I took my son there for a flu shot. He has severe anxiety and is ASD. He got a nervous before the shot and expressed his anxiety by saying he was not sure if he wanted to do this and “I’m afraid.” The pharmacist put his hands up and said, “I want nothing to do with this…” wouldn’t even give him a chance to relax or say a kind word to help him feel comfortable. I’ll drive clear to Trumansburg to their pharmacy rather than go to this place ever again.

I see all these 5 star reviews and wonder have they been to the same place I have? If I could give zero stars I would. They totally suck. All I do is go there to pick up my prescription why because they are the only game in town. There's nothing else there. Unless it's days later you won't get your prescription. Here's what happens. Dr. calls in prescription 5 hrs later it's still not ready? What are they doing? ok maybe once this could happen. every time? Like I said, they suck! Horrible service and out to lunch staff! awful place!Another visit to Kinney Drug Store and another lame experience. They never disappoint or improve. This time I went to pick up Western Union money since they claim to be an agent. They are just kidding! The cashier opens the draw to reveal about 40 bucks. Sorry that's all I have. Most people send money she mentions, not pick up. Sorry you'll have to go somewhere else. Of course there isn't anywhere else in Ovid. She should have gone on, Kinney is just lame but since we're the only thing in town ya'll will have to put up with us.

Best pharmacy in the area in my humble opinion. Wonderful, friendly and compassionate staff. Competitive pricing. And their clearance sections get me every time!! I drive out of my way to go there and never regret it!

OVID Kinney is always properly staffed. They have everything you could imagine. Food, cards, OTC medicines and a great selection of vitamins!
