Very kool little store. Has everything you need in a Pet Smart. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The store had some small pets and lots of fish. We treated our little dogs to toys and treats. They have a grooming salon visible from the outside. You have to stop here when in town.

this PetSmart is smaller than others I've shopped at. not as great of a selection because of that. staff was pleasant and once i asked for help they were attentive. online "in your store" selections did not match store stock. all in all I love PetSmart. wish this one was bigger

We had an appointment for our dog to be groomed. When we came in a very nice man told us that our groomer should be in shortly. Apparently she was sitting out in her car even though we were there for our appointment at the scheduled time. She came in a few minutes later and I immediately had some concerns. The woman's hands were shaking badly, she had large bags under her eyes and was generally disheveled. Her overall demeanor suggested drugs or some form of intoxication. I was obviously not comfortable leaving my dog in this persons care and took him back home. We will not ever be returning here. Leaving your pets with strangers requires a level of trust and I would absolutely not trust this business with my animals.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything I had to do. They helped me fit my lab in a new harness. The employees were beyond helpful and made sure all my needs were met during our visit.This location was very clean well organized and stocked. Their prices were also reasonable.

I don't know our groomers name but she has red hair and doorbell tattoos. We were her first appointment after lunch. She had a bad attitude from the beginning and I was hesitant but my baby desperately needed a cut. She told me 30-45 min and I like to get my dog right away because she will potty at the end of a groom, so we went to Lowe's then waited in the parking lot. And we waited. She groomed another dog. Hit her vape. And we waited. Finally after an hour my husband went in and she yelled at him! Hubby kept his cool and simply asked how much longer, she said 30-45 minutes. We went to Walmart and came back and waited. After 45 minutes I went in and spoke to the manager. I asked the manager to wait until she finished grooming my dog to address the issues but she went in right away anyway. She came back and said I could take my dog before she was finished and not pay or I could wait. The manager checked me out and then explained that for a fee the groomer would have done my dog from start to finish in the 30-45 minute range. Unbelievable. I waited another 10 minutes or so and my dog was done except for the nails. I just whatevered at this point and walked my dog out. She peed on the rug on the way out and I couldn't have said it better myself. I will never go there again.

Stopped going quite some time ago because I wasn't happy with the last 2 grooming, but I decided to try again and today was great. Brent did a great job & Rosie looks great & smells great. As long as Brent is there I will return.

I drive 2 1/2 hrs. from Potsdam to Oswego to bring our dog to Jessica!! She's the best! Great with animals, confident and he LOVES her!! We won't go to anyone else-anywhere!!

If I could give no stars or half a star that would be best. Brought our shephard in for the first time & they wouldn't continue due to her Hotspots on her back paws & told us to bring her to a private salon said "the soap could irritate" . Brought her to the vet & told them what they said & they were very unhappy with their answers . Soapy water is never a bad thing and could have still groomed & cut her nails. I will never go to that store for anything .

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help with anything you need. Store is cleaned and fully stocked. Every time I've had my pup with me whilst shopping both me and the fur baby were always treated so kindly and made to feel like a valued customer. Love our little Oswego store.

I made an appointment and drove to store. Clerk told me that since my dog was part pug they could not put her in a kennel, therefore I’d have to reschedule a mini-visit instead of a deluxe package I had reserved (?); She didn’t have time to do a mini, but had time to do a deluxe!? I’ve never heard anything so stupid from a dog person; pugs can’t go in kennels! Stupid! She told me to make another appointment, I won’t be back. These people are ignorant.

Had a booked appointment for my two shih tzu's today Cuddles and Zoey, Now Cuddles has been here before and the groomer Jessica knows of her attitude and had no problem grooming her before. Well today was a complete s*** show. After dropping them both off with no problem I get a phone call to come get Zoey ASAP was told she has worms and blood so I go get Zoey and then she proceeds to bring out Cuddles with an attitude saying Cuddles was biting and getting her stressed out and she couldn't handle her so I get back a half groomed dog and Zoey with no worms at alland an attitude from Jessica.Needless to say I will never be bringing my dogs to PetSmart again

Good customer service. Decent selection with good alternatives to the Supermarkets. But, not always stocked with all sizes and varieties due to size of storm however, staff will help you order online and ship to store to get exactly what you're looking for.

My family and I took our golden, bo, to his first grooming at pet smart and Mackenzie was very thorough and asked questions about his health history and made sure she knew how he usually behaves when he’s brushed, bathed, or trimmed, and was very patient with him. The whole staff was very welcoming towards him and overall made it a wonderful experience for his first time and we will definitely be going back!

This PetSmart is fantastic! I have my dog groomed here regularly, and they always take good care of her. When we first walk in the door, there is someone to greet us, and at least one employee greets my dog by name, which always makes me feel so welcome! The groomer always checks her before taking my dog back and verifies everything I want done, and when I come back to pick up my little princess, the groomer goes over what services they did, what products they used, and how my dog handled the experience. It’s the people working here who make this store a great one, and I highly recommend stopping by!
