Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Went in for pellets and pellet stove accessories, as we are new to this form of heating and so I had many, MANY, questions. Both of the employees who helped me were just great! Patient and knowledgeable, as well! I did remember their names for several days but in all the stress of moving have since forgotten.I WILL be going back though, and intend to find out so I can give credit where credit is due!!UPDATE: I have been back MANY MANY times, and if you need ANYTHING make sure you talk to Gabby or Austin, cause they KNOW EVERYTHING and are just SO awesome and helpful!!!WhatEVER you need, you will probably find it there, and if you can't, they will know where to point you! 😁

Love this place. Local honey. Pool and hot tub supplies, birdseed, flowers, seeds... the people make this place great. They are all so happy and incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. The work ethic they have is amazing. We will shop here every month like we have for years!

The manager was literally shutting the doors to the garden center on me.... it was 530... barely and I was being pushed out.... she was telling the other girls who she seem to be training that if there is no one in the store at 545 they could shut the doors. I shop here regularly and have been there until 6pm on many occasions this is a new experience one I hope the owners correct.

This store is completely awesome! Bought mulch and brought our puppy in store with us. We were greeted with a treat for our puppy, received a free bag of earthborn all natural dog food, and joined their savings club for free dog food with 12 purchases. Awesome sales team really made us feel welcome. We just bought a house nearby and it made our day! Come shop here !!!

Large variety of items. I made the mistake of getting here 5 mins before closing on Christmas eve. LOL, I'll be back.My second visit went much better. Got the items I needed at a fair price and the staff seemed genuinely happy to have me visit. Thumbs up.

Great store for backyard gardeners. Knowledgeable staff, large selection of products. Lawn mower service center across the street. Always like to shop local if possible. Prices of most items are comparable to large box stores but have found some gardening products less expensive here.

It's gone down hill quite a bit since it changed ownership. The new owners clearly have no experience in dealing with rural communities and don't care about customers who have spent decades depending on their store for seasonal products and other supplies.

Staff is friendly but the store is quite dirty . The availability of products and selection is poor. What really was upsetting is that 2 days earlier I had gotten a coupon for $5 off a $30 printed on the back of a receipt from a partner buisness of Agway but when I went to use it , they denied it saying it was expired. It has been expired when my recipet was printed out. Overall a bad experience.

Owego Agway has always been blessing to our community but in our current situation, they have been just stellar!First of all, their signs always bring a chuckle and a smile but, through this time, they have been even more thoughtful!In the past, because my husband and I ( HOW did we get OLD???) have been trying hard not to go into places; I asked if they could take my payment over the phone and bring my items to the car. The smile-you-could-hear response was “Sure! We can do that!”Today I called and requested someone to collect my items and then bring things to the car. Taylor was the person who helped me. What a doll! When I apologized for taking her time, she said “ Oh, it’s really not a problem! We’re not that busy right now anyway!”Whoever hired Taylor knows quality when they find it! She’s knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!Owego Agway, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!Stay well!

Owego Agway is an excellent store. I don't live in Owego, but whenever I'm traveling between Elmira and Binghamton I try to stop. Great bird seed selection and prices and excellent selection of vegetable and flower seeds. And they have so many other things in the store too you just have to see it. Staff is helpful and friendly every time I've been there. If you've never been there, I highly recommend you check it out.

I purchased a lawn mower. Service was ok I waited along time for a salesman the only person who could help me was on lunch I waited over an hour for 2 minutes of paperwork . The lawn mower shop across the street was great five stars. free next day delivery. They were helpful and knowledgeable.

Will not use this store anymore. They post their orders for chick deliveries, then I went in on that day to get chicks only to be told that the stopped ordering chicks. Such an inconvenience when they won't even provide product for their posted chick schedule. Wont shop here anymore their not reliable.

It's a great mix of everything you might need for The great outdoors.if you're looking to feed the birds are the deer any other yard animals they have the feed there for you. If you're looking to get some crushed stone they have a good selection. You want to get some sore muscle rub for your horse you can get it there even in mint smell. If you want to get lawn equipment all you have to do is walk in they have lawn mowers, snow blowers, weed wackers, chainsaws. if you're looking to get your lawn started they have grass seed weed killer, bug killer and to do the trim up in your yard they have neat little signs and bird houses and things like that.

Beautiful plant selection, even if you do not have a green thumb. Selections of food and products for your four legged friends. And they were ready for everything for your feather friends, too. A lot more than that, but go and see for yourself.

Called about seresto flea collar and was told they had a $10 discount coupon. And when I got there to get the collar, surprise surprise. they had no $10dollar coupon and I was going to get charged full price. Until they found a $5 dollar. Even online they say they have a $10 dollar discount. Normally I have no problem with them. I should have went to petsmart to get the collar it would have been cheaper.
