart or wegmans.Picked up a memory foam topper and a few other living pieces, steal of a price for great quality. 100% recommend. Sign up for the rewards too, pretty decent savings.

They have a nice variety of merchandise but it's not top not quality. The prices are good and it serves as a general merchandise store. I would go there again.

A store with a variety of items. The aisles are wide and clutter free. The store is well maintained and the products are of decent quality and variety. The staff is friendly and the store is easy to navigate. Parking is convenient.

The store was rearranged since my last visit, (pre-covid) and they will no longer be selling frozen foods. Overall still my favorite place to buy TP, paper towels and food storage bags.
