These people are so rude here. I use the app for the coupons. I came in and the manager Donna had another girl wait on me. Whatever... So I came back later the afternoon. There were three workers including Donna just standing there and they were talking amongst each other, I'm assuming about who would wait on me since I was just standing there. Well they called on a fourth lady to wait on me. Is it that hard to do your job 😂 The manager Donna has a really bad attitude, it's beyond me how she's a manager with the way she treats customers, and now she has all the new ones following pursuit apparently. Oh well it's not going to stop me from coming in or utilizing my coupons 😁 matter of fact I might come in more often 😜 By the way grow up your like 60

Had one package sent here while i was traveling through and they returned it the second it got there. Nice ill never go to any walgreens again anywhere. Just close there is never more than one customer anyway. God forbid you hold one package in your big empty store.

I went to Walgreens to get my passport pictures taken and Alaina was very quick with printing and considerate. Good costumer service.

Called last week for my meds. They said I couldn’t pick them up until the following week. Called yesterday and they said I could pick them up the following day. I drove up to the drive through window and waited a bit for someone to help me. They got my name and said they don’t have my meds and the would need to order them. I might have have tomorrow if they come in. twice I was told they would be ready and they were not. Walgreens was much better when it was Rite Aid.

They have a nice variety of things and they have a drive-thru pharmacy pickup or in-store pharmacy pick up and groceries inside the store.The service is very good and they have online photo options as well as in store photo machines. The store is a little bit on the expensive side. They sell a wide variety of items and it's a relatively large store.

Very clean prices are very high.Cashier was very rude and didn't explain to me why my credit card did not give me cash back when I wanted cash back and she just said "sorry". There was people behind me and that's all she was worried about. So I had to go to the ATM and pay the fee which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place.

I love the new Walgreens. Since the transition from Rite Aid, they have really improved a lot. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. I also love their e-coupons (accessed through their app or page online). They have a ton of ways to save money and earn Walgreens cash back.

Don't ever go here if you don't have to for a prescription I have no choice because of my insurance but Walgreens is the most unhelpful, incompetent, completely disorganized company I've ever had to deal with. This is the second Walgreens I've had issues getting my prescription at so it's not just a store issue it's their corporate mismanagement that is failing them. It's a real shame too because most of the staff is nice and friendly but because of Walgreens out of date systems and mismanagement the place is a total mess.

The Pharmacist helped me and talked with me about everything I had concerns about. He was excellent! I looked at his white coat twice to try and remember his name and all I do remember is "Gop". I appreciated his manner more than he'll know on a day that I needed help, answers and kindness. Thanks Pharmacist Gop...First three letters is all I got. Oswego Walgreen's thank you for this gem!

Do not recommend!!! Worst pharmacy as a whole! I have been a customer for years and it has completely fallen apart at this location. I have doctor's calling and being left on hold for over a half hour and never receiving help. I have attempted to call in and check on prescriptions and not been helped. I have called to check on the status of a prescription and they said they haven't received it yet and so my doctor called another Walgreens and they said their system is showing it as filled at the other location. Spent lots of time driving across town several times with no success and the staff there could care less about helping with the situation. I will be switching pharmacies and don't recommend anyone to use this specific location.

Quick friendly service on orders placed online, great prices and lots of coupons or sales offers many buy 1 get 1. They always honor the sales even when quantity is not available.

I hate getting my meds there. You can’t talk to your local store when you call in a refill or have a question for the pharmacy. That’s just wrong. I know a lot of friends from Oswego New York are leaving your store and going to one where you can actually speak to a person from out local store. I will be doing the same thing!

Go elsewhere!!! Bad customer service and completely unorganized. Waisted lots of time trying to get prescriptions and they weren't helpful trying to fill them or find them in their system and didn't care that they weren't helpful at all.
