Ordered a medium based off the size chart. Received what looked to be about 3 swirls of soft-serve, oh not to mention it cost $5.50. No I didn’t leave the worker a tip.

What a little gem, I'm so happy we stumbled upon this place during our camping trip at Sampson State Park! They make more than 20 different soft serve flavors when they're ordered, so it's not like they're all sitting around premade. They also have hard ice cream, a wide variety of shakes, sundaes and various other ice cream novelties. We visited with a group of 8 and no one was disappointed with their order! They also have food, but other than some onion rings we didn't get much off that menu. I'd have to assume it's all as delicious 😋 The staff was so friendly, helpful and patient (as I said we had a group of 8, half were kids and there were a lot of choices 😆). We even stopped by one more time on our way out of town!

Meh flavors, poor customer service, and terrible prices. You'll pay more for one small ice cream here than for two quarts of ice cream from the Big M or DG.

Got there and there were 5 people ahead of the 4 of us. A Bachelorette party with 4 people and a kid. The last lady from the Bachelorette party got her ice cream sundae and she said this is wrong. It's not what I ordered. She explained what she ordered. The lady taking the orders said to the girl who made the sundae you need to collect more money from her. If her order was wrong then she needs to pay more. I didn't charge her enough. Red flag for me. We had already been in line for 20 minutes. And the 4 girls had already ordered and paid. We got up the the window and the lady taking the orders had a first graders pencil that needed to be sharpened so bad. Post it notes for a note pad. Post its all over the place. 4 of us ordered a large banana split. $10.99. I said can I get that in a cup please? She said kind of rude "so stack it?" I said "I guess if that's what it means" I thought it would be like my local ice cream shop 11 bucks gets you a big cup of ice cream and fruit and hot fudge. (Our local shop in king ferry ny a large split comes in a 40 oz cup) Nope I was wrong. It was a 16oz cup She opened the window and said small banana split. I said no I ordered a large. She said yeah that's what I mean. My banana split was liquid. It sat inside for so long it melted. I ordered hard ice cream because I hate liquid ice cream.the 2nd one came out made with soft ice cream and it was like a milk shake. By the time the 4th split came out I had almost finished mine. I have gotten more ice cream in a sundae from mcdonalds then I got in this cup. It was 100% disorganized. The lady taking orders did not help the girls at all. I am in the area along due to work. It was the first time in about 10 years we stopped. I now know why it has been 10 years. Not pleasant at all.

My teeth can't handle hard ice cream. The options are endless for soft serve. They have over 100 flavorels of soft serve. They have Friendly staff. It's clean and inviting. Great place to take your family.

Ice cream was good. There was no sign on the door saying not to enter, my 4 yr old son had to use the restroom since we were waiting over 20 mins for our ice cream and 1 burger walked in and the lady was quite rude about it not being opened I ask if my son could use the restroom as it was right there(again he's only 4) was told no and told to leave again and was not asked in a nice way...maybe if they don't want people in there should be a sign up...the burger we waited over 20 mins for ended up in the garbage because the middle was not even warm. We won't be back

We've been here a couple times and both times were yummy! The employees are very nice. They let us order a couple minutes before they closed! I tried the chocolate cabernet!!! It was delicious! It's actual wine ice cream that is 5%. There is also cherry merlot that I will try next time! Variety of flavors and always tasty!

Delicious and budget friendly cheeseburger and hot dog dinner options. The cheeseburgers are made fresh and you can taste just like off the BBQ. Wide variety of ice cream and desserts. This is a must go place if you are ever passing through the area.

I was sold a small brownie sundae for almost $10 at this place, and all it had was a brownie, a kiddie-sized bit of soft chocolate-vanilla twist ice cream and about 3 T of chocolate sprinkles - in a Styrofoam coffee cup! It was a total rip off. They charged me piecemeal for each ingredient - in a sundae! I know times are tough, but, hey, they are for us all. If I'm going to be charged that much, I'm going to just drive on by next time and go some place gourmet.

Good ice cream, but the service was bad. The cashier/server was rude and slow and did not give me all of the ice cream items I ordered (although she did charge me for it). Ice cream is delicious but I would rather go somewhere else with that attitude. Prices were a bit expensive.

We ordered soft serve cones. Ok if you like soft melting ice cream. It was in the 70s when we went, ice cream would have been EVERYWHERE if it were hot out. Staff was super sweet and friendly ;)
