After many years of great service something has gone wrong. At a visit to the store an employee called my wife a "crazy bxxch". Very unprofessional. When management was contacted they failed to respond to inquiries. Very disappointed. Use caution while visiting.

I stopped in and they had the locksets I wanted. I asked them to rekey them all the same. They told me to pick them up later.I payed before leaving.Showed up the next day and they charged me again for rekeying them.Was not much but irritating.

Ace Hardware makes it hard for me to trust them. Google it and they have two options for fox farm soil. The cheapest one is 15.98. It has the pic of the bag right next to it of a 2 cubic foot bag of dirt. I get home to find out they put the pic up for a 2 cubic foot bag but are actually selling me a 12 quart bag and called them. They told me they have nothing to do with the pictures on google. They do not even have the 2 cubic ft bag they have a pic of available from Ace hardware. WTH

Friendly, helpful staff are always willing to assist me in finding what I need. If they don't have what you are looking for they will try to order it for you. Shelves and warehouse are well-stocked.

Very good local hardware store. Very helpful and informed employees easy and plentiful parking. They now have an additional Annex towards the front of the parking lot at the road that carries their outdoor goods and a ton of barbecue tools and seasoning definitely worth checking out.

To understand this review, I was wearing the following:Black nike hoodie, grey nike pants, crocs, and a Dior backpack. (Not very deliquent looking, as I am a retail employee myself)Also I'm black. I have light skin, but I have obvious black features.To start, the store was really organized and clean, but the employees made me not want to buy anything. I went into the sister store when you enter the property, and the employees there were extremely nice and I was treated well.I was looking for garbage bags, which were at the main hardware store just a walk away, so I went. I walked in and told and the guy at the register told me where they were, thanked him, and to my surprise, he then started following me. He followed me to where they were, stood there for a while when I was trying to decide, and when I changed my mind, he still kept following me, acting like he was zoning the shelves.I went over to the paint area, and guess who was there! The same guy. At this point, I'm getting tired of it so I went to the paint sample area where I'm looking for colors for my room. He goes back to the register now (the samples are right near the register) where he starts staring at me and looking me up and down. I stared back, he stopped, then I just left.Overall, I did not feel comfortable shopping there, and advise anyone to avoid the main hardware store at all costs. The store you first see is awesome and they're very kind. Also, the prices were nuts. Acrylic paint that can be found at Micheal's for $0.79 was $2.99.If you have any pigment in your skin, stay away unless you want to be followed.

Great place if you're in a pinch. They dont carry flush entry doors unfortunately. Had to go to Home Depot for that but other than that I would definitely use them for most anything else I need.

I didn't have time to do a full review until now. I would give way more than just give stars if I could. We had an issue with pipes and my husband went to the big box place four times and they couldn't help with the situation ( not knowledgeable , not correct fittings ) We went to Raby's after someone referred me. The staff right away had ideas to help and brought us right to the items we needed . My husband was able to fix the leak within a half hour. You guys saved the day !! I can't thank you enough!!

Raby"s is an Ace Hardware store but I have found that their lumber is usually great and their service is wonderful. I pay a small amount of money to have the pellets for my stove delivered and their staff is great

The employees are always friendly and willing to help you find what you need to get the job done right. Good selection of hardware etc. We needed some plexiglass cut for a table we were making and they made absolute sure that the measurements were accurate to what we needed, they waited on us quickly as well. All I can say about this store is that they’re the nicest, friendliest people in town. We had a billing mix up and they waved the finance charges and waited 4 months for me to get back from Afghanistan to pay up and wouldn’t even accept my apology saying it wasn’t necessary. That’s the definition of customer service and now they’ve got a customer for life with this guy.
