I absolutely love this place! The owner and his crew are amazing people. Never greeted with nothing but respect and with a smile. They are all most helpful as well! Love that they offer a return policy! The auctions are addicting and fun! Never been an auction person until F&F! They always have a wide variety of items that are at a wonderful price. Before I ever shop somewhere else, this will be my main store. I highly recommend this company! Good job guys, keep up the amazing work!!! 🌟

Whether going in or having something delivered my experience has always been amazing! When going in I’ve always been welcomed immediately and during my visit the employees make sure they approach to ask if I need anything every time I’m there! When it’s time for me to pay for my things they also help bring my stuff out and help load it in my vehicle every time too! So helpful!! They take it upon themselves to go above and beyond to make sure the customer receives the best service and are super kind and generous while doing so!Not to mention taking time after a long work shift to deliver my brand new refrigerator while having quite a few setbacks but not stopping until they got done with what they came here to do!! Thank you again to Christopher and Scott for the delivery, and to everyone at F&F you guys truly are making a difference!!

The wife and I went today so she could look for a stroller. She couldn’t help herself and she and our daughter conspired a plan to buy a mystery box. Well, one box tuned into 3 and while she was mystery box shopping I found myself an induction cooktop that I’ve been wanting. The wife did find a stroller and we left with a car full of boxes from F&F.Once they got home it looked like Christmas morning in our garage. With family sitting around they opened their mystery boxes like children eagerly opening their gifts on Christmas morning.A few items were buggered up, a few missing minor things like instructions or a cotter pin here or there. But nothing we couldn’t handle.All in all, great purchases and even better to see the wife and kids with smiles on their faces.Thank you F&F

Visited over the weekend. Some staff was very professional and helpful, specifically the gentleman we worked with was very in depth. However, other staff was unprofessional and running around the place like children (literally on mini bikes). I feel FB posts and employees hyped this up. Our mystery box (which I know is a risk) was full of JUNK. There was broken items, TV remotes, HDMI cable, and other misc. items. Everything was either broken, or completely useless. I mean if you are packing the boxes yourself, you literally know the value and it clearly wasn't there. When I posted my feedback on Facebook nicely, it was immediately taken down. Feedback is not always positive, so hiding it isn't going to make it go away.

F&F is one of our favorite places to go!!! Not only are the prices amazing, but the customer service is the best.... It does not matter which store you go to the staff is always so friendly and more than willing to jump in and assist at any point whether it's a question or assistance w loading they are friendly and courteous every time!!!!!! I have been to F&F since they opened. And I’ve done last year and this year Christmas shopping there with no issues with anything. And then I was getting married this summer and was looking for particular items I wanted for a tropical theme. And between the plants and Arbor I could not of gotten as great of a deal and they looked beautiful. Everything has been great and the entire owner and staff are amazing to help and work with. They stand by their words and if something is damage Chris will completely refund or work with you. Only down fall is you just have to be prepared to buy more then expected cause of all the great deals. This is just a few things I’ve bought from F&F

WONDERFUL experience all around! When I went in to purchase items to create a media room for my children as well as items to complete my home classroom, I was promptly greeted upon my arrival and was met with a group of knowledgeable staff. I was able to shop comfortably and confidently. I found EVERYTHING I needed at the best prices I could of hope for! When my transaction was complete the staff went above and beyond to carefully place all of my items into my car for me. Overall a continued excellent experience.

My husband and I bought a new grill in the winter of 2024 and just now put it together March 31, 2024. My husband thought it was missing some parts. I left a FB for Christopher Farmer to contact me after the Easter weekend. In the meantime my husband eventually found the parts taped inside the grill where the knobs are & even the directions didn't state this. I didn't get to take down or change my post and Chris had already replied to my message I explained what happened, that my husband was looking for the parts with his eyes closed again. Chris stated he's done that before too and after a laugh, Im leaving a 5 star review because F&F Bargains Oswego ALWAYS exceeds our expectations in the best customer service and Bargains. Extremely filthy place of business. The owner is a known drug dealer selling drugs to children out of his basement. After buying a whole pallet of stuff every single item was broken or damaged in some way or used with missing peices...even the TV was smashed in the box. When I went back and brought it up to the owner Chris , he got in my face and started screaming and acting belligerent and saying " Get out! This is my business!!!" ...sadly I went home and cried all day because a full grown man had done that to me when they were in the wrong by selling me garbage. In my personal opinion, Save yourself the trouble and go to walmart.As we can all see from the comment below the man is a child. He's practically screaming for Help.... and when YOU say you've done far too much for the community...do you mean raffle off a bed.. then sell it before it could be picked up?Do you mean help the community by donating broken walkers ?Do you mean help the community by sell drugs to aquire the funds to start this business?

When I moved up here; I slept on a futon mattress, on the floor. I couldn’t afford much of anything for a long time. I had snow in my apartment last year, and no fridge for five months. Just a bad landlord, in the mix of everything.But because of your store, I eventually had beds, bed frames, blankets, kitchen supplies.Just nice things, that *I truly* did not believe I would have.Your store made it affordable, and possible. It also gave me a sense of home, community, and a reason to be so happy when I was home. Because I had no help when I moved here. Your store, and your site helped me.Now I have a beautiful tv, that I have wanted for such a long time.Thank you so much. This has been such a blessing.

The staff was wonderful. I drove an hour to get a specific item. When I got there I realized I misread their message about having that item in stock. They found me a similar item and only charged me what the original was. It’s great to know they take care of their customers!! I am grateful for their willingness to help me out! Great place for a bargain. Though mostly for LARGE ticket items, like doors, desks, appliances, and such. They have mystery boxes I hear are quite fun and worth it. Online auctions for pallets of stuff, which they also sell in store. Fun place!

I Tuned into my first auction and let me tell you first and foremost it is addicting! You guys are absolutely hysterical and entertaining but most importantly I was able to bid on three items and got all three of them! I cannot express how amazed I was when I got the kitchen mystery box… So many great items far worth more than what I paid! It was like Christmas for me!I also bought some other kitchen items that are top notch quality and a convertible curling iron/brush with four other attachments, for an absolute amazing price! Today I did a “date roulette” with my granddaughter so one of the picks she chose was to go to f&f bargains which she was extremely excited for. As soon as we got there she was so happy as they had a large assortment of mystery boxes. After looking at them all and choosing the one she wanted a sweet young man who works there (Donovan) got her mystery box down for her. As we finished our night of date roulette she just couldn’t wait to open the box. As soon as we got home she opened it and she loved every single thing in it.
