Sharon is so professional and compassionate with the dogs. The grooming has made all the difference with our boys. Louie, our Japanese Chin had severe skin allergies. The Thera Bath has made a tremendous difference. It cut down on his medicine and his digging and scratching and his pink skin. Basically eliminated it. To start the process it is 3 to 4 visits each week and then it can be your monthly grooming appointment.Sharon is very good with our standard poodle. Poodle’s have a tendency to be nervous and Aurelius was. She literally is the BEST Groomer we’ve come across. So many groomers shave the dogs right down and don’t give them the cut that is due to the breed. Sharon works with a client and if the client wants the “breed cut” she does it. We Will ALWAYS and forever use her. She has built a solid relationship w/us. WE Completely trust her. Aileen Howard

Sharon is an amazing person. She has been grooming my special needs rescue for a few years and believe me he is a handful. He has back and neck issues she started him on oxygen therapy baths and the difference is amazing. He is walking better and he doesn't seem to have as much neck pain anymore. I have noticed his shin is in better condition and his pads are not cracked anymore. Keep up the good work thanks

I feel bad writing this review because the lady is very nice, but I brought my dog here for a trim and brush out, and specifically told her not to shave him. My dog is part husky and has a double coat, which means that it is dangerous to shave them and they should not be shaved under any circumstance. It can cause health problems. My dog had knots in his hair, but they should have been able to be combed out and if you’re unable to get them combed out in a short amount of time, then just stop cutting and I’ll find another way, whether it’s going to someone else or trying myself. I came to pick up my dog and found him completely shaved. She said that she tried to get the knots out of his coat but couldn’t, at least not in a short amount of time, and I understand but I would have at least appreciated a call informing me that she couldn’t get the knots out and was going to shave him. Especially because I stressed not to shave him and I would have just told her to stop where she was. Everyone’s telling me I should have made a big deal about this and refused to pay or whatever. However, I am not a confrontational person and just stayed quiet and paid and even tipped. But I definitely will not be coming here again. As a groomer you should know the different types of coats and the dangers of shaving some of them. Now I don’t know if my dog’s coat will grow back the same.

She did great with one dog the bath she gave her really helped but the other dogs hair cut was kinda butchered and Idk if he just wouldn't stay still or not but I would probably take him there again just to see what happens
