Never did I expect to have met my dream pup yesterday , all thanks to the superb customer service & expertise of Oscar & Boris. Thank you both for pairing me with what seemed to be my long lost puppy love Mr. Levi & I couldn't be more thrilled to have had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were given all of the pups microchip & vaccine info along with all the new pup essentials such as potty pads, kibble, brush, treats and some little toys to hold him over til we get him our own things. He is already adjusting very well to his new environment PLUS he already did his business on the potty pad! Truly, a match made in pup heaven, we will be back to add more angels to our tribe <3

Bought my puppy here on April 3rd of this month. She’s perfect for me and my family we love her so much. On Tuesday April 16tb my puppy went to her first vet appointment and the doctor say that she looks good and sound good. The doctor told me to come back for her final exam and final puppy vaccine. I Recommend to get a puppy from here but remember take your new puppy to the vet to see if they are good in health. Shout out to Jess or Jessica for helping me pick a puppy and stay up to date with my new puppy growth. This store is friendly, I would like to go back to visit to see the puppy’s every week. But I am shy to go back. But amazing puppy and nice workers.Thanks puppy paws!!!!

Beyond Excellent!!!!We had an amazing experience at Puppy Paws. We're very happy for at least 5 specific reasons.1. Puppy Paws' excellent customer service. We called and spoke with Jessica on the phone. She was very pleasant, patient and helpful. When we got to their facility, it was really clean and we got no pressure. The puppies were all so clean, healthy-looking and happy. We spoke to the wonderful Mr. Oscar who put us at ease with his great sense of humor. He let my children and husband pend time with as many puppies as they wanted to. He educated us as to the different characteristics of each breed, nothing what to look out for in each puppy that could meeting or need. We were also catered to by Mr. Boris, who had an amazing level of patience and calm. He diligently answered all our questions and provide honest opinions leaving us to make our independent decisions. We eventually picked our adorableteddy bear puppy who my daughter named "Pancake" ( see picture attached). I did a price comparison, and Puppy paws has great prices. 2. They love the puppies so much they actually gave us lots of free items to start off with, just to ensure that we take good care of our puppy. I mean high quality brands. They have us a free bed, bag of food, treats, toys, two feeding pans, collar, leash, ...( I know I'm forgetting some things🤔). When we were leaving, Ms. Jessica even gave my daughter her own personal dog-carrier bag. The folks at Puppy Paws are beyond amazing!!!!3. They also have proper paperwork that is nearly put together in folder for your ease of reference. Every detail is included, even the return policy. The documents show all the information on your Puppy, especially all the shots received so far, and pending vaccinations to guide you.4. They also have vetinary discount arrangements with the vets.5. They "After-sale" services are great. They encourage you to call them for free advice at any time. This had been very helpful to us. They respond promptly and are truly passionate.We are reeeally satisfied 😌. Thank you Mr. Boris, Mr. Oscar and Ms. Jessica. We highly recommend Puppy Paws.

We bought our Scottish Shepherd Sheltie from PuppyPaws a month and a half ago, he was so shy and adorable! I immediately fell in love with him. The girl (I can't remember her name) and the rest of the staff were very nice to me and my boyfriend. They helped us choose the right food for him and the right toys, they even gave us a pajama that belonged to my dog ​​when he was still a puppy! (now it doesn't fit anymore! haha). The only thing I was a bit upset about was the dog's age: they told me he was 4 months old, but looking at his birth certificate (the moment you buy the dog, they give you all the documents on its provenance and on vaccinations) I noticed that he had 6… but it doesn't matter! If you want a four-legged friend, you'd better contact them! they are smart, kind, clean and treat the puppies impeccably! me, Stefano and Sunny (our little friend) thank you very much! moreover, dogs are immediately used to interacting with other dogs, consequently they are not aggressive. they are very friendly and well behaved dogs!

