Awesome staff. We came to get a ton of wood pellets and the staff literally helped me hand load every bag into my truck. Highly recommended. We even saved a ton by buying more. Great offers. Update - Since my initial review JP&S reached out to amend the situation. They have been out to service our hot tub twice. Both visits and interactions with JP&S staff prior to the service visits were nothing but professional and courteous. I am grateful that we were able to work through this situation and maintain a business relationship.I am shocked at how this business is managed. We contacted JP&S in February 2021 due to an issue with our hot tub that was under warranty. The technician made the repairs but stripped screws and left our home a muddy, wet mess. I didn't complain at the time as I'm not one that typically complains. Fast forward 8 months, we received a bill from JP&S for a $25 warranty fee. I immediately called to ask why I was receiving the bill when our hot tub was under warranty. The manager was not very friendly and explained that it takes awhile for the manufacturer to settle the warranty. I replied that I didn't feel I should be receiving a bill 8 months after service and that I wasn't paying it due to the condition the technician left our home. Her reply was that I should have contacted them at the time the technician serviced our hot tub. I thought everything was settled but continued to receive a bill with a $5 late fee every month. In October, I received a threatening letter stating that I was being sued for the $25 fee. I then sent in the $25 plus late fees with a letter stating all of the above and stated that if we were being sued for $25 we'd countersue for the damages done to the hot tub as well as our home. Approximately a week later, I received a phone call from a sweet lady stating that she was ripping up the check and apologized for the demeanor of the letter, stating that's not how they do business. I thanked her and thought everything was fine. My husband contacted JP&S today to see if our hot tub was still under warranty as we are having issues with it again. He was told by the Manager that they would no longer do business with us. I called a little later for an explanation and was told to hold while they got someone that could explain the situation to me. The same employee that answered the phone got back on and replied that we owed a debt to them and when they tried to collect it my husband became irate and threatened to sue them so it's best that we no longer do business together. I was absolutely shocked to hear this. My husband wasn't involved in any the correspondence with JP&S until today. At no time was anyone irate. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.Service: Hot tub equipment repair

We had the best experience here. Audra helped us from the second we walked in the door. We easily took up two hours of her time asking questions and getting hot tub demonstrations. She helped us pick out exactly what we wanted and even let us customize colors. She was up front and honest about how long it would take for the hot tub to ship and arrive at our house. There were no surprises and everything went as planned. Once the hot tub was delivered my husband called the store with several more questions but the girl who answered the phone was pleasant and answered everything. He said he didn’t feel like he was bothering her at all. The last thing that happened really knocked it out of the park for us. A week after the hot tub was delivered we received a small package in the mail from Johnson’s. It was a thank you package with some smaller gifts. It’s really nice to know that they care and haven’t forgotten about us. I highly recommend this store. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the best experience with Johnson’s in the removal of my old hot tub and purchase and delivery of a new Nordic hot tub.Firstly they were one of the only hot tub dealers who actually had stock, others were quoting me 6-12 months out delivery dates.I am glad I ended up going with them as well due to the care and personal touches I received with my delivery. I had my hot tub delivered in exactly 2 weeks, and the whole process of planning the delivery and removal of my old tub was seamless. I feel confidant that I can also use them for service if I ever need to! Highly recommended

I love how very knowledgeable and friendly the staff are there. This is my first year owning a pool and they were able to give me a free run-down on how to fix any issues I had. Just bring a water bottle sized sample and they will check you out on the spot. Plenty of variety of products and even special order available. I will be gladly going back to see them throughout the pool season.

We shopped around for a hot tub but when a friend referred us to Johnson Pools and Spas we made the extra drive out to their show room. They had 4x the inventory that other stores did. We are new to owning a hot tub and knew nothing about them but the staff was very knowledgeable on every single spa they had. We weren't pressured or rushed. Overall it was a great buying experience. Would have given 5 stars but when our tub was delivered the clips for the cover were missing and we had to make extra calls about that.

Bought a pool last year. The pool is great; however, the experience was not the best. This was the first time buying a pool. They don't provide much information to you and act like they are doing you a favor for buying a pool from them. I bought the fox pool that can be buried in the ground. They didn't dig it down far enough and since they were renting the excavator, they had to rush to get it back at the end of the day and left the yard a mess. They don't have very good attention to detail. They left rocks in the pool, forgot to seal some of the pipes on the pump. They also indicated that they were going to show us how to use the pool equipment. Never did. Thank goodness for Google!! The people working in the shop are pretty nice, the problem is really dealing with the management.

I used them to open my pool. All they did was dump chemicals in and leave. They did not hook my pump up or anything that was supposed to be included in opening the pool. I could’ve bought my own chemicals and did the same thing. We are being billed well over $300 for a service that was not performed.

The lady that talked to us about a hot tub was not very helpful. She could not answer most of my questions and was not very knowledgeable about the tubs. We were not impressed with our experience there and we are very interested in getting a hot tub. We went to 4 hot tub places that day after here and had better experiences. Very sad 😥

Rude and unprofessional. I called on behalf of a lady that I work for who knows absolutely nothing about her pool. I had questions regarding fixing a leak in the pool and when I didn't know how to do what the woman on the phone suggested she told me "just have her (owner of the pool) call me." I gave the phone to her and when she got off the phone she was just as lost as she was before. Perhaps instead of getting annoyed and being rude, she could've had someone come out and either fix it or show me what to do. I was treated like an ignorant nobody because I wasn't the owner of the pool. I may not own the pool but I maintain it for her because she has no one else. We will find professionals who actually want business.... It won't be Johnsons!