I bought my 4 month old Bernedoodle here last month on 10/09/22. Vanessa was amazing !!!! I literally love everything about her and her vibe is great, you can just tell she loves her job. She is extremely knowledgeable about every single puppy in there and will walk you through everything step by step. They did make me aware that my baby came with a hernia but they would cover the cost of the surgery once she’s old enough to have it. I already took her to the vet and she’s healthy! The doctor even said that typically the hernias close on their own just like humans so once she’s around 8 months they’ll decide whether or not she still needs it. I am not sure why this place has so many mixed reviews. I also think as a buyer- especially if it’s your first time owning a pet, you should do your own research as well and come prepared with a list of questions you want to ask. A puppy is a huge investment and a big deal (at least for me). I’ve made the right decision coming here and I’m absolutely in-love with my fur baby.

My family and I had been thinking about buying a puppy for a while now, We did our research and after months we finally decided that it was the day. Yesterday we headed down to the store as we had been there a couple times to ask questions and inform ourselves about their different puppies. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about each and every one of their puppies. You can tell that they love doing their job and that they really care for the puppies. We are so thankful to the staff for walking us through the process and helping us choose the right pup for us. Thank you so much!!!

The man at the store (not sure if he's a manager) is rude as hell. I was asking about a pomeranian in particular and asked if I was allowed to hold it and he was giving me the run around of "only if you are serious about buying it" which is fine because I understand and I even told him I am seriously considering it. But then he did the most and was pressing me as to what's stopping me. I told him it's my boyfriends decision as well since he also lives with me and he pressed me again asking where my boyfriend is at, why isn't he here, tell him to come here. With that type of attitude no one will want to buy a dog. If he didn't want to me hold the dog that was fine but he could have just said that instead of giving me a whole attitude. I think he realized how annoyed I was and he said he was joking but his tone was definitely not in a joking tone and I had told him that too and decided to leave. I probably skipped a bullet tbh. The dogs cages are not clean and the whole place smells just as bad as the man's attitude.

I got 2 “Poodles” in August with my family in 2023. Spent $3,000! They definitely are NOT full bread poodles! They’re supposed to be siblings but as they grew it’s clear that is impossible. The boy may possibly be a puddle mix… but the girl… no way in hell. She’s tiny and hasn’t grown in months! She doesn’t even weigh ten pounds and she’s about 9 months! We realized on her birth certificate that it said red orange as her coat color but her fur grew white!This is outrageous and terrible!! DONY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

This is an amazing place to go to ☺️ costumer service was above and beyond. We got a bichon dog :) they explained everything to us and made us feel so comfortable. They were so friendly . I truly recommend this place . The owner is so lucky to have great employees working there 🙏 thanks a lot . Specially for the free stuff they gave us ❤️❤️🤗

I bought a French bulldog from Oscar about 2 months ago, the staff was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. They let me know if anything is wrong with the puppy to let them know or if I have any questions at all to give them a call. Vet options were given and guides on how to maintain a healthy pup. Today 2 months later I called about some changes I’ve made in my puppies diet and they were super helpful over the phone, they took care of my concerns, im so glad I bought my puppy from them. Thank you so much for creating a safe space for dog owners.

This company falsely sold me a Shih Tzu. I paid over $2k for a shih tzu for her to grow up and be a mixed breed! Below is my boy who is a pure bread American Shih Tzu, and my girl who you can clearly see is NOT a Shih Tzu!

this place was amazing! the staff was lovely and even lowered the price when i i purchased my furry baby! all puppies looked extremely healthy and happy! definitely spoiled pups! we brung home elle, my 3 month old yorkiechon puppy. very pleased with the service and will definitely be buying another dog sometime in the future. i recommend shopping from here as it is the safest and your best bet. thank you so much puppy paws! this was all possible because of you guys. much love and support!💜

My husband bought our Pomeranian Sadie from here about a month ago. She developed a kennel cough during transportation to the store. The employees there gave us meds and encouraged us to bring her back to the store whenever needed to put her in the nebulizer, which was so helpful.Her cough wasn’t getting better with the first set of meds so they gave us stronger ones and vitamins for her. Soon after the cough went away. They were so helpful and empathetic. I’m really happy with the store, the experience, and how helpful they all were.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not care for the puppy’s well being, they are only about money. We purchased a puppy less than a week ago, and we were told she was healthy. Two days later we see the vet and find out she has more than 3 medical issues. We have called the store asking what they could do because they knew she was sick prior to us purchasing her since, as an employee told us, our puppy was taken to many vets the same day and week we gave a deposit ,yet when we purchased her we were given no information. When we picked up our new puppy, an employee was cleaning her ears and when we asked what was in her ears they told us it was normal but the vet told us it was ear mites. In the store they had told us that she was the calmest puppy there but the reason for that was all of her medical issues and the amount of pain she is in. In the agreement it said for a medical condition store reimburses the purchase price, we didn’t want to bring that puppy back to make her condition worse and to prevent further spreading to other puppies, yet the store refused to even partially reimburse us of the price that we paid. Telling my kids and family members that we have a sick dog caused lots of trauma and we blame puppy paws for selling us a sick dog. Instead of enjoying our new puppy, we spent all this time feeling sorry for her and taking care of her. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PUPPY PAWS.

I bought my daughter a dog from here during covid in 2020. The cavapoo’s were adorable. We named him Jackson. Everting was fine with Jackson until he turned 11 months. My daughter noticed one of his eyes turning white. Immediately she made an appointment to see his vet. Jackson was sent to see an ophthalmologist so after doing our research we found a great one in Long Island veterinary hospital. They tested him and he had the beginning of cataracts. They said his breed can be prone to cataracts but not this young. They did mention surgery but not now. They wanted to wait until he was a little older because his vision could still change. So we waited but it progressed fast. By two he had it in both eyes. That is when his anxiety kicked in because he could only see shadows. When he turned 3 years old we did the surgery. Which was the beginning of this year. Now he can see but will have to use eye drops. From 5 different drops he is only on one now. Thank god my daughter had insurance for him because they covered 90% of the surgery. I’m grateful he can see now but his anxiety is still with him. He can get aggressive and will bite . Jackson just bit my mother the other day. I got a trainer for him and she even said ‘wow poor baby he has anxiety issues and might need medication to help his training’ . She did mention when you buy these dogs from a pet store most of them come from puppy mills. So could she be right ? I have no idea but I am doing the test to see what mix he is and what health issues he might develop. At the end I will not regret getting him because I love him but I can’t stand that we still have pet shops like this. If your dog is sick do not give up on them.

This place is amazing! The staff takes special care of all the puppies. Oscar made sure to tell us everything on how to care for our pet. He gave us suggestions that are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for buying a dog. Look who we got! Onyx, welcome to the family ;)

Sorry my review is so late. My hubby and I were interested in a Jack Russell. I called Puppy City but got Puppy Paws instead. I employee said they were under construction (that was five months ago. I do not know now.).I asked them if they had any Jack Russell's. He said he had a male one and it was the last one. My hubby and I drove there right away. As soon as we walked in my hubby spotted him.We fell in love with him right away.The down fall with them. Is that they are pretty pricey. They gave us a few things free for him. But the other things that they suggested us to purchase. They should of including that too.Other then that it looks like they do a good job with the puppies.

I bought a shibainu turns out before his one birthday he has hip issues! I been contacting them since my puppy was 8 months old the young lady told me not to worry because I contacted them before her was one "" never got any answers or help !! Beware your puppy might end up with a hip issue they get rid of the workers and act like they never got information!!!

Staff was friendly and the place didn't smell at all compared to many other pet stores I visited. Wide selection of breeds with average prices. Taking one star off because my puppy was found to have giardia (parasites) and an ear infection after a visit to the vet. Otherwise, hes healthy now and the store threw in some freebies too when i bought him.

Had an incredible experience at puppy paws. The person helping me was Ilya and he knew everything about dogs there is to know. Their dogs come from the one of the best breeders in the country. Ilya was super helpful for us when we were choosing our new pup. Overall very clean place, incredible environment, and amazing service. Definitely ask for Ilya, but the other workers are equally great. Amazing store! 11/10
